Chapter 88: The Traitor

Elsewhere, Erdwan, Lily, Angela and Chun are crossing the lake and almost there.

"Great crocodile huaa!" Erdwan was shocked when he looked underwater.

Erdwan nodded briefly then stared intently at the edge of the lake, "That's not their ship?" Erdwan said as he approached the ship that was damaged by a blow.

Suddenly a bunch of crocodiles came out while opening his mouth wide towards Erdwan.

"DON'T!" Shouted Angela did not want to see someone die in front of her.

Erdwan managed to climb up and pierced the mouth of the crocodile that almost ate him.

"Save yourself fast!" Erdwan tells her to leave Lily and Angela.

"It's a cowardly base" Chun said as he approached the crocodiles.

Quickly the crocodile immediately crawled after Lily and Angela who just remained silent not budging from fear.

"Hey fat crocodile!" Choon exclaimed to them but they did not heed Chun's call and then got closer and quickly bit Lily's leg.

"Akhhhhh!" Lily's cry was shocked.

"Don't bother my friends!" Chun said then took out her own magic to the crocodile.

The crocodile was thrown away from there and then came back towards them again.

"Well..." Lily felt pain all over her injured leg.

"Heal," Lily muttered as she held onto her painful leg, slowly closing her wound following the orders of the witch.

"Hemmmm interesting, I will finish you in one strike" Chun said.

"Come roasted crocodiles, "challenge Chun.

As if to understand the words of Chun the crocodile also swarmed Chun who had evolved into a large and beautiful blue bird, on his tail there was a blue fire that raged gallantly, blazing, the crocodiles were soon preparing to eat Chun as their dish but that was beyond the expectations of the crocodiles.

Chun flutters his wings and comes out a blue fire that burns the crocodile mercilessly, the crocodiles can only thrash the heat and in a matter of minutes they are completely ripe and ready to eat.

Now that Prince Shun and I were able to come down because he tried hard to use his sword to cut the nets.

Prince Shun grinned near me.

Now I was silent while looking at him with a look of wonder, when he was wounded but he no longer grimaced in pain, but he instead laughed with a terrible grin.

I gulped my saliva. I honestly feel weird about him right now.

"Prince I'm not joking, you're hurt and bleeding but you can laugh like that,"

"This small pain is not how sweet miss is yet," she replied as she stroked my long hair.

"It's up to you that the Prince now turns around, I'll bandage your wounds that bleed a lot" I said trying to divert the conversation while forcing him to turn around.

But she held my hand, "You don't need your pretty hands just to treat me,"

"Huh Prince what are you saying, why do you keep fighting me,"

Prince Shun smirked a little and pushed me rough until he fell to the ground.

"HAHAHAHA" he said with a cynical laugh.

I who was shocked because of his nature can only be petrified while looking at Prince Shun annoyed.

He approached my collar and leaned slightly to make our beads meet each other, clearly his eyes were unfriendly, then he clasped my jaw violently. I don't know why his face suddenly looks so scary.

Erdwan swiftly drew closer to Prince Shun in half surprise, "You don't know what prince just happened to you?" Ask Erdwan.

"Look, I fell down and hit Leca's body, after which I might faint" he said, holding his forehead.

I was silent as I opened my mouth wide, this was impossible, obviously he was one hundred percent aware.

As soon as I stood up smiling with annoyance at Prince Shun, I clenched my hand hard to prepare to teach him a lesson for pretending.

"Eternal light!" I shouted while throwing arrows at Prince Shun.

The arrow missed but almost injured his handsome face.

Prince Shun just looked at me cluelessly, then he shook his head quickly.

"Erdwan save me!" Prince Shun's.

"No ah it's the Prince's business, I'm just a mosquito, I can what try," Erdwan retorted no matter then focused on stopping the bleeding.

"You're my personal bodyguard, your job is to protect me from the threat of danger,"

"Aihh yes-yes, you're a lot of nagging when you're hurt," Erdwan annoyed, in the end while holding Prince Shun on his shoulders.

"You go on there," Erdwan replied honestly.

"DON'T HOPE" I'm upset.

well I'm really upset, Prince Shun just played me, he just didn't acknowledge me, after this I'll definitely teach him a lesson.

When I turned my eyes back then I realized, they were silently following me from behind.

I stopped following Erdwan and was busy being silent while looking at him full of amazement, what the light was, it turned out that they were just a collection of magic floating in the air due to the excess mana belonging to someone.

"Miss Magise we've risen..." Whisper someone beside me.

My eyes were perfectly patterned when I heard that sentence, I immediately circulated my entire gaze to all places, but found nothing but those magic balls.

"Prince Shun is being treated by Miss Lily inside the tent,"

After that I opened my tent hoping that Prince Shun was done being treated and he could immediately hear the happy news from me at this time.

I cried, tears of disappointment and hatred for the first time. I feel betrayed by those I trust and love.

My body trembled, my chest began to tighten and my breath was wheezing. I grabbed my hair while screaming in frustration.

"Hiks... This is a lie, it must be a dream! Prince Shun could not possibly be betrayed, therefore that was his promise!"

I want to wake up from this dream...
