“Halo, Martin,” greet Felix on someone who is across the phone once he gets to his apartment.

Felix sat on the high chair of the kitchen table then poured a glass of mineral water and sipped it. The man decided to inform Laura's parents first because otherwise it would be difficult to bring Laura's parents together in the same room since their divorce.

“Hello, Felix. How are you and Laura? It's been a long time since you've told me,” Martin's reply, Laura's father.

“Sorry, Martin. There's been a bit of trouble lately. But, you take it easy, everything is in order. Tomorrow, Laura will be home to meet you and Lucia,” Felix said.

“Did you manage to persuade Laura to marry you?” ask Martin curiously.

Felix laughed offingly. If what Martin said was the reality, Felix would be very happy. But, unfortunately, this is not the case and Felix is trying to get Laura to Bryan.

“No, Martin. Laura wants to get married. Tomorrow, the family of future husband Laura will meet with the two of you,” Felix replied.

“Which man will marry the boy?”

“Do you know Bryan Lorenzo? He's the one who's gonna marry Laura.”

“Bryan Lorenzo? You mean that famous young businessman?”

“Absolutely. She is the future husband of Laura.”

“Alright, alright. I will immediately inform Lucia to get ready to welcome them,” Martin replied with excitement and then turned off the phone connection unilaterally.

Felix shook his head, then smiled faintly. From now on, the man promises if he will start learning to love Briza. She does not want Laura and Bryan's marriage to bring her protracted grief. The man believed that he also deserved to be happy even though he wasn't with Laura.

The next day, Bryan's party goes to Laura's hometown. Laura, Bryan and Felix drive the same car while Bryan's parents drive a different car but drive right behind them so as not to lose track.

The journey from Barcelona to Laura's hometown takes at least five hours, which is why they leave early in the morning to avoid road congestion.

“Felix, is my parents' new home far away from our old house?” ask Laura.

Felix shook his head. “Not too far, Laura. Your mother's new home is only a few blocks away from your old home. If your father's house, maybe a little far away. But, I have informed your father and asked them to gather at your mother's house only,” explained Felix.

“Laura, you don't need to be nervous. Everything will be fine,” Bryan said with a warm smile.

Laura nodded. “I just didn't expect that I would actually meet them again after so long without meeting,” she explained.

As soon as she arrived, Laura looked at her parents' new home. This house is much smaller than their old house. But, it looks very comfortable to live in.

They also knocked on the door. There was no need to wait long for Martin and Lucia to open the door and welcome their arrival with a big smile.

“Laura, forgive Mama and Papa who used to be unfair to you. Sorry, because of our selfishness, you finally left here and did not want to exchange news with us again,”, said Lucia then hugged Laura.

“Laura, just so you know that we miss you so much,” said Martin then follow hugging the princess just the puppet.

Laura let go of her parents' embrace, then said, “It's okay. I've forgiven you guys. I want to introduce you to someone. This is Bryan, my future husband. And they are the parents of Bryan, Fabio and Deborah.”

Bryan, Fabio, and Deborah meet Martin and Lucia. The smile could not be separated from the lips of Laura's parents. How not? They knew who would be their candidate, the richest family in Spain. Of course Martin and Lucia would welcome their arrival so warmly.

“Come, login. I have prepared lunch for all of us,” said Lucia, inviting them all to enter.

“By the way, since when do you guys know each other?” martin asked in the middle of their lunch.

“Me and Laura first met in early June,” Bryan said.

“So, before Felix catches up with Laura to Barcelona?” timpal Lucia's.

Bryan and Laura nodded.

“My arrival here was to convey my intention to marry Laura soon. I want to ask for the blessing of the two of you as Laura's parents,” Bryan explained.

Martin and Lucia looked at. They unhesitatingly gave their blessing to Laura and Bryan. They happily accept Bryan as their daughter-in-law.

“Of course we will bless your marriage,” Martin replied firmly, making Laura and Bryan able to breathe a sigh of relief as he finally got his blessing.
