"You just get out of here!" Grandma kicked us out.
"Bah, why? Not happy that we came here? Wulan only found out about you the last few months, because it's only now that Wulan is looking for you." I walked closer to Mbah.
"So, your parents haven't told you about us all this time?" The hand of this old woman clenched tightly. Head shakes quickly.
"You guys get out of here! If you want to come to your wedding, bring your parents here!" The Mbah got up from his seat, pushed my body with his wrinkled hands then passed away leaving us. Not to forget also he pushed a wheelchair Mbah Mustofa.
"Om, why is Mbah angry? Wulan doesn't know anything about this" I protested.
"Your parents are wrong, Lan. Om can't persuade Mbah Surti anymore, you two just follow his will."
"Om, our wedding reception is just around the corner. You have to come, and one more thing we want to know. You know about your parents? Wulan also wanted to see their condition." I'm approaching Om Rohman.
This man took a long breath. His gaze was so hard to interpret.
"Om, quickly tell me where the address is! We're going there right now." Damar urged the man.
"You should have married without seeking our whereabouts. Your parents turned out to be that easy to forget about us." Om Rohman got up from the seat, but I pulled his arm so that this man would tell me about the address of my grandparents.
"Om, Wulan please! Once we both know your address, we'll figure out a way to bring together relationships between families that have been separated for a long time." My resolve is getting stronger. I don't want our extended family to be divided. I wonder how many cousins, like to know Om and Auntie I've never seen before. I want them to regroup like they used to.
"Wulan, Om should rest. You guys just go home!" Rohman is banishing.
"Om, we've come all the way from Jakarta to here, Om indifferent just like that?" This time, Damar spoke again.
"You two are very similar to them. Equally stubborn and do not want to hear the words of others. You deserve to be Purnomo's son-in-law, your character is the same." Rohman came to the sideboard beside us, his hand out holding something, the man was writing something and then walked up to us.
"Go! Don't ever come back! It's best to just do the show without us coming." He gave me a folded piece of paper. My right hand grabbed it.
"Om, thanks. But, Wulan wanted to hug Mbah Surti and Mbah Mustofa before returning to Jakarta." I pressed into the room but was blocked by Om Rohman.
"Go home! Bring your parents here if you want us to attend." Rohman just left us. I wanted to cry, but I couldn't. Is what I'm doing here a waste because they don't want to attend our wedding?
"Darling, we'll just go back to the hotel! It's almost nine o'clock now, Selena can suspect we're late." Damar. We both really stepped out of this house. Walk in the middle of the yard then out of the bamboo fence.
"This is the paper that Om gave you." I handed the piece of paper to him.
I nodded weakly.
"We're going there right now! We have to complete this mission." Damar reached into the hape inside the waist bag he was wearing. I saw the screen hape, he was busy scrolling the screen. He ordered a taxi online.
"Not far from the address, Yang. Not ten minutes." We were waiting for a taxi to arrive right in front of the gate of Grandpa's house. There was no vehicle that stopped for long. This vehicle is our taxi.
We both went in without any more ba-bi-bu. Tonight my mind was in turmoil, I should be able to persuade Mom and Dad that they would want to return to their hometown.
Damar's reluctance jolts me from daydreams. We arrived in front of the biggest house among the others.
"Yes, your grandfather's house this time is the biggest among the others." Damar looked around.
"It seems you are not poor. Just look at your grandparents' second life." Damar was still staring at the house ahead. In the courtyard were two cars and three angkots. Didn't they become loan sharks in this village? Maybe they moved.
"Go in, yuk!" ask me without a doubt.
It turned out that this time it went smoothly, the parents of the Father instead welcomed me with joy. They hugged me tightly, happy cries perched between us. Thank God my grandparents are still alive, even though Mbah Mustofa had a stroke, at least he can still see us.
Tonight we had to go back to the hotel, they told us to stay, but, I can't stay for a while because of Selena. We both finally returned to the hotel. Arriving at the hotel, it was almost midnight. Damar and I went into each other's rooms after meeting Selena and talking to her. Selena's interrogating you like a cop asking for a suspect. She thought we both went to do the husband-and-wife ritual, but that's not the reality. He had enough guts to ask such a thing to his brother.
I stared at the ceiling of the hotel room. After a few minutes later, due to sleepiness I was no longer able to hold it. These eyes closed and fell asleep.

The next day we both told her what happened to Selena. At first he was angry, feeling cheated. But, his brother gave a proper reason for that until he finally understood and gradually improved.
The three of us visited the homes of my two grandparents before this afternoon returning to Jakarta. Unexpectedly, it turns out that the parents of the Father are at the home of the parents of the Mother. The six of them spoke in a rather loud voice to the point that we who were still at the doorway, heard what they were arguing about.
Mbah Surti is still stubborn, I try to persuade again. Eventually he also collapsed. I did not expect my arrival to this village could reconcile the two families who had not said hello for a long time. This time, the effort to find the whereabouts of grandparents succeeded. It feels very happy because they have made up and complement each other.
The three of us were forced to go home in the afternoon because of their insistence that we stay longer in this village. This afternoon we drove around in a car owned by my family.
We were taken to visit the father's brother's house. I can't wait to meet my cousin. I feel like I have a complete family. It turns out they are not far from this village. Their house is just different.
"Mas, take a look there!" selena's screeches made us who were in the car look towards her index finger.
