"Nikeeeenn here!" exclaiming Adila welcomed the new Niken one step through the classroom door. Niken smiled to find a new friend he knew this morning was so enthusiastic to welcome him even to wave his hands.
Honestly, Niken is very, very aware that he is the center of attention at this time especially if not for the action of fainting during the ceremony. But Niken half-dead features a rhino face aka not know shy at this time.
"Sir, if you want to go to school breakfast first."
I had fried rice breakfast this morning.
"Sir, the path of caution is fainting again."
I've never fainted because I wasn't careful walking.
"Dec, still strong right? If it's not strong, let's put it on."
Strong guy? Your body is the same as mine eleven twelve gegayaan call himself brother.
Those calls came from the boys. Niken murmured inwardly as she sped up to Adila who had strangely sat down with Salsa and Marwah. Maybe they met when Niken was still in the UKS. Once at the end of the table Salsa immediately pulled Niken's hand to sit next to him.
"Lo still dizzy, isn't Nik? Lemes or what symptoms are there?" Salsa asked worriedly even he touched Niken's forehead with his palm.
"Gue no longer has a fever, Sa." Niken lowered Salsa's hand from her forehead.
"Not in the UKS was Nik? After all we have not started to learn nor even teachers have not been present nyamperin our class." That's Adila's voice.
"No friend." Niken answered kalem.
"Geez, why don't we have Niken's mind?" Adila exclaimed.
"Udah is okay. What matters is that I'm still breathing today."
"Ih serem very lo words."
"Nih drink first, I only have mineral water to buy in the cafeteria this morning." Marwah offered the bottle of mineral water she had taken from the desk drawer.
"No breakfast this morning, Nik? That's why you can faint." Salsa asked back. Still a worried look on his face. Maybe Salsa had never seen anyone pass out before.
"Gue had breakfast this morning with fried rice." Niken answered while opening the lid of the bottle of mineral water given by Marwah.
"Breakfast but how can you faint? Do not you masangin his tie tight with Sa times, so Niken fainted from suffocation.".
Salsa, who was watching Niken drink, looked surprised to hear Marwah's accusation. Even Adila to uphold the back of the action leaning. While Niken, he coughed in shock.
"Eh, really Nik I'm wearing a tight tie?" Salsa was panicking. Niken who was still coughing only answered with a wave of his hand. Marwah stroked Niken's back to relieve her cough.
"No, not because it hasn't had breakfast or a tight tie. I am from a small have a weak physical so from Elementary School if my ceremony often fainted." Niken explained after her cough subsided.
"Oh thank goodness." Salsa is relieved.
Niken smiled thinly because on the first day he entered school, had found good friends and understanding. It started with an embarrassing fainting scene. Niken covered her face with her hands after remembering something.
His friends will definitely not forget this day nor will they forget how he fainted earlier. Niken should be prepared to receive taunts for at least a month.
Mama! Niken wants to go to school and school there!
"Assalamualaikum good afternoon kids." Their conversation was interrupted by the entry of a professor-headed father.
Children who are engrossed in their activities immediately scatter to find their respective seats. The atmosphere was immediately boisterous by the thumping sound of shoes as a result of running around. It does not matter which bench they sit on which is important the position they sit. Including Niken and Adila who occupied no one's bench. Because of panic they forgot to answer the greetings from the fathers.
"How is school in Junior High Culture? Exclaim?"
"Seruu sir." Though they have only been in school one day can not judge the fun or not of the school here.
"Have you known each other with your friends?"
"If you know each other now it's your turn to introduce yourself?" Although it is almost half a century old, the character of this fat-bodied father is very cheerful even so cheerful Niken feels like this father teaches Kindergarten children.
"But before that you want to say welcome to SMP Budaya. Hope you like school here. I am studying here for the next three years. Have an exciting experience that you will never forget in your entire life."
"Okay, you will introduce yourself. Father's name is Jhon Hendrik. Just call me Mr. Jhon. I teach English and it just so happens that you're going to be your homeroom teacher at 7B."
"Since you don't know all of you yet, I ask you to write your bio on a piece of paper, consisting of your name, school origin and address."
All the students rushed to write their own biodata as ordered by Mr. Jhon and collected it at the teacher's desk.
"It's all done?"
"It's sir."
"Now I ask you to introduce yourself directly starting from the far right there."
The disciple standing at the end of the classroom right near the entrance immediately stood up and introduced his name. Rolling to his next friend, so continued until the whole student got his turn.
Niken is very sure Mr. Jhon will not remember anyone the names of his students plus the number of them are not small. There are about 32 students if Niken does not miscalculate.
"Now we directly arrange the organizational structure of the class so that tomorrow we can directly do teaching and learning activities. Who will be the class president?" All the children are silent.
"Nobody wants to run for the chair of this class?" Silent again.
"So the chairman of the class at least later in class 8 can be used as a candidate as chairman of OSIS," Mr. Jhon's appeal has no effect because it is still silence that adorns the class until a boy raises his hand.
"Rindy is sir. He was a SD often the leader of the ceremony, he was also fierce sir must be his friends in fear of him."
Student named Rindy immediately filed a protest.
"Don't me sir. I've never been class president before."
"Okay, Rindy's our class president." Mr. Jhon paid no heed to Rindy's protests. Rindy grumbled.
"Rindy who would you choose to be vice-chairman of the class? You have your choice to choose for yourself."
Straight away Rindy without hesitation and full of vengeance pointed to the boy who volunteered himself to be the class leader.
"He sir." The boy was surprised.
"Don't me sir."
"Looks like you guys fit in. Suitable to be a class leader is not suitable for other things." Straight away the class boisterous by the sound of cie-cie and tweets.
"Who was your name?" No, Mr. Jhon has forgotten the name of his student.
"Dhani sir."
"Who is our treasurer? I'm looking for a student who has an anti-corruption spirit."
"Reni sir. He's the son of a rich man if the class money is corrupted, his father can change." Again the voice of Dhani put forward the name of his friend to bear the burden.
"Where's Reni?" Reni also raised her hand. He seemed to be casually chosen as the treasurer.
"For your own secretary who will choose it because you will judge from the writing. Who is the neatest and nicest he will be our secretary. To whom you say his name, raise his hand."
Mr. Jhon held a piece of biodata paper collected by the children earlier. The students looked at each other's friends. Ask each other who if the special student was chosen directly by Mr. Jhon.
"Niken Aryani ."
