Chapter 58. Incidents In The Hospital

After confirming Star's condition and the baby's fine. Mama Dian invites Star to redeem the drug at the pharmacy and after that they will follow Papa Gerry.

Along the hallway Dian's mother grumbled because her husband seemed to have forgotten the initial purpose of coming to the hospital. The director of the hospital was an old friend of Gerry's.

"Mom stop being so angry. That's not good for mommy's health. After all, mommy can tell Daddy that my babies are okay" Star said.

They're headed to the hospital dispensary to make up for the prescription. However, unexpectedly when Star and Mama Dian actually cross paths with a person who very Star does not want to meet.

"Starlight, is that you?" Star and the person were both shocked, but mama Dian had yet to realize the danger signal was in front of her.

Star was surprised to find Robert in front of her right now. While Robert was shocked to see Star's stomach bulging. However, a thin grin was engraved on his thick lips.

Star immediately acted as if she did not know Robert. She should not be rash or move carelessly like before, because now she is pregnant. Star pulled Mama Dian's hand tightly. He walked quickly to avoid Robert. However, two of Robert's bodyguards confront Star.

Mama Dian frowned in surprise, it seemed like Star had a bad relationship with the old man.

"Who are you?" asked Mama Dian with a calm face.

"Who we are is not important, but leave the woman to us" said one of Robert's bodyguards. Robert again walked up to Star and Dian's mother.

"You better come with me, Star. Or if not .... "

"If it's okay?"

"You're gonna find Bertha and Damian's body on the news."

"I don't care" Star replied.

Robert was annoyed to hear the answer of the woman he was targeting. Robert was about to force Star. However, suddenly three strong-bodied people stood in front of Star and three others stood firmly behind Dian and Star's mama.

"You don't need to know who we are, don't tease our young mistress."

"Young lady, who is she?" ask Robert.

"We won't answer it. Get out of here soon or we'll be rude."

Star breathed a sigh of relief as there was her sister-in-law's bodyguard. However, with an indecipherable gesture, Robert reached into something from his inner coat pocket. The guard was about to pull Robert's hand. However, in a matter of seconds suddenly there was the sound of a firearm eruption.

Star hugged her stomach. Mama Dian also squatted shut her ears and closed her eyes. Star felt her stomach tighten. He was almost unsteady if only there were no bodyguards standing guard behind him.

"Star are you, OK?" mama Dian looked worried. Seeing Star's shoulder bleed. It turned out that Robert's shot hit Star because when the bodyguard pulled Robert's hand, Robert pointed his gun at Star and pulled the trigger.

"That's the payoff because you turned me down Star" cried Robert. The bodyguard immediately hit and bent Robert. The atmosphere in the hospital became boisterous. Robert and his bodyguard are successfully secured, while Star is taken to the IGD room by the bodyguard who caught him. Dian contacted her husband. On the phone Dian's mother was angry at her husband, she did not expect there would be an incident like this.

Star was unconscious. Mama Dian is getting anxious and worried about the condition of her daughter-in-law and her three grandchildren. Several medical devices were installed in Star's body. They also installed a fetal heart recording device in Star's stomach.

The doctor tore Star's shirt off in the arm. "Doctor, does this have any effect on the fetuses? my daughter-in-law is pregnant with 3 children she should not lose a lot of blood" said Mama Dian while crying.

"You calm down, madam. Let us check it first. What is the patient's blood type?"

"His blood type AB - Doc." Violin's doctor suddenly walked into the IGD's room.

In an instant the hospital was in an uproar because of the incident. Mama Dian was forced out because she kept crying beside Star. Papa Gerry approached his wife. However, Dian went on a rampage and blamed her husband.

"It's all because papa left me with Star. What if something bad happens to Star? Zafa will definitely be back, Pah. He has lost too often. What can we tell him now?" Mama Dian roared and beat her husband's chest.
