Chapter 33: The Investigation Plan

A middle-aged man appears to be checking Alexa's health.

"How are things at the moment?" Lavender asked, who was sitting next to Alexa, holding an open book with her left arm.

The doctor breathed slowly. "It is likely that he will have a mild or moderate concussion, because the impact on his head is too hard which could have caused deep injuries to his brain" said the physician.

"I'll give him some herbal remedies that can help ease his pain, please let him rest for a few days and don't let him think hard" he added.

"Thank you, you can go." Say lavender out loud.

Then after the healer left them Lavender began to stare at his sister's face, which was filled with bandages on her head.

"How does a child like you experience something like this" he said as he stroked his sister's hair slowly.

Despite the fact that he had also experienced something similar. But he did not want to see his loved ones experiencing it, if something like this happened again he wanted to be there beside him to protect his sister.

A few days later...

It has been 5 days since the little girl named Alexa did not attend her school. According to the news that circulated he said the girl was sick which was severe enough that she could not attend to study.

Somehow Prince Shun also continued to think about his condition because the last time they met Alexa's state looked so sad. He secretly told Erdwan to investigate him but in the end there was not much they could do about his condition.

"The last time I saw him he looked so pitiful" said Prince Shun as he stared at a tree that bore silent witness to their initial encounter. Usually Alexa is often seen coming to the place then greet him every day or peek when he is training.

"Why don't you try to go to his residence instead" suggested Erdwan.

"Come on, I'm lazy." Prince Shun replied lying, he had actually done so but the bodyguards there did not even allow entry at all, then he began to sit on the ground filled with green grass.

Erdwan looked at Prince Shun with a snobbed look and then sat down with him.

"Did you joke, I've asked about him anyway but they're talking bad about it." Prince Shun smiled in anguish.

Though Alexa looks so unfortunate but most of her friends even ignore and do not intend to visit her at all.

"Prince, I've seen these few days you keep thinking about it? Are you a lolicon?" Erdwan looked with a look of disdain towards that master. He did not expect that his master turned out to like the little girl who had the disorder.

"Well, where is it possible!" Elak Shun's.

"Your eyes can't lie."

"Damn it!" Shun followed roughly the arm of Erdwan.

"By the way Prince, according to the information I heard the little girl has no magic potential, therefore she is considered not the real child of the Duke Kethzie family, it seems that she is having trouble because of that."

Prince Shun looked extremely shocked as well as in disbelief at the words. Then he immediately got up from his seat to stand up.

"I remember, when I shared my magic with her we became a bit attached, whereas until now I could feel a very strong magic aura on the girl.. there's no way that he doesn't have any magic potential, it looks like there's something behind this that's causing something like that to happen." Prince Shun.

Erdwan frowned, he was confused by the Prince's words, if he had a strong magic aura the magic detection ball should give a different color signal. But no, according to the information he heard, the ball did not even react to change the color at all. Obviously this is very strange.

"Don't tell me this has something to do with black Rukh?" Erdwan.

"No way, a kid like him obviously has never killed anyone at all." Tukas Prince Shun.

"Then why doesn't the detection ball change its color? there was no way that magic aura could be cured except by the powerful manipulation magic of the Rukh."

"If this was indeed the work of the Rukh, I should have seen some Rukh circling the girl, but nothing at all." Answer Prince Shun. He knows that the hiding Rukh can only be seen by a great wizard and Saint like him, but he has never seen her anywhere near Alexa.

"Really?, you're not strong enough Prince Heheh."

"Even if I'm weak I can still see it, it's weird unless it's sealed by someone." The Prince replied who immediately got a nod from Erdwan, his opinion that sounds very reasonable for something like this.

"Then Prince, do you want to investigate what happened to your future wife?" Erdwan asked who immediately got a thumbs up from Prince Shun. They both agreed to secretly investigate the cause of the strangeness that could happen to Alexa.

Prince Shun turned around and left.

"Where are you going?" Erdwan asked who was also directly following him.

"Eat. Laper's on."

When the two of them suddenly there was a woman who blocked their path. He instantly gave one surprising kick to Erdwan, and the success made Erdwan bounce several meters.

"Cih you're off guard Prince Shun! You don't even deserve to be called a Prince!" He shouted confidently while pointing towards Erdwan.

Erdwan grimaced then gritted his teeth because annoyed at being suddenly kicked, he began to strike back.

"It's a bad idea to kick people but don't want to be kicked!" Erdwan's protest was upset that the woman had managed to avoid Erdwan's counterattack.

"Since when did Prince Shun become less handsome?!" Prince Shun said as he held onto his stomach which hurt from laughing.

The woman turned around for a moment to look at Prince Shun. It seemed like he was confused which one was actually the prince he would serve later there.

On the other hand Erdwan smiled slightly then immediately took advantage of the woman's narrowness, and he managed to make the woman speechless not to fight back.

"A little bit as you move, this sword will smell and make marks on your pretty neck." Threaten Erdwan while sticking his sharp sword at the woman's neck. Calmly, the woman shifted her bead of eyes trying to look at the person threatening her.

"Who are you?" Asked Prince Shun who was already in front of him while directing his eagle gaze at the woman.

Now the foreign woman has been flanked by two men who seem to be interrogating her identity in more detail, because they consider her a spy who could have threatened their lives.
