Laura, Will You Marry Me?

Days have passed since the night Felix brought Bryan, Laura, and Briza together. The next day after Felix returned home from Briza's apartment, the man went straight to Laura and told her what had happened. Laura is relieved and happy because now Briza wants to try to release Bryan.

Today, Laura is assigned to decorate a room. Laura is not alone, this time she is also helped by Reyna because it is impossible if Laura can do the decoration of a room large enough alone in a short time.

“Reyna, do you know what this decoration is for?” ask Laura.

Reyna put her shoulder out. “I don't know either. Maybe for a birthday or anniversary event? Mama also said nothing but asked us here to decorate according to what was requested,” explained Reyna.

“You know, Reyna, this decoration is exactly how I imagined if someone proposed to me,” joked Laura then laughed crisply. The girl really liked the flower decorations this time because these decorations were exactly like her taste.

Reyna agreed. “This decoration is really beautiful. If there was a man who proposed to me here, I would definitely not reject him,” replied Reyna while closing her eyes, imagining if there was a man who would actually propose to her.

“Already, already, let's finish this decoration immediately. Soon it is six in the afternoon,” said Laura.

Laura and Reyna continued their work. Just as they were done with their work, the two girls were startled by Lola's arrival. They were both confused because usually Lola never came to the decoration place. The middle-aged woman should always be on standby at the Secret Garden to serve flower ordering and decorations.

“The owner of this event invites us to attend the event. He said he wanted to invite a lot of witnesses for his proposal,”, Lola said.

“Oh, then I'll call Bryan first to let him know about this. I'm afraid she's worried that I haven't come home,” Laura replied.

“Yes, go ahead,” replied Lola then blinked one eye at Reyna.

Laura was allowed to stay away for a while and called Bryan. As a good lover, he did not want to make his lover worry about his condition.

“Hello, Bryan. Today I was decorating a place and the owner of the show asked us to attend. I'm most likely going to be late for home today. But, if you want to follow me here I don't mind either,” explained Laura.

“It's a shame that soon I still have a meeting with my business partner. I can't seem to pick you up, Laura. It's okay, ‘kan, if later you go home with Reyna only?” reply Bryan.

Thirty minutes later, the show began. Laura felt confused because suddenly the lights were turned off so that only the candles were illuminated in the room at this time. When Laura turned her head, she already did not find Reyna or Lola nearby.

“Lola, Reyna, where are you?” sis Laura softly.

A footstep sounded closer towards Laura. Laura turned her head and was surprised when she saw the person walking up to her was Bryan.

‘Didn't Bryan say he was overtime? Why is he suddenly here?’ laura asked inwardly, bewildered half-dead.

“Bryan ...”

Laura closed her mouth when she saw Bryan kneeling before her. The girl was speechless even when she saw Bryan suddenly take out a velvety red box containing a diamond ring.

“Laura, I know that we haven't known each other for too long. But, I swear to you that I will never get tired of getting to know you any further after this. You were the first woman to knock on my heart. Therefore, I also want you to be the last woman for me.”

Laura's breath was choked. The girl was trying to digest what was going on right now but she was again stuck on a big question mark. Is what is happening to him now real? Or just his imagination?

“Laura, will you marry me? Will you spend the rest of your life with me and be my wife?” ask Bryan.

One drop of Laura's tears came down right after Bryan said that. The girl nodded then softly said, “Yes, I want.”

Hearing Laura's reply, Bryan stood up and grabbed Laura's lips. They both kissed and channeled the happy feelings that filled their heart cavities.

They both stopped their kisses when they heard applause from the people around them. Once the lights are turned back on, Laura can see if there are also parents Bryan, Lola, Reyna, even Felix and Briza.

Everyone seemed happy with the union of the two lovebirds.
