Damar (Not) For Wulan

Damar (Not) For Wulan
The Arrival of Mother and Father

"Guil!" called sumringah.

"Do you know where my hostel came from?"

"Gue nanya to the theme Elu in the coffee shop."

"Huh, what? When's? Coffee shop isn't open yet?"

"Gue nanya fitting one of them Elu was about to enter to get ready." He was grinning wide.

"Gue waited for Elu in the apartment, but there was no sign of Elu in it."

"Dimas, I'm still some stuff here. Maybe, today has not slept there, ordinary, gathering with relatives of Ortu, it could be tomorrow or the day after." I just guessed everything that happened so he wouldn't wait.

"Gue helpin yeah, let's kick him." He offered himself.

I refused it, not because I didn't want to, but, there was Aunt Iren there. They both must know because Dimas Damar's best friend, this matchmaking can be revealed.

"Why not? Let's just take a spit."

"There's Mom and Dad inside too, not good for them."

"It's okay, let me meet them. Who knows if you can get permission to take his son."

"Dimas, what the hell."

"Wulan, who did you meet?" Aunty Iren's voice that sounded made me flinch.

I pulled Dimas' arm and walked quickly away from the boarding fence.

"Lan, where are we going?" I was indifferent to him, my gaze occasionally gazing towards the building, hopefully Aunt Iren did not know that Dimas was meeting me. I took him to a narrow alley that only two-wheelers could pass through.

"Lan, why are we moving here?"

"I'm sorry, I can't talk for long. I still have a lot of work." I let go of the hand.

"Dimas, I have to go back." He even clasped this hand tighter and did not want to be released.

"Gue Permitin You to leave, but there are conditions."

"Don't want to. Pake permission everything, who are you?" I snorted in annoyance.

"Gue's? I'm Elu's girlfriend, how?" He smiled broadly while glancing one eye.

"Dimas, leila!" I bit his hand.

"Wulan, don't be here if you want to bite! Here it is!" He stroked the back of my bite-marked hand while pointing at his neck.

"Well, I don't want much more talk. I have to go." Half-run I'm headed for the hostel.

Arriving at the two-story building, Aunt Iren waited at the guard post.

"Tante, why wait for Wulan here?"

"Aunty was wondering who met you earlier, where is she?"

"No Tan, let's go to the room!" We walked in tandem.

"Who did you meet?" Apparently, Mamar's mother is still curious.

"The one, Tan. Not to meet Wulan, but another girl who happens to be the same last name."

"Oh .. But how long?"

"So Wulan helped them find the key. Kasian, Tan is alone looking around the streets."

"Owh, so. Mami thinks you have a boyfriend, so she refuses to be betrothed."

"Wulan doesn't have a boyfriend, Tan. But, even so, Wulan does not want to be betrothed because it is not ready to go to the household."

We went back into the room.

"Oh, don't think about it! Will also understand long ago if it's husband and wife."

"But, Tan-,"

"God, the hunt is over again! We're going straight to the apartment after this." I didn't respond, just put clothes in the suitcase faster.

It was finally finished as well after several tens of minutes had passed.

Deg

God, why did I forget that Mr. Dadang was in the parking lot earlier. Duh, not caught, huh? Hope you don't.

My heart was racing faster, my lower lip was bitten repeatedly.

"Where is Mr Dadang? How can I not answer?" Aunt Iren was upset that there was no response from the driver.

"Let Wulan ajah call, Tan." I left this room, rushed to the available parking lot.

"Sir, Mr. Dadang!" Knock on the car window. I was relieved to see that old man gaping inside there. He slept so soundly, thank God he didn't know about Dimas meeting me.

"Sir!" I tried to wake him up.

"It's hard to build." I ruffled my waist, while scratching my non-itchy head.

I didn't give up on this old man to wake up. Finally the driver of the Damar family woke up as well. He was surprised to see me still knocking on the window. The window came down, he rubbed his eyes and greeted me.

"Pak Dadang, called Aunt Iren!"

"Really, Non?" I'm nodding. The old man opened the door. Without being ordered again, he walked to the boarding house. I followed his steps.

"Non, where, Madam?"

"In my room, sir."

"Oh yeah, Wulan forgot that you don't know where my room is yet." I walked in front of him as a guide.

"Here, sir."

Mr. Dadang immediately entered, did order Aunt Iren after being emailed for not answering phone calls. We both closed the door, locked it and then returned to the car park. We got into the vehicle, before we left the fence, I got downstairs to drop the keys on the building's guard.

The vehicle drove to the rented apartment. Mr. Dadang followed us to the front of the apartment unit while groping the suitcase.

"Put it in your room first! We go to the store after this."

"Butik?" I knit an eyebrow.

"Yes, kebaya fitting for your engagement. The show's five days away, Mami's leasing the building."

"What's? Why rent any buildings, Tan? Is it not excessive? Why not just have two big families?" I'm nervous about having to do this engagement.

"You have no right to rule Mami! It's Damar's show, too, your parents left everything to Mami. Don't protest!" I'm limp helpless, I hope Damar doesn't invite his best friend.

"Mom, coffee shop employees are invited?" Curiosity is so high.

"No way to kill them, they are the real work. At most Mami will get catering for them to eat together there."

"Thank God" I said with relief.

"You mean?"

"Eh, no, Mam. It'sit's okay. Wulan has put the stuff in the room, this brings a change of clothes just to sleep later."

"Okay, let's go to the boutique!" My shoulder's limp like it's not powered.

We went to the boutique, on the way there was a call from them. I feel lazy to answer that call. The day begins to go by, the stomach is actually already impatient to fill. But I'm trying to control it. It's still eleven o'clock and I'm already hungry, really troublesome this stomach.

"Lift, Honey! Who's that?"

"Regular, Tan. Mom and Dad."

"Thank you, don't let it go! From the call you."

"Yes, Tan." I had to answer that call.

"Eum, yes, ma'am."

"Lan, where are you now?" Mother's voice shook violently.

"What's wrong, Mom?" His tone was not as usual.

"Lan, the taxi we were riding-," Mother did not continue.

"Yes, Mom. Wh why? Where's mom?" I started to panic.
