After a long walk down the street that night, Fahri arrived at his apartment. The man did not find his wife in his house.
Fahri walks towards the room, he strips her of her clothes, goes inside the bathroom to clean herself.
Fahri had finished his bath long enough. The man came out while drying his hair using a small towel. He saw the clock showing at eight o'clock in the evening, but the wife had not yet returned.
Fahri picks up the phone on the nightstand, trying to contact Sifa. His wife's number was inactive at the time.
Kvmk ....
Fahri's stomach rang. The worms in his stomach asked to be filled, because from noon this man was just drinking coffee without eating anything.
Fahri hopes to find his wife's cooking under the hood of rice, but when he reveals it, it turns out that the contents are empty.
Fahri checks the storage shelf, where Sifa usually keeps instant noodles. Again he found nothing in there.
Fahri opened the refrigerator. And it turns out the contents of the refrigerator are just as sad as the others. There is only mineral water in the refrigerator.
The man took a water bottle and downed it until it ran aground. "Didn't I give him money, why didn't he go shopping for food?" Fahri Gumam.
Fahri stared at the clock that was almost entering at half-nine. The rain outside came back. The man took an umbrella, then walked out of his apartment.
He was trying to find the whereabouts of his wife. However, Fahri just got out of his house. He saw Sifa with her in-laws surly, carrying quite a lot of groceries.
Fahri helped his in-laws who brought some paper bags. The woman had a sour face while giving the paper bag in her hand.
Arriving in the house. Fahri put all the paper bags on his middle room table. The man could see that what these two women were buying were clothes and some beauty tools. Neither food nor food was consumed by the two.
"You're being a very insensitive husband, aren't you?! Your wife and your in-laws are raining, instead of being picked up, it's delicious" said Fahri.
"Sorry, Mom. But I don't know where mom and Sifa went. Anyway, I've tried to contact Sifa, but the number is off" Fahri said.
"You are very clever if you reason. The song of Sifa! why can you choose a husband like him" said the in-law with a cynical look.
Fahri tries to control himself. He did not want to get carried away by the emotions of his in-laws.
"Already, Mom. After all we are also wrong, want to go not to say Mas Fahri. Now, I'll change clothes first. Later mom catch a cold," persuaded Sifa.
Fahri-in-law stared at his daughter-in-law for a moment. "Sifa's association was all rich, but why did she marry a man that only complicated her life. At least you buy a car for your wife, so she can go anywhere without rain," said Fahri's In-laws, pointing at Fahri's face.
Fahri downed his salivary. He was really offended by his in-laws. However, Sifa held Fahri's arm, as if begging Fahri not to react to his mother's words.
"Already, Mom. Quickly change mother's clothes," said Sifa trying to be a tranquilizer atmosphere that is somewhat tense.
Fahri's in-laws walked to the room to change his slightly wet clothes. While Sifa, the woman stroked her husband's shoulder, trying to calm Fahri.
Fahri breathed heavily. Then he held both sides of Sifa's shoulders. Looked at his wife's eyes closely.
"Honey, I know, I'm a man with a thousand flaws. But I ask you one thing. Never regret having married a poor man like me. I just want to make you a queen, dress your body in a diamond dress. But I'm just a regular guy, Sifa. I can't afford to do that" said Fahri.
Sifa just fell silent without the slightest defense for Fahri. Even the woman seemed to justify her mother saying that Fahri is a man who sucks in everything.
"What did you buy?" asked Fahri who re-attached his cheerful face. He tried to forget what had just happened to him.
"Mom and I bought clothes, Mom. Look at! It's very pretty, isn't it?" sifa asked enthusiastically taking out one of the clothes and then showed it to Fahri.
Fahri smiled. Trying to cover up the wounds in his heart. The man tried to save desperately, while his wife squandered money just like that.
"Are you just smiling? Beautiful or not?" Sifa repeated the question.
"Pretty. Whatever clothes you wear will always look beautiful in my eyes" said Fahri.
Sifa smiled as she matched the shirt on her body. He completely blinded his eyes with things that smelled of luxury.
"You'll sleep in the same room mommy huh. Let me sleep on the couch" Fahri said.
"Yes, Mum." Sifa developed her smile staring at Fahri.
The woman tidied up all her groceries, about to bring them into the room. Just a few steps he walked, Sifa turned back to look at her husband.
"Mas already eaten?" ask Sifa.
"No, yet" timpal Fahri pulled a line of smiles on his lips.
"Then I'll order good?" sifa.
"No need. I was hungry, but not anymore" Fahri said.
"Oh, fine." the woman continued her footsteps .
Fahri walked towards the sofa. The man laid his body on the sofa with his hand on his forehead.
"What I need, is not the pleasure of someone else's cooking. I want to feel the love of your cooking even though it feels very disrespectful (salty)." Fahri's inner.
Shortly after, there were footsteps approaching him. Fahri put away the hand that covered his eyes. The man changed his position to sit when he saw his wife.
Sifa gave her a pillow and a blanket for her husband to wear. "At least make yourself comfortable even on the couch. I'm sorry, because it's a little inconvenient for you" Sifa said.
"It's all right, my wife. Mother rarely visits here either. So it doesn't matter to me if he wants to spend the night though" Fahri said.
"Thank you, my husband."
The cup!
The woman rewarded Fahri with a brief kiss, then ran into her room.
Fahri smiled, he rubbed the cheek that had just been kissed by Sifa. "This is one of the reasons I keep him. I'm sure she can be a better wife someday" Fahri said. He threw himself down, and put on a blanket from his wife
