Chapter 67: Fire Against Water

Everyone was injured and not a few people died. Yumi and Gloria have run out of mana they saved for years now all that remains is Eren.

In the desert, the two faced each other.

Blue looked hostilely, he was already no stranger to this kind of atmosphere.

"Your aura's a little different from the othersit's certain that you're a hero."

Eren doesn't answer him directly, he takes Tiffany's severed hand and throws it far back to the one Yugo captured so well, if the magic can be reused Yugo can most likely reconnect it.

"I am indeed a hero, different from all I only appear in certain situations like this."

"I see, you must be very confident."

Both of them lunged forward at the same time, leaving behind a trail of dust, their two swords clashing and being restrained against each other creating an incredible burst of wind, they both ran to the side while continuously banging the sword.

Eren uses Fire Bolt's all-time famous magic, while his enemies use a similar magic called Water Ball.

The two attacks met in the midst of being distorted into an explosion of smoke.

Blue leaped into the air after throwing his sword into the air, he made his sword his next foothold before sending a straight kick with water enveloping his feet.

"Of course only you can do that" Eren said.

He stuck out his sword and chose to envelop his hand with fire, when the attacks clashed against each other the two of them crashed backwards, both rolling on the ground for a long time before landing with faces staring at the sky, no one wanted to give up both of them got up and ran at high speed, each pulling out their swords that were stuck on the ground and for a number of times swinging their swords at each other.

The longer their movements were invisible, blood scratches appeared on Eren's face as well as vice versa, the two of them sent each other kicks and were both thrown away by it.

"Water Canon."

"Fire Disaster."

Two different waves clashing against each other producing terrifying hot steam, Blue swung his sword making a dimensional gap from which took out a giant whale.

Just as Blue was spinning his legs were able to hit Eren's face until he was thrown towards a giant rock and blasted it into small fragments.

Eren spurted blood from his mouth.

"You are strong but only human."

He wiped the blood off the tip of his mouth before replying.

"That man is stronger than the devil the opposite you remember that."

From under Eren's feet flames gushed into the air leaving a trail of lava. Along with his sword that shone with fire. A barrage of menu windows that look like a game is popping up.

Eren has a unique skill named, Take Engine by igniting his skill he is able to increase the strength of his sword slash.

Just in case, he sacrificed the 100 skills he had learned.

On the other hand Blue also felt that he had to give off all of his strength, his sword was now covered in water before being enveloped in red.

"Don't be arrogant man, you should have been gone a long time ago, this is for the sake of the devil's survival."

Regardless of Blue's words, Eren darted forward as well as the other way around, with a single breath of both striking the sword at each other.

"Take Engine."

"Impossible."

Blue's sword shattered then his body split in two pieces, not only was Eren's fire slash splitting the mountain, then the ocean including the island in the middle before disappearing completely.

Eren put on a guilty face.

"I think I'm overdoing it."
