Aksara For Arsyilla
First MPASI
Months passed, and Ara was now six months old. That means Ara will enjoy her first MPASI. The MPASI phase is where a baby who has reached the age of 6 months begins to be able to eat ASI companion foods. The best types of foods for early MPASI are vegetables such as pumpkin, carrots, yams, brocolo. Fruits such as apples, bananas, pears, avocados. If in the past, mothers are advised to only give one type of food in the first MPASI baby. However, now nutritionists have suggested that babies get a four-star meal in the first MPASI menu.
