Book 3: Surviving In Another World From Zero
Chapter 53: The City of Gangs

Riding the white tiger that was well drawn by Yumi, they had passed through the green meadow before jumping down inside the forest.

Roy, who is good at maps, re-examined his goal.

"We're close."

Yugo and Tiffany show vigilance as some black-robed people are about to ambush them from above. In the end, the fight cannot be avoided.

A few minutes later they were tied to a rope by Tiffany tightly.

"I'd rather kill them so as not to bother," said Yumi, which Roy denied.

"Guild master said we should take them alive, we won't get paid if we do."

"A terrible threat."

Yumi exhaled deeply before following Roy and the others who had walked further and further away, they found a white building that looked abandoned.

It looks like a shelter or something. Ever since the giant tree incident that occurred in the empire was known to other kingdoms now everyone had been searching for the existence of the sect.

None of them thought to ignore it so much or it would be too late.

Yumi kicked in the front door and there was no one in there.

"Yumi-chan instead we should be observing."

"Watching isn't our style, we're breaking."

Roy felt there was no change about their leader.

If they happen to meet a powerful monster they will fight like a beserker.

Tiffany swung her sword sending a gust of wind that ravaged her surroundings.

"Haha it looks like we're too late, everyone here must have been gone a long time ago" said Yugo while Yumi found a paper tear under her feet.

"This paper is a limited product of the Gang city."

"Is it different from other papers?" ask Tiffany.

"True, this paper is very special if someone touches it other than the one who made the memo and the recipient, the paper will be destroyed."

"I don't understand?"

Tiffany is a person who acts with muscles rather than mind.

Yumi took out the paper from the storage bag. First he began to flow mana to form writing which was then given to Tiffany.

"Eh?"

"This paper will instantly recognize which two are using it right now, and we can exchange as much writing as possible, now give it to Yugo."

Tiffany does the thing that is said, when the paper is actually held by Yugo, it burns in the blink of an eye.

"My hands are burning!"

"Not many people knew about this paper, it was likely that the sect came from that city."

"In other words we should investigate it as well."

Yumi nodded at Roy's statement, because this is what this mission is really troublesome for.

They returned to check on the prisoners they had captured earlier unfortunately they had already been finished off without a trace.

"They're all dead."

Yumi turned her gaze around and asked everyone.

"Do you feel his presence."

"No."

"I am too."

"It looks like we're dealing with someone who's hard to detect."

Yumi flew a messenger bird to give to the guild master, while they resumed their journey, different from before now they left with a giant eagle.

The journey took only five hours and when they landed in front of a city, the eagle vanished.

"Here is the Gang City, it's not strange that we'll be ambushed so be careful."

"Understand."

They entered the city and at the same time various magic was fired, it exploded creating chaos from the dust of destruction.

"Successfully?"

"Of course not, you fools, do you underestimate us? Die there," yelled Yumi

"Impossible?"

Yugo had cast a protective magic to resist the attack just now, Tiffany grinned and lunged forward.
