Chapter 13: Conspired to Revolt
Date walked out of the room where Emu was with her father with mixed feelings. Seeing Emu's condition not welcoming him well made him a little disappointed. It turns out that during this treatment of Emu instead of making Emu more submissive to him even after the suicide attempt, Emu more clearly showed resistance to him. Does the woman he loves not consider him a lover anymore?
His father who noticed the expression on his son's face that turned grim was just clucking in wonder.
"Akira-kun! Have you made up your mind about marrying that young doctor?" His father was now looking at Date with a serious look. Somehow Date who was initially excited responded half-heartedly.
"Why? Have you changed your mind?" Ask his father to investigate towards his only child.
"It's not like that Daddy! It's just-" Date stopped her speech and bit her lower lip agitated.

"Just I feel like he doesn't love me anymore, Daddy. Seeing her so angry with me earlier, I felt like she had never been happy with me all this time. Am I wrong Daddy? I just taught him a little lesson to make him submit to me just like Daddy taught me all along. But why is he fighting now?" Say Date with a face that is not calm and very agitated.
"So you want to let go?" Asked his father again while patting Date's shoulder slowly and looking into his son's eyes.
"Hell, NO! I love him so much Daddy! She is the only woman I love! No one else! For me she is the queen of my heart! I really love her so much Daddy." Date's expression then turned even more spirited as he expressed his feelings to the Queen of his heart in front of his father making the middle-aged man chuckle with the behavior of his beloved son.
"Maybe someone influenced him so much that he dared to go against you Akira-kun or maybe you didn't give him a lesson seriously, who knows's?" His father raised both his shoulders.
"I'm sure his friends made him defy me!" Date gritted his teeth furiously, recalling the incident when his friends presumptuously took Emu without his permission.
"I won't let Emu meet her friends again!" Say Date with a serious face.
"Daddy, if we're officially married then I'd like to take her out of Japan! I want to take her to our house in New York" Date said firmly and steadily to her father.
"A good idea! So there will be no one to bother you anymore! You can live quietly and build a good household and most importantly" his father smiled meaningfully at Date and looked at him with a hint of teasing.
"You must be quick to give this Daddy a grandson! Daddy can't wait to hold on to his grandchild, Mommy would want the same thing!" Pinta's father chuckled at his son's timid expression when he stressed about the presence of a grandchild.
"Well, now I'm going to meet with some of the top police and government officials to sort out the problems you caused yesterday. I'll add security to this place. Is it enough if you add about 30 people to guard this place?" Ask his father while taking his phone and call additional bodyguards for his son's security.
Date responded by nodding his head and hugging his father and thanking him for everything he did for him. His father just smiled and ruffled Date's hair fondly.
"Prepare your wedding immediately. I thought we'd just do it here for security. I've reached out to the priest who will bless your marriage. Father had also explained the situation and he agreed. Wait for the other preparations." Date's father began walking outside the warehouse with some of his bodyguards and followed Date.
"Ah, yes because after the wedding you will go directly to New York I will take care of your passport and visa in an instant. So you don't have to worry. For the wedding dress, let your Mommy take care of it."
"Ah Daddy! I love Daddy! Thank you for everything" Date once again embraced his beloved father and smiled broadly expressing the happiness he felt.
"For dear Akira-kun, Daddy will do whatever you want to be happy!" Reply to his father and walk to his black SUV.
"All right, Dad, go first! Careful here!"

Emu wakes up with a headache that she can't explain how it hurts. I don't know how many times he's received an anesthetic injection that makes him helpless to run out of energy. His body felt that the bones in it had disappeared and made him unable to support his weight properly.
Emu held her head and squinted her eyes trying to improve her eyesight. Then he caught the faint shadow of Date and his mother talking and laughing together on the couch. Realizing Emu had regained consciousness from her sleep, Date immediately approached her and carried Emu's body in her arms and kissed her forehead. Emu who was still half conscious did not give any response, just moved a little trying to focus his eyes that still could not open perfectly. Date's mother, who saw her son give her a kiss on Emu's forehead, could only gently smile. He believes Date can change if he marries Emu and he will help Emu change Date slowly.
"Emph, my head hurts!" Emu said softly still holding her head and squeezing it.
Reiko immediately gave Emu drinking water and painkillers. Date helps Emu take her medicine and then rests Emu's head on her chest while gently stroking her lover's jet black mane. Reiko watched carefully the happy-looking face of her son inevitably smiled happily, but when she turned to look at Emu who looked very weak and lame the middle-aged woman felt a sense of guilt. Is it true that her actions let Emu stay with Date even if she's unhappy? Selfish of him who wants to give happiness to his beloved son? The inner war continues to engulf Reiko. On one hand he wants to help Emu but on the other hand his promise to Haruka cannot be ignored.
"Mommy, Emu-chan has to clean up and replace her bandages with new and clean ones. Mommy can help me?" Date's voice broke Reiko's daydream instantly.
"of course! Let Mommy do it. Is the bathroom here a water heater?" Tanya Reiko approached Date.
"Of course Mommy, this warehouse I've modified with complete equipment. The bathroom is there." Date pointed to a door behind the sofa facing the main door of the room.
"I will prepare the warm water. After that I'll leave everything to Mommy." Date prepared all the supplies he had prepared for Emu, from the medicine box to the clean clothes for her.
Reiko painstakingly takes care of Emu who is still under the influence of drugs. Emu can only obey what Reiko did. That, too, was for her sake. Date helps Reiko take Emu to the bathroom and leaves the two of them with privacy. Reiko took off the clothes Emu was wearing and the bandages attached to that slender body. Now Reiko can see clearly all the scars Emu suffered. He looked surprised until both of his hands covered his agape mouth. There were no tears dripping from Reiko's brown eyes. Oh God! Akira is out of bounds!
Reiko began to gently and carefully cleanse Emu's body. She was afraid that it would make Emu feel pain every time she touched the scar. Sometimes Emu cringes a little when Reiko taps the scar that has not healed making Reiko's heart hurt. Once done, Reiko began smearing Emu's wounds with cold cream to relieve the pain while disappearing the scars. Reiko dressed Emu in clothes that Date had prepared, a warm coral-colored oversize sweater combined with the sweet-looking tortilla-colored Deck pants worn by Emu.
"Reiko-san, thank you." Said Emu who could already focus her gaze and slowly began to be able to support herself. Emu sincerely looked at Reiko who had taken the trouble to take care of her. Emu is so grateful it wasn't Date who did everything Reiko did for her.
"No need to say that, baby! I've already considered you my own son." Reiko stroked Emu's hair lovingly making Emu powerless to hold back tears. She was comfortable with Reiko's attitude towards him. But he wants to deny all the good Reiko. She does not want Reiko to manipulate her feelings in order to accept Date again like when she first met before Date showed her true nature.
"Hey, why are you crying Emu-chan?" Reiko said as she wiped the tears that had dripped down Emu's cheek.
"I don't know any more about the life I'm living now Reiko-san? Can't I choose my own path? Can't you all give me a chance to express my own opinion? Am I not entitled to my own life?" Emu reveals frustration.

"I only asked for a little help from you Reiko-san! I just want to be free from here. I beg you!" Emu prostrated to Reiko making her flinch and hurriedly helped Emu stand up.
"Please don't be like this Emu-chan! I-I don't know how to! Don't make me decide on the impossible!" Reiko felt an inner war re-plague her heart.
"You don't know how furious Takeshi is if I make the same mistake for the second time Emu-chan!" Reiko recalls helping Haruka out of the same situation and ending tragically.
"How-ever" Emu's sentence came to an instant halt when Date entered the room.
"Mommy, is it done?" Tanya Date approached Emu and Reiko who were sitting on the long sofa.
"Oh, baby! You look so cute with that sweater!" Praise Date enthusiastically and then approach Emu trying to land a kiss on her cheek. However Emu turned his face quickly avoiding Date's movements.
"Emu-chan-" Date was fixated on seeing Emu's still-in-mode attitude reject her. There is no more light of love in his eyes now. He missed the lover's gaze when they first combined love.
"All right then I'll leave you alone first." Date retreat slowly gives space for the lover with a face that looks very disappointed.
"Mommy, let's go. I called the wedding dress shop manager Mommy recommended earlier. They're waiting for us now. Emu-chan just take a break! I've memorized all the sizes anyway." Date eventually approaches her mother and takes her mother away and leaves Emu alone.
Emu just fell silent as if she did not care what Date did with her mother. Now he's just thinking how to get out and get free of Date. Emu still turned her face as Reiko and Date moved towards the exit. Date looked at his lover once more.

A group of men dressed in all black wearing bulletproof vests and Tactical Boots were seen coming out of the CR in a hurry. They approached a Jetblack-colored HiaAce van parked in the corner of the parking building. When they reached the van, they were surprised by the figure of a man in a white doctor's robe who had been waiting for them there.
"Director Kagami!" The group of men shouted simultaneously surprised by Haima's presence.
The eight men became nervous and could only look at each other wrongly. The two people standing at the very back tried to hide the crate of weapons they were carrying with their bodies, but Haima had already seen it.
"I know what you're gonna do!" Haima said as she looked at all of them with a sharp look. The group of men looked uneasy and did not know they had to explain it to Haima. Will he stop their steps at this time?
"You can't go back if you can't bring Houjou-chan safely!" Suddenly Haima's resolute speech made them wide in surprise.

"Okay, Director! I will try my best! Trust me!" Shinosuke confirmed his voice reassuring Haima making the hospital director smile in relief.
The eight men entered the black van excitedly. Haima has given them the green light, making them even more determined to bring Emu home safely.

Shinosuke becomes the leader for the mission this time. He quickly tuned the GPS on the car driven by Chase to adjust the location sent by Shotaro through his phone. Gou on the other hand along with the five members of CR set up a communication tool that they will use to communicate with each other. In addition, they also distributed bullet casings to each person adjusted to the weapons they will use.

"Police stopped the investigation into the hospital bomb case and the kidnapping of Emu-chan! They just held a press conference and said that the bomber has been arrested and Emu-chan has been rescued and is under the protection of the central police! The head of the central police said that I should stop investigating again." Reveal Shinosuke with an uneasy tone and at the same time furious do not believe if the head of the central police force easily deceived by dirty politicians Hagino Takashi even lied to the public much to cover up the behavior of Date, the crazy Hagino Takinai boy.

They were up to a few minutes before the sun sank. Chase drove his car slowly so as not to attract attention. They follow Shotaro's directive to park their vehicles in a secret warehouse owned by intelligence officers if they oversee some illegal transactions carried out at the docks. The distance of the secret warehouse with the warehouse owned by Date is only about 50 meters. Once again they prepared all the equipment they needed and made sure no one was left behind. Shotaru only chuckled while stroking his chest which still left a tight heartbeat due to the gunpoint earlier.
"So what's the plan?" hiiro asked unceremoniously while looking at Shotaru with a cold look.
Shotaro walked towards the large table by the window of the warehouse followed by the eight others. Then took out a folded paper that after opening turned out to be a warehouse floor plan owned by Date.
"The warehouse was guarded by 30 more people." Shotaru said beginning the disclosure of the plan they will do.
"The front door of the warehouse is to the north which is guarded by about 10 armed men. While the west and east they only put five people each. For the south they put about 3 people only, in addition to the south they have put a barbed fence, the south is also right facing the sea so it is impossible if we sneak from there." shotaru said as he pointed to the location he mentioned
"For the rest they stand guard in the barn. The room where Emu-chan is on the second floor to the south. Especially for the room Emu-chan is guarded by 3 best people belonging to Hagani. They also carried out the bombing at Seito's hospital and kidnapped Emu-chan! So we have to be careful. Their strength was equivalent to a dozen people! Moreover, they are former special forces members." Shotaru explained the nod by the eight adult men.

Shotaru and Shinosuke then explain the attack plan in turn. Kuroto and Taiga are tasked with protecting the other members with the long-barreled rifles they use. Shinosuke then gives Hiiro, Pallad and Kiriya Baton Stick for melee attacks. The three of them then pinned the baton stick to their left.
After Shotaru and Shinosuke finished laying out the plans they made. They then immediately moved towards Date's warehouse through the back door of their warehouse which was right towards the east side of the warehouse. Slowly they approached the location of the warehouse. They were in the prone position aiming with their long-barreled rifles waiting for the cue from Shinosuke who along with Gou and Shotaru slowly crept to the side of the warehouse wall.
Guards in charge of guarding the eastern wing were either where made it easier for them to shift forward towards the main door. Hiiro, Pallad, Chase and Kiriya are at the other end of the east side watching if any guards are coming from there. Shinosuke peeked at what the guards were doing at the main door. It looks like they are on alert with the revolver next to their pants.
"You guys ready?" shinosuke asked the other members using the communication tool they had pinned on their ears. The other members signaled if they were ready. For some reason their heartbeats became so fast, their breathing started to get irregular. Their adrenaline peaked with the intensity of their vigilance. Well, there's no more word to back down. The great risk was already in their eyes, afraid? that's what they obviously need to get out of their minds right now. They cast a look of confidence and strengthened each other mentally. It's time!
