Chapter 03: Snow In The Village Under the Mountain

It was a village that had recently suddenly been snowed, given the time, the snow was falling too quickly and especially only this region was affected.

After going through many difficulties such as the appearance of monsters and the road that was difficult to pass they had finally reached there.

Each of the Ardhi group wore thick clothes to keep themselves warm.

As they looked up at the sky, the snow was clearly not going to stop any time soon, it was as if this snow was there to hoard an entire village.

After asking the people who were outside to get rid of the snow, Ardhi's group went into a village hall room that had been filled with many people.

That's close to a quarter of the population.

"Thank you for accepting our request, we thought that the adventurer guild would ignore this because no one would take it, we apologize."

The voice came from the old man who was carrying a stick.

"No, we should be the ones apologizing for sure you guys have enough trouble with this snow."

They were a little surprised by Ardhi's attitude, adventurers would usually be rude but Ardhi acted like a noble.

"Truely, this snow will only stop at midnight and fall again in the morning, we even have to routinely alternate to supply firewood for each house."

Latifa gave her opinion, in this group she could be categorized as the representative of the group.

"If you hear your answer, everyone knows the cause."

"Truely, this was all caused by a sword that was at the top of a mountain."

"Sword?"

"The sword was actually the sword used by the previous hero.After the death of the demon king, he came to our village and asked to put his sword on the mountain, he said that one day someone would take it so we allowed it, at that time only the top of the mountain was covered with snow but over time it had crept so far, we thought it might be possible that the sword was angry because until now no one had taken it."

Latifa's face flushed red while the village chief slightly smiled with his people.

"Then please rest first, for the previous offer we actually have another request."

Ardhi along with some people had entered into the forest to hunt a monster.

The villagers had a little difficulty in finding food sources, which was why this was another request from them and Ardhi agreed to it and chose to do it alone because this was not something that was difficult for him.

He also did not want to get the girls in his group out, so he asked them to stay relaxed at the temporary residence given by the villagers.

A monster named the red bull was seen from a distance, with just that one sword knocking it down quickly.
