Book 3: Surviving In Another World From Zero
Chapter 59: The Referee

As the distance of the two got closer they swung each other's swords, Victor did not bother with the whole sword that was now floating to aim for it.

To him all the attacks looked as if they were slowing down.

Derrun... Derrun... Thumped.

They moved so fast as if dancing in the air with a dazzling flash of light.

Ardhi slashed his sword and it created an ice explosion that shot up into the sky. Victor was trapped inside but only a moment before the wall that locked him was destroyed with a can coming out of his body.

The two landed their feet back before darting forward.

Thumped.

"You really are a hero. This is just exciting."

Ardhi held the sword that was transverse to him, the restrained sword then increased in length then spun around to turn.

Ardhi well used another sword to fend it off while the four swords that floated in the air each created a magic circle that dropped a flash of lightning.

Victor leapt back to wrap himself in an iron shield that completely resisted all of the attacks. Even though iron is a losing element as long as he doesn't touch it, everything will be fine.

Ardhi did not let him and he slashed through the iron, cutting it into two pieces. Unfortunately Victor was no longer behind him.

"Master's downstairs."

An animal trap-like jaw slashed out from within the ground, Ardhi disappeared and appeared above him to dodge it but a kick struck his stomach forcing him to swoop down with a deafening bang.

"You're great but not enough to challenge a demon like me, die."

The sword in Victor's hand turned into a spear and was again thrust towards the newly awakened Ardhi. He simply tilted his head to avoid it and the spear pierced well beside him.

"I wanted to just show this to the demon lord, but it's okay to fight you too."

"What are you planning?" victor asked as his spear returned to hand and turned into a sword a second time.

Ardhi threw the entire ballast that had been tying his body, just a glance at the eyes of people would know that its weight was no joke.

"Do you think with that alone you beat me?"

Ardhi sheathed another sword except for Yuki's sword in his hand, lightning sparks gushing from his body.

Victor directed his hand to create an iron hand that burst out from underground, before it gripped him Ardhi had darted.

Supposedly with Victor's eyes Ardhi's existence was easy to see but now he could not find it.

His hand was thrown into the air after the sword slashed at him.

"What?"

When Victor returns, Ardhi is no longer there, all he knows is that his body has been split in two.

"How can you?"

"My master is stronger than you."

It became an instant death for Victor.

Ardhi returned to the guild to release all the people he had detained earlier, Yumi's group even Eve herself could not defeat him but for Ardhi that was not something difficult.

Yuki returned to his human form.

"I'll make tea for everything."

"Thank you Miss Yuki" Cathy replied.

Ardhi heard the whole explanation about those who were trying to interrogate the sect, when they got their information they were attacked in a big way.

That's the summary that's been going on in this town.

"Things like this are inevitable."

Elsewhere Marsya was fighting a strong figure as well, she was a woman with a robe and wavy red hair.

"Dragon calamity, it's weird that you're siding with humans, but maybe, it's a good opportunity to research how strong you are kekeke."
