CHAPTER 139 | Removing Revenge

Seeing La Xuan's movements, Baihu remained calm even though La Xuan's slash was about to approach him. Then Baihu twisted the dragon sword in front of his body forming a shield of protective energy resisting La Xuan's sword attack.

The sword La Xuan slashed towards Baihu hit the energy protective shield made by Baihu. The slash of La Xuan's sword was like hitting water and being absorbed by it, this made La Xuan's eyes startled as he did not expect it.

Baihu then drew his sword from that protective energy, then twisted back piercing towards La Xuan's body with a swift movement.

La Xuan felt his sword being flowed by the protective energy passing through Baihu's body. Then he was wide-eyed for a moment to see Baihu had thrust a sword towards his body. This made La Xuan instantly draw his sword to fend off Baihu's sword thrust.

Trang! Trang!

Twice La Xuan repelled Baihu's void sword thrust against his body.

“This boy is his strength balanced with mine. But the nurse is terrible.”

La Xuan finally realized his mistake of underestimating Baihu too much. He also increased his sword. He held the sword in his right hand. Then he lifted the sword over his head while his left hand was in front of his chest.

“Sukma Breaker Swords!”

With a shout, La Xuan swung his sword forward towards Baihu's body. The giant sword shadow formed from the energy of the sword stance flashed splitting towards Baihu's body.

Baihu narrowed his eyes at the sword energy, but he remained calm flowing his power on the dragon sword to fend off the attack. Baihu also took out his sword energy and directed the shadow of the giant sword against La Xuan's attack

The two sword energies collided with each other, the force of the impact throwing a fierce wind around them. Baihu was pushed back a step while La Xuan bounced back two steps. From the result it could be seen that Baihu's power of skill was much stronger than La Xuan's even though their manpower was balanced.

La Xuan gritted his teeth seeing that his attack could be broken easily by Baihu. La Xuan returned to chanting his sword stance, this time swinging his sword horizontally towards Baihu.

Bumm!

La Xuan's sword slash roared loudly. Baihu leaped into the air dodging that horizontal slash, but the slash trail shattered the trees behind Baihu.

In the air Baihu chalked out a thousand sword stance to avenge the attack, the shadow of thousands of sword energies formed and pointed towards La Xuan's body. La Xuan's eyes twitched looking at the thousands of swords pointing at him.

La Xuan increased his strength and aimed at his immortal sword to prepare to fend off the sword attack. Baihu then deployed that stance towards La Xuan while moving swiftly against him.

“Wire! Your brother is in danger.” Master Xu Yuan clenched his hands tensely and anxiously looked at his disciple. But he could not intervene in their fight.

“Kakak?” muttered La Guan when he saw the enormity of Baihu's attack that attacked his older brother La Xuan.

Sett...Sett...Sett...

The prowess of the sword energy numbering in the thousands was trying to be fended off by La Xuan while convoluted.

Trang! Trang! Trang! Jem!

However some sword energy managed to hit La Xuan's body and made him grimace in pain from the sword energy's stab. La Xuan still continued to fend off the sword energy that was pointing towards the vital points of his body.

But La Xuan only focused on the sword energy attack from above the air. He forgot Baihu's movements that flashed as fast as lightning towards him from the front. Baihu's sword thrust successfully pierced through La Xuan's chest and stopped La Xuan's movements.

La Xuan's eyes widened with the corners of his lips spitting out fresh blood. He exerted his strength to push Baihu's sword and retreated backwards.

Baihu drew his sword and blood spurted from the wound on La Xuan's chest. La Xuan immediately closed the wound on his chest with a blood stream toothen. He felt lucky that the stab had not injured his vital organs.

Actually Baihu did not want to kill La Xuan, so he deliberately did not aim his sword stab at the vital internal organs in La Xuan's body. He did not want to continue this fight.

Yet La Xuan took it as an insult to him. His face darkened and stared at Baihu.

“You can kill me, why don't you.” furious La Xuan.

“I have no reason to kill you. You are blinded by revenge. But I gave you a chance to live. If you don't use it well, don't blame me if the next prick will kill you.”

Baihu then turned around about to leave the injured La Xuan.

La Xuan who was burned by grudge and fury did not heed Baihu's words. He re-exerted his strength and attacked Baihu from behind at high speed.

“Do not sis..” La Guan immediately shouted unconsciously at what his brother was doing. Master Xu Yuan was about to stop him but it was too late.

Although Baihu flipped her body, yet she could feel a killing aura behind her back. “Sorry, really very regrettable.” murmured

Baihu then took two steps forward then jumped up and spun in the air. Then he slashed his sword towards the surprised La Xuan when he saw Baihu jump into the air.

La Xuan's eyes glared in disbelief looking at Baihu in midair who had deployed two sabers of crossed swords towards La Xuan's body.

Crassh... Crashh...

La Xuan's body suffered a fairly deep cross wound attack and nearly severed his body. La Xuan did not believe himself to be defeated by Baihu in this fight. All this time he felt his strength was the strongest in the Lato nation kingdom.

La Xuan fell heavily injured and died in front of Baihu. Master Xu Yuan and his younger brother La Guan immediately ran up to La Xuan and examined his body.

“I've given him a chance, but he doesn't want to take advantage of it.” Baihu said to them.

La Guan and Xu Yuan knew that. La Guan realized that it was his brother who was indeed seeking his death. The two of them lowered their heads while picking up La Xuan's body.

“I hope today stops the grudges between us. But I won't let the Lato people come back here to fight. Come in peace, we will receive you.” Baihu said later.

“Thank you for your instructions sir.” sahut La Guan later.

La Guan's knowledge and strength were far from Baihu who was on par with his teacher Xu Yuan, so he did not want to extend this grudge.

“Chairman, do you still want to avenge the death of your disciple? Baihu asked Xu Yuan in front of him.

Xu Yuan cupped his hands to his chest. “My other disciples died in battle, this one died in a fair fight. I won't reply to him.” Xu Yuan said later.

Baihu sighed hearing the words from elder Xu Yuan and then saw them bring La Xuan's body back to the Lato nation kingdom. Xu Yuan and La Guan will explain the death of the crown prince to his father.

But Baihu still prepared the defense to guard against the attack of the Lato who wanted to avenge him.
