If the one who marries her is a man who does not impregnate her, then she should not marry the woman until giving birth. That means Zayn can come to you Alexa. Do not doubt his knowledge.

Meanwhile, Imam Malik and Imam Hanbali argued that men who do not impregnate should not marry women who are pregnant. Except after the woman gave birth and had expired her iddo. 

Imam Ahmad added one more condition is that the woman must have been repented of her adulterous sins.  

Marriages with pregnant women can take place without waiting for the birth of their children. With the marriage taking place at the time of the pregnant woman, no remarriage is required after the child is born."
