“Laura, why are you quiet?” bryan asked, getting annoyed because Laura did not answer his question. “Is what Felix said right? If you and Felix were ever close to getting married because they were betrothed by your parents?”

Laura flicked her shoulders, then put down her eating utensils. “Don't Felix say it all. Why else would I explain everything? What did Felix say is still unclear?” Laura asked back.

“So, right? Why didn't you ever tell me about it all? How long do you want to hide everything from me?” bryan.

Hearing that, Laura went along. The girl clenched her hands under the dining table so that Bryan could not see that she was emotional.

“Hide what, Bryan? I don't intend to hide anything from you. Because from the beginning I think the past should not be brought to the future. What happened to me and Felix is part of my past. I never put Felix before you after we dated, did I? It's so different from how you treated Briza in front of my eyes!” jolted Laura firmly.

The girl's breathing was hunting, her face flushed red. He could no longer contain his anger because Bryan did not want to understand and be fair to him. If Bryan still wants to be friends with Briza after his honesty, then Bryan should have no problem with Felix's honesty.

“But, Felix still loves you, Laura! Briza—”

“What? You still defending him? Obviously Briza loves you too, Bryan. Are you blind to the point of not being able to see all that?” asked Laura, then a cold snort.

Bryan was silent, not knowing what to reply Laura with. The man without saying anything walked towards the apartment door. Just as she was about to open the door, Laura's words stopped her steps.

“Where are you going, Bryan? Do you want to go see Briza?” laura asked as she folded her hands in front of her chest.

Bryan flipped over, then came back to Laura. “What am I meeting with Briza for?” ask Bryan. The man doesn't like it when it's suspected like this.

“Entah.” Laura flicked her shoulders with a flat look. “Maybe you want to go back to her? Briza herself said that you would always come back to her after you ended your relationship with your women, right?” laura's accusation.

The man rubbed his face in a huff, not knowing how else to get Laura to believe him back. Restoring someone's trust is difficult. True, his mother said that Bryan would not be able to restore the pieces of trust that had been destroyed with words alone. But, Bryan also did not know what he had to do so that Laura could trust him again.

“Nobody knows what you're going to do. After all, you lied to me, didn't you? You said you wanted to go home, but it turns out you even spent the night in Briza's apartment,” Laura quipped as she rolled her eyeballs, saturated.

Being lied to many times certainly makes a woman will find it difficult to return to trust her man. When Laura and Bryan were back in a relationship, Laura was still wondering if the man was really serious about her or not. And now, coupled with the presence of Briza who disturbed the peace of their relationship made Laura more hesitant to be able to trust again with Bryan.

“Laura, why can't you trust me?” ask Bryan.

“Not that I don't believe you, Bryan. But it's your attitude that makes it hard for me to trust you. I don't like being lied to, but you lie to me. I don't know how I can trust you anymore, ” explained Laura firmly.

Bryan knelt in front of Laura, then grabbed the girl's hand and grasped it. “I'm sorry, Laura. I didn't mean to lie to you at all. That night I actually came to Briza's apartment because I wanted to ask her to stay away from me.” Bryan explained.

“Oh, yes?” laura asked, still unable to believe Bryan's words.

“Please trust me. I want our relationship to be as good as it used to be, Laura. I want you to trust me again,” Bryan said.

The man closed his eyes, not expecting Laura's trust back would be much more difficult than seducing the girl to be his lover at that time. Bryan still does not expect that one mistake can destroy the relationship they have built so far.

“If our relationship is tenuous, Briza will actually be more happy because that's what she wants, Laura,” said Bryan.
