It was late afternoon, despite Star's bad mood. He went to the cafe Rookies. The place where Zafa invited him to meet.
Star arrived with his favorite sport bike at 6 in less than 15 minutes. He opened the door of the cafe with a wide view. Star decided to sit in the outdoor area because she wanted to smoke.
His heart is tired at the moment. If only there had been nothing, it might now have been his relationship with his father.
Star actually knew that Larry wasn't his father since he was 12. He accidentally found his mother's diary. From there all the secrets of his family were revealed.
Even so, Star loved Larry very much because Larry was so good to him. However, when he married Lucresia, Larry changed to Star. That's what made Star take desperate steps to expel Larry and Lucresia.
"You've been waiting a long time?" asked Zafa who was suddenly standing in front of Star. Her sharp eyes looked at Star's beautiful face. Zafa could see the hand marks on the girl's white cheeks.
The look in Star's eyes depicted sadness, but Zafa tried to act indifferent. That's none of his business.
"You've come." Star greeted stiffly. He did not expect Zafa to suddenly stand in front of him.
"If I hadn't come yet, I wouldn't have been there in front of you, Miss."
"Star. My name is Starlight, Professor Zafa"
"No need to be so formal. What did you want to ask me?" ask Zafa. He sat in front of Star.
Star took his laptop and opened it in front of Zafa. Zafa still continued to stare at Star. He looked at Star's slightly swollen face on his right cheek.
"Wait here for a second. Have you ordered a drink?" ask Zafa. Star shakes.
Without saying much Zafa ordered a glass of cold chocolate and a cup of espresso. He also asked one of his employees to get a medicine box.
The cafe was actually owned by Zafa who was managed by his confidant. However, since moving to Toronto, he has frequented the cafe. And all the employees know Zafa very well.
"This, Sir."
"Thank you, Eric."
"Together, sir."
"Here, treat the wound on your face. I don't want to, people think I'm violent with you."
Star turned her gaze away from the laptop. He smiled as Zafa gave him some attention.
"Actually I'm used to this, but thank you for taking care of me."
"I just don't want people to misunderstand me" Zafa said.
"Yes, okay. It's up to you."
Star then opened the medicine box. He took a small mirror and looked at his face. The corner of his lips was injured and there was residual blood there. He was like a vampire who had just finished sucking blood.
"Which part of it you don't understand" Zafa asked as he swiped over Star's laptop.
"That, the very bottom," Star said as she applied an ointment at the corner of her lips.
Zafa's order then came. Star was again amazed by the charm of the Lecturer and the young Professor.
Zafa begins to explain what Star doesn't understand. However, Star instead of listening to Zafa's explanation, but he was fixated on staring at Zafa who seriously explained the matter.
"Do you really want to learn or just want to waste my time" Zafa asked with a sharp look.
