What's Your Relationship With Briza?

If Laura wasn't upset with Bryan, she would probably enjoy every second she spent with Bryan at this restaurant. How not? This restaurant has a very romantic theme. Warm luminous decorative lights are installed on the cables dangling at the top of the restaurant. “I went back to Briza's apartment because I wanted to make sure if she was okay or still sick. He's just alone in there. I couldn't bear it if he didn't get well,” Bryan replied, though after what happened last night made Bryan think that Briza wasn't really sick.

Laura rolled her eyeballs. “For God's sake, Bryan. He could contact others and ask others to accompany him. Isn't she a famous model? Surely he has an assistant, friend, or family who can accompany him,” Laura grumbled.

“Laura, I've been friends with Briza for a very long time. I—”

“Yes, yes, yes. I get it.” Laura breathed. “You haven't answered my question. What's your relationship with Briza? Do you have more relationships than a friend?” tipped Laura while narrowing her eyes.

Bryan swallowed his saliva, then fell silent. Laura's question managed to silence Bryan and left the man speechless. Explaining about how his relationship with Briza would actually hurt Laura greatly. But, the more he lied, Laura would definitely get even more angry at him. After all, Bryan did not want his lies to become a time bomb that would further destroy their relationship.

“I don't want to be disappointed again, Bryan. If you really intend to have a serious relationship with me, then never let me down,” said Laura firmly.

The girl walked on the shoreline while closing her eyes, enjoying the sound of the waves screaming in her ears. I wanted the girl to scream and cry there. But, he continued to convince himself that Briza and Bryan did not deserve his tears, he should not be weak just because of the two of them.

Bryan's lies are what make it difficult for Laura to trust the man again.
