Second Chance...

Linny was allowed to go home after a two-day hospital stay. The condition is quite fit for people who have just had minor surgery.

The doctor who saw Linny who was very agile also allowed him to go home sooner than expected recommendation.

"Would you like to go home so soon?"  Sean asked who was worried.

"Yes. I can even fight with you now. Wanna try?"  Linny asked Sean.

Sean just sighed. Indeed Linny looked very fit unlike having just had a minor operation. He even seemed like he had no pain before.

Linny looked relaxed and like always. Even Sean is more often daydreaming and pensive.

"Why?" Linny asked as he looked at Sean's expression that was so moody.

"No" Sean replied, trying to smile.

Linny knew Sean was still thinking about the baby he never had. Linny immediately hugged Sean from behind.

Sean immediately turned around while cupping Linny's face with both of his hands.

He slowly kissed Linny with a feeling.

"I'm fine. I'm sorry I didn't take good care of you. I made you suffer twice the blood loss of your flesh" Sean said as he looked at Linny feelingly.

"Don't think about it. I'm fine" Linny said with a smile.

Sean hugged Linny warmly. He could not lie that he was still very sad given the events that required them to lose a child candidate.

"Is my medicine taken care of? Go with Jun to take care of my medicine. I'll go to the car first with Alfa" said Linny.

Sean obeyed Linny's request. He immediately headed for the Administration section and the pharmacist to take as well as pay for Linny's medicine.

While Linny immediately went with Alfa to Erik's nursery before returning home.

"Dragon is here" said Linny commanding Alfa and her bodyguards.

"Alright Miss" Alfa and the others replied obediently.

Linny opened the door of Erik's ward. He uses a mask according to health protocol.

So surprised Linny saw Erik who was cowering in pain and alone it was.

"Hey! You why?"  Linny panicked.

Erik just shook his head to endure the pain he felt.

"Let me call the doctor" Linny said as he pressed the emergency button.

"No need. Free" Erik said with a breath of pain.

"You're in a lot of pain?"  Linny asked in surprise.

"Lumayan often. You don't get too close" Erik said trying to get away from Linny's standing position.

Both are quite close.

"Ck! Don't be so strong! You have to live! I'm still not satisfied fighting with you after what you did to me and Sean!"  Linny said annoyedly.

Erik laughed at Linny's irritation. Erik knew Linny wasn't serious about it. He just wanted Erik to be more enthusiastic about his treatment.

"Don't be too good. Don't let you like me more than Sean. But unfortunately I prefer bars over soft cakes" Erik joked.

"Damn you! No kidding! I'll have my acquaintances treat you. Don't go back to Rain's place. You can die later if you still force yourself there. You think rectal cancer is messing around?"  Asked Linny in a tone no less judesnya.

"I still have business with Rain. I will return to his place later tonight" Erik said with confidence.

"God you're so stubborn" said Linny.

"Don't tell me. You're more stubborn crazy woman" Erik said.

"Don't look for a storm with your weak condition. I can't kill a man whose own life is on the edge of a horn. If you want to fight with me then follow the doctor's advice for healing after that you can fight with me to be satisfied" said Linny.

"Now I know why Sean loves you so much" Erik said suddenly.

"Huh?"  Linny looked in wonder at Erik.

"You are truly an independent and strong woman. Though rude you are kind-hearted. Sean hates me so much that he doesn't want to know about me, right? But you're different. You can tell the difference between a truly sincere person and a person who is not. You even want to help me who've hurt you and Sean" Erik said.

Linny sighed and looked at Erik sharply.

"Because you know your mistake and you want to fix it. That's enough. Rarely will anyone admit their mistakes and correct them. Usually people will continue to make new mistakes to cover up previous mistakes" Linny said.

Erik smiled at Linny. It was no wonder that many liked Linny even though he looked cold and hard. Linny became the CEO and was appreciated by many.

"Remember my request. I want to see you marry Sean. I waited for that day to come so that I could die peacefully" Erik said.

"Then I won't marry Sean to keep you alive! Don't try to die without my permission! You still owe Sean an apology" Linny said and walked out of Erik's room.

Linny rushes to the car with Alfa before Sean looks for her and finds out she's meeting Erik.

Sean soon seemed to catch up with Linny. They got in the car and went back to the penthouse.

Arriving at the penthouse looked Andrean - Angel, William - Sicily, Danu, Doni and Aston - Eka was waiting for the two back.

"We take a shower first. You guys wait a minute. Ah Jun what food order have I told you to arrive?"  Ask Linny.

"Medically taken by Augst and the others Miss. Maybe spread them around again" Jun said.

Jun and Alfa did indeed assign three of their trust bodyguards to buy and take Linny's food order. Prevent others from having bad intentions by putting something in the food.

Linny just nodded. The others also seemed to be sitting casually in Linny's living room.

Sean and Linny immediately went into the bathroom, the two of them taking a bath together.

Instead of not wanting to do activities other than bathing, Sean really wants even his beloved Pluto is on. Venus cannot play.

"Why?"  Linny asked as Sean turned his back.

"No. Ah you're done? Come out first" Sean said.

Linny squinted at a different Sean. It wasn't Linny's name if he didn't understand what happened to Sean.

Linny's hand immediately extended to touch Sean's from behind.

"Ah.. Shh. Linny S-Stop" Said Sean holding Linny's hand to stop moving.

"Why?"  Ask Linny.

"Let me take care of myself" Sean said with a smile.

He did not want to make Linny tired of taking care of the Pluto who had been spanning high. Linny had just recovered, although being able to use his hands and mouth still Sean could not bear to.

"I'm not that weak. Be quiet. Let's get it over with. The others were already waiting" Linny said without warning, crouching in front of Sean and pampering Pluto.

Unable to resist, Sean was only able to groan enjoying Linny's every move and treatment. He only resignedly let Linny work until Pluto finished his wish.

After that they immediately got dressed and came out of the room back to join the others.

Coinciding with that the food that was ordered has arrived and is being served by Jun and Alfa. Everyone sat down to enjoy the food and joked.

When Sean was busy talking to Aston and the others. William and Linny moved away to discuss Erik's matter.

"You sure you want to get involved? You have no problem with Rain" Linny asked William.

"I'll certainly interfere. Sean's problem is also my problem. He is like my brother. I wouldn't close my eyes if a human like Rain tried to disturb him" William said with confidence.

"As far as you. But we have to be careful. Erik today returned to Rain's apartment. Let's wait for news from Erik" Linny said.

"He really wants to be a poisonous needle for Rain? The boy is completely insane" said William who was inexhaustible with Erik's courage.

"Silent. I've put people watching him from afar. If anything is dangerous then they will help him directly" said Linny who had taken everything into account.

"Have you told Sean?"  Ask William.

"Yet. Erik forbade me" replied Linny.

"He also forbade us from talking to Sean about him. I've never seen him that mature" William said.

"While follow. But what I'm afraid is that Sean will blame himself if Erik really doesn't survive" Linny said.

William looked at Linny and understood Linny's intentions. Sean will definitely feel because he has made a lot of people difficult and involved in his problems.

Even though Sean used to choose to enter the world because of the abuse he experienced. But if he can strengthen his heart and try to escape without having to throw himself deeper then this will not happen.

Now the one facing Sean is not Agus who just gritted and threatened with the video. But the notorious Rain is ruthless and can take out anyone he wants. Mafia levels and different levels of sadism, of course.

"I heard from the doctor who treated Erik, the cancer was already very severe and would make it difficult to eat. They're trying to treat the hepatitis first. They have not been able to do chemotherapy" said William who was immediately looking for a doctor named Bram.

"I'll find a way. There must be outside treatment that can help suppress the bad condition. At least he can last a few more years" Linny said.

"You really want to help her? He tried to hurt you and Sean. I salute you" said William who was indeed amazed at Linny's attitude that was able to be wise in that regard.

"Everyone has a second chance because they want to admit their mistakes, also improve their attitude without adding new mistakes" Linny explained

Sean looked around for Linny. His eyes stared in wonder seeing Linny was talking to William alone and away from their crowd.

"What are they doing?"  Sean muttered then moved closer to Linny and William who was unconscious Sean was watching them.
