Book 3: Surviving In Another World From Zero
Chapter 13: Second Key

Ardhi had thought about it a long time ago, if he became an enemy of the goddesses then he would not mind at all.

Adhi dashed forward with Yuki's sword, while the other swords floated around him. Each of the swords would attack automatically allowing that it could slash its enemy from any direction.

"Bas stubborn."

The siren sounds its harp to create a shockwave that can sweep away anyone who comes near.

Seeing how he was having trouble getting close, Ardhi swung his sword from a distance and the ice gushed in pursuit of Sirens.

He jumped to the side to avoid it, at the same time Ardhi had been in front of his face. He unhesitatingly wrapped his sword in ice before slashing it into the Siren's stomach, sending it thrown away.

His instrument was damaged but his body was not badly injured.

"What are you doing, you purposely made your sword blunt?"

"Different from the other key guards it seems you have consciousness, compared to the Dark Knight."

"Dark Knight, could it be that you managed to defeat him."

Ardhi showed the key on his neck.

"Is that interesting."

Dozens of magic circles sprung up above the sky some pierced through Ardhi's sword until it was inactive and the rest dropped a large water ball.

Every time it hit the ground it created a burst into the air.

Ardhi created an ice shield as his steps came to a halt, just as his shield shattered the figure Siren had leaped at him.

"Don't think that I can only attack far away, I'm also an expert in near loot attacks."

Ardhi's body received several blows, as he retaliated with a swing of the sword he was kicked first. Not letting it fall, Siren grabbed his leg and pulled him closer with a fist that the other hand would use.

Ardhi caught it well and then used his head to bang himself with the Siren's head until the two were thrown backwards.

It was a powerful attack.

"You're really reckless."

"It's better this way."

The other Ardhi sword had cut through the tentacles to save his comrade, as Siren was about to stand Yuki had been piercing him so that he could not move.

"Do you think this way can stop me."

"It's a shame your elemental power is not water, I'm an ice user it's so easy for me."

Both hands were frozen.

If Siren is still not strong Risa is already there to add her ice magic but Siren chose to give up.

"I've lost, I admit it."

"That's a great choice."

The ice that froze them shattered and swiftly Yuki pulled the key on Siren's chest.

"Master I got to see this."

Ardhi stroked his head, and as he did so it seemed that the others also wanted to get the same.

"I'm still generous with giving up, while the other guards won't be good enough to do it, whatever it is my job is done and I can go back to the sea."

The siren returned to its former form and flew with the whale next to it.

"That guy can't be honest, obviously around him he just wants to get out of his job, no matter what the obvious reason is we're succeeding."

Ardhi agreed with Latifa's words, the key was in the can and now they just have to come back again.

On the way Yuki remembers something.

"I remember there's a snowy mountain nearby, how about we stop by?"

Latifa, Nisa and Mery remember one thing about the snow mountain: the gorilla.

"I'm tired of dealing with as many creatures as they are."

"Hmmm me too."

Mery assented with a nod.

Even the two of them who were always eager to fight chose to avoid the gorillas.
