Chapter 89: Because I Love You

The morning after the first night they stayed in the forest because of the hunt. The wind blew so hard and the sunlight burst into the forest through the small cracks behind the shady trees.

A beautiful woman sat curled up inside the tent in frustration. Her black hair was a little messy because of something. But this time he just fell silent while staring blankly at the outside of the tent without anyone knowing it.

Suddenly a blond man walked in and greeted the woman, "You okay Miss Lavender?" Ask the man who is her fiance.

The woman was silent and did not respond to her fiance's question.

"How's it?" Ask someone who is a friend of lavender in the team.

Prince Kenn shook his head slowly, apparently last night lavender argued with his father and resulted in it becoming that way. He also did not know what could make a woman assertive could be as weak as it is today.

"Only two things can make it that way, the problem the two of them talked about last night was about Miss Clairene or about her sister Alexa, the cruel woman would not care about anyone but the two of them" said one who suddenly spoke with a grin on her lips.

"It turns out you're a vampire" surprised Prince Kenn.

"You're her familiar so are you going to do something for her?" Ask Prince Kenn.

"No, just leave him like that" Adrain replied unconcernedly.

"If it continues like that how can we continue the hunt?" Confused Prince Kenn.

After that lavender smiled cynically, "We won't hunt, but today we will prevent Alexa Kethzie's team from going forward,"

"Why?!" Ask Prince Kenn.

"Because I felt I shouldn't have followed this hunt, I had to save Alexa as soon as possible" Lavender said, clenching her hands hard.

I walk weakly behind Chaser's body, I don't want to see the traitors walking near me. I'm sick of seeing the good side they show in front of me. From now on I won't be fooled by them again whatever it is.

"Yes, you've always been crazy about Prince Shun" Chaser said.

Prince Shun nodded, "It's best if you have any complaints or problems just tell me Leca, " Prince Shun explained.

"No, needless to say, everything is clear, Prince Shun I hate you, let's just end our relationship!" I sat without a second thought.

Suddenly they all stopped their steps in shock at my sudden words.

"Wait for Leca if you're joking? it's not funny" said Prince Shun with a small laugh.

"I'm not kidding, I'm serious, since when do I joke" I said again.

"Why are you so childish? Come on, Leca be a grown-up when it comes to this,"

"Huh? An adult? Then you're telling me to grow up? Some adults will still survive after knowing you betrayed?!"

I bit my lower lip, "Try to tell me what you did when we fell! If you're right then I'll take all my words out and assume that I didn't see anything last night,"

I've prepared not to be embarrassed by holding my breath this time.

Prince Shun sighed then smiled slightly, "Didn't I ever say? If I fall with you then I don't remember anything else?"

The answer that came out of his mouth made me feel very disappointed, he was lying, "Wrong!" I'm upset.

"Tell me what you did last night in the tent!" I shouted at Prince Shun.

Lily was suddenly stunned to hear my words, it was obvious that she was very nervous but in contrast to Prince Shun who remained calm, it seemed like he was good at hiding something from many people.

"Maybe I'm sleeping," she answered, making me and Lily suddenly round their eyes wide.

"It turns out you're a liar, I don't love a liar, I don't love him at all" My tears were upset as I hugged him.

I didn't want to see her again but my hands kept trembling when I imagined she wasn't there by my side. Even if Prince Shun is lying, then I just have to believe in his lies.

"Why Leca? What's wrong with you?" Prince Shun asked in surprise.

I shook my head with all my might, then lowered my head deeply.

"No, I don't want to break up, I'll stay by your side even if you're a bad person" I said.

"Yes, just worry" murmured Erdwan and Chaser together.

I flinched then glanced sharply at Lily, my lips slightly drawn upwards looking at the tense look on her face.

Right, I will just hate that girl alone, I just need to get rid of her from this place and get her away from prince Shun.

Prince Shun smiled as he stroked my hair, "Bikin worry only," he whispered softly.

Not long after that Prince Shun made a magic circle to summon his pet.

"Poni, Maxima, Seline, Rull" muttered Prince Shun and four horses appeared from the magic circle.

One of them is a white horse belonging to Prince Shun who he used to drive.

"Rull!" Excited Prince Shun with a sumringah face and then stroked the spoiled head of the white horse.

The horse reciprocated Prince Shun's treatment with twice as much pleasure.

"Alright, Leca," asked Prince Shun to me as he extended his hand.

"Ehh, can you call a vehicle?"

"May," she replied briefly.

I glanced to the side and saw Lily riding on a horse alone, I could only stare in satisfaction at Lily who was now smiling clumsily at me.

Prince Shun pulled the horse back, and the white horse began to run slowly through the forest.

Suddenly Lily's horse stopped and it looked hard to handle.

"Oh come on, Seline, walk well" he told the horse. But the horse did not listen and instead looked rebellious, as soon as the horse went wild and ran to and fro.

Ngiiiii!!

"Please!" Lily's panicked cry rode on the wild horse.

Prince Shun, Erdwan and Chaser stop their horse from helping Lily.

"No, don't..." I muttered softly to Prince Shun who was about to help Lily, but he did not listen to me.

Erdwan immediately blocked the horse's path from the front side while Prince Shun immediately ran down his horse to save Lily by taking control of the wild horse.

"Thank you prince" said Lily while holding her chest that seemed almost dislodged heart.

prince Shun who was behind Lily's back just smiled faintly.

I bow my head, prince Shun and Lily just riding together, he left me.

"Leca," called Prince Shun with a smile, but as sweat clearly flowed from his forehead, he was tired.

"Prince, love you," I said as I hugged him.

"???"

"I love you, so I'm afraid of losing you,"

Hearing that Prince Shun instantly fell silent, a clear glimpse of a red hue appeared on his cheek, he blushed in embarrassment.

From that moment on I kept an eye on Lily on every trip until it didn't feel like we had gone through that big iceberg with a very long detour.

Evening came, it was the second day, we should have arrived tomorrow at the forest where the forest fairies were, I really can't wait. May my father listen to my request after this.
