Just five minutes into the writing desk, Deasy had begun to yawn. These questions are boring. He groans.
On the first day at MINORITY CENTER, Paravisi shared a question book that they had to fill out. Questions are asked about simple things related to their interests and tastes.
Like:
- Mention your favorite food
mention the food you hate
- Mention the things you like
mention things you hate
name the things that make you allergic
mention the things you fear most,
and so forth
On the first line in the second sheet the question asked reads like this: "If you were given the chance to choose, who is the Paravisi you hope to be your Guardian?"
Below are nine photos of Paravisi, complete with their biodata.
Some of the girls behind Deasy giggled during the filling up. They were talking about their respective interests towards Paravisi while laughing flirtatiously.
Deasy glanced at them and then yawned. Before long the short-haired skinny girl had already cupped her face on the writing desk and slept. The girl seemed to have no other interest but to sleep.
Seven Paravis entered the room. And that day Athena was not with them.
Suddenly the question arises in Elijah's head, what exactly is their job when they are not in place? But a few moments later he didn't think about it anymore.
"Please give her attention for a minute!" A Paravisi stepped into the center of the room in place of Athena, while the other six Paravisis lined up behind her as usual.
A girl on the backmost bench in the corner of the room suddenly whimpered and sobbed.
Paravisi had earlier dropped his intention to make an announcement.
All eyes in the room were centered on the girl on the back bench. The Seventh Paravisi also turned his head along with the uniform movement. As if trained.
The frontmost Paravisi who was the youngest and smallest among the others, then stepped towards the girl's bench. "Are you ok?" He asked the crying girl.
The girl buried her face between the folds of her hands crossed on the table and continued to sob. He did not react in the slightest when the Paravisi questioned him.
Carefully the visionary finally touched the girl's shoulder and said softly, "it's ok, Sweetheart!"
The girl was silent. But he also did not lift his face off the table.
One of the six Paravisi eventually took over his position as Leader.
"All right, good afternoon. Welcome to the Minority Center and survive fighting in your new world as a new human being. Here, we do have enough food for you to survive. Here we also provide decent clothing so that you are no longer judged by appearance, here we have enough space to accommodate all your dreams. Unfortunately, our access is limited to a few people. And you're too many." The vision paused for a moment while glancing.
The whole room froze listening to the explanation of the Paravisi. Awaiting certainty.
"Here, you'll all be tested." The paravision continued. "Here, you'll be pitted against each other. Who wins, he's the one who deserves that access!"
The whole room was holding its breath. Look at each other. Then breathe out simultaneously.
While in another part of the building, Last Dusk stood restlessly in front of an enclosed room that read: DOA DIVISION. It had been more than three hours he was standing at the door. Occasionally he walks back and forth just to expel the feeling of anxiety. Sometimes he tried to calm himself by washing his face. But it still did not change her anxious mood.
Athena had locked herself in that room for almost a day.
Twice Dusk went and returned to the place and waited for hours, but he found no sign of Athena coming out. A myriad of bad premonitions raged within his head. Only one thing he knew about Athena's habit of confining herself in the DOA DIVISION room.
BRITTLE!
Athena never showed her fragile side to anyone. That's why whenever he starts to feel himself helpless he prefers to hide himself inside the DOA DIVISION room.
But unfortunately Last Dusk always felt the inner struggle of Athena. This time it was the worst. The man leaned his body against a pillar, closed his eyes tightly and then exhaled heavily many times. Bad shadows from pieces of his past started popping up every time he closed his eyes. And he realized he would not be able to overcome his emotions without Athena. Athena was for him the kind of source of energy channels that he needed all the time. Where he couldn't even imagine what he would be without Athena.
As a Paravisi, he was taught that in order to achieve vision, he had to close his eyes. But he's phobic about the dark. On one side of his heart urged to find out the condition of Athena. And the only access to being able to connect with Athens back then was to use vision.
Dusk hesitantly finally ventured to close his eyes. Scraps of black and white images from past events sprung up once again. Makes him sweat cold. He breathed in as much air as he could, trying to keep both his eyes clenched. His entire body began to tremble withstanding the fear he faced through visions of his past.
A strand of iron chains shackled both his hands and feet. Burdened it. His body fell on the floor as his hands and feet were pounding. "Mama..." The girl screeched as the female figure moved away from her then disappeared behind the door. Before long the door slammed shut, followed by the sound of metal interlacing. Signaling the door's locked. Darkness enveloped the narrow space.
This is not a picture of my past, cried Dusk in his heart. He shook his head, trying to remove the shadow from his head. But the shadow remained in his head. He opened his eyes and dropped his knee on the floor. Breathing's severed. His knees were shaking uncontrollably. Cold sweat flooded all over his body. I don't remember ever being held captive with a girl she said in her heart. Who her?
Her curiosity that was so great was able to defeat her fear. Once again, he inhaled as much air and then closed his eyes once more.
Before long he heard the sound of chains clinking. Then a heartbreaking moaning sound. The girl buried her face between her hands crossed on the floor.
Slowly Dusk extended his hand towards the girl, then touched her shoulder carefully.
The girl raised her face slowly then stared at the twilight with teary eyes.
Dusk again suffocated bated then hurriedly opened his eyes. His breath was back hunting irregularly. No way, hissing. No way!
Before long the door of the DIVISION ROOM DOA opened. But nobody gets out of there.
Dusk sighed his body stood up then ran towards the door.
Athena fell not far from the door.
