Chapter 108: Extra Part 1 (Dummy to Claire)

A few decades ago, long before Alexa Kethzie was born;

"I love you!" Shouted a young man at a little girl nearby.

The girl was stunned for a moment and smiled, "Thank you, but we are best friends, we cannot be together with any more relationship than this," the girl replied as she extended her little curry.

Apparently the little girl thought that it was just a child's joke.

The young man touched his hand and so they linked.

"We are friends, nothing more" they both said with a smile.

The two of them were a pair of friends who had been close since they were children. Because Dummy's origins are unclear the Clairene family adopted her not as a child, but as Claire's guardian.

Claire is touted as a beautiful princess who is always confined in the mansion alone, but since the existence of Dummy they both so often play together.

Until one day when their grown-up love between them complicates their relationship, Claire falls in love with a boy who looks cool in her eyes while Dummy likes her secretly.

"Hey I heard you're getting married, is that true?" ask Dummy to her best friend.

Claire smiled broadly, "Yes, I'm going to marry my beloved prince,"

"Is he really a prince?"

"Yes" replied Claire.

Dummy fell silent while tightly gripping the coffee cup she was holding.

"This claire is a flower for you, I took the trouble to pick it up," said Dummy while giving Claire a few sprigs of flowers that Claire likes.

Claire did not ponder and focused on looking the other way. There was a young man with a handsome face and red eyes and a charming smile talking about business with his father Claire.

Dummy fell silent and placed the flower stalk in a vase full of water.

"That's your future husband?" ask Dummy.

Claire nodded happily.

"I fell in love with her from first sight, then I asked Dad to match me up with her" Claire said happily.

"He agrees?"

Claire nodded again.

"Hmm this is suspicious, I think he has his own intentions,"

"I don't care hehe," Claire said with a cry.

Dummy fell silent and looked at the young man without saying much.

Today's meeting and meeting Claire with her fiance Duke Claoudie.

Claire looked so happy and welcomed young Duke Claoudie warmly. While Claoudie received a warm welcome the girl with a cold attitude that Claire considered very cool.

"Your clothes aren't bad and you look good, I don't think I'm losing out if I'm going to marry you,"

Claire was speechless trying to understand what Claoudie said, "What's the meaning of no loss?" ask Claire slowly.

Claoudie smiled obliquely, "You don't know? We will marry for political reasons, nothing more, therefore do not expect us to love each other" Duke Claoudie said.

Claire remained silent. His hands shook and his gaze turned hazy due to the tears welling up in his eyes.

"Yes, I will also definitely never love you," Claire replied lying.

Dummy who accidentally heard their words instantly fell silent. His hands clenched very hard.

Today is Claire's wedding day with Duke Claoudie.

Claire appears in a beautiful wedding dress with a gold accent. He also had a happy look on his face.

The dummy standing nearby could only admire the woman in silence. He promised himself to keep his feelings for the rest of his life.

"You're so beautiful Claire," praised Dummy.

Claire smiled wryly, "If it's the Duke who praises me," she softly said.

Until the end of the wedding reception, Duke Claoudie did not comment anything about the appearance of his wife.

Dummy tried to be quiet and did not take action to calm down Claire who was crying sobbing.

"I have to do something, I can't ignore it constantly" Claire muttered as she ran towards the cupboard containing the drugs.

"What do you want Claire, you better take care of your own health, do not take sleeping pills too often, do not take sedatives too often, pay attention to yourself!" prevent Dummy from Claire.

Claire was silent as she looked at Dummy.

"Why can I love him? why don't I love a man who's better than him, Dummy" Claire said in tears.

Not long after that Duke Claoudie walked into his room to pick up the documents that were left behind and looked at the two of them.

Duke Claoudie exhaled a rough breath and then immediately left from there. Again Dummy was silent and had no intention of righting that little misunderstanding.

Today is Claire's happy day as she is pregnant with her first child.

Dummy knocks on the door slowly to deliver food but gets no answer from Claire.

Finally Dummy went straight in and put the chicken porridge near Claire who was still asleep.

Dummy steals a glance at Claire and then smiles thinly. After that Dummy replaced the Seroja vase near the window with a new Seroja flower.

After that Dummy immediately went out of Claire's room but suddenly Claire vomited so that Dummy immediately helped the woman.

Surprisingly Claire made an unusual face, she smiled happily while holding her stomach.

"Dummy I'm pregnant hehe," Claire said as she grinned at the horse.

Dummy pecked while looking at Claire, she could not believe that Claire was really pregnant given the mannerisms of Duke Claoudie who did not want to touch Claire at all.

"What did you do?" dummy asked with trembling lips.

"Secret," Claire replied still with a smile.

Suddenly from across the door came the sound of a falling object. Dummy checked to see who it was but there was no one there, but actually Dummy knew it was Duke Claoudie who had eavesdropped on their conversation.

A few months passed Claire was very caring for the child in the womb was well. But a debate occurred that made the inner pregnant woman was very depressed.

Who could bear to see his loved ones tormented let alone Dummy see clearly in the hands and neck Claire looks a bruise.

Dummy goes to Duke Claoudie to warn him not to be rude to his own wife.

But Duke Claoudie twisted the facts by accusing him of having an affair with his wife.

"I didn't touch him at all!" dummy said defend herself.

"You think I believe after seeing your closeness all this time? I've never touched her, either, a whore like her doesn't have a fortune if I let her stay at home" Duke Claoudie said.

Dummy reflex punched Duke Claoudie in the face as it was annoyed after it just left.

While Duke Claoudie felt humiliated by the actions of Dummy which he considered very insolent.

"This child I named Alexa means savior, I hope she will save and help those around her if need be I want her to be an influential person for her father," claire said with a faint smile.

"Good name" said Dummy, stroking Alexa's cheek.

"It looks like she'll look like her mother" Dummy said with a nod from Claire.

Again Claoudie witnessed the romance of the two of them before his eyes. The already unconcerned Claoudie can only heap his grudge on Dummy day after day.
