Damar (Not) For Wulan

Damar (Not) For Wulan
Re-Meeting With Him

Wulan was serving them, Adit and some of his friends. They looked familiar and chatted while ordering something.

These feet stepped swiftly towards the table of the four of them. However, before getting there, there was someone pulling my arm.

"Mas Damar, don't be weird." Selena's blocking my view.

"How weird does that mean?" I don't get it.

"Mas thought Selena didn't know? Mas Damar really likes to make a scene, yesterday already brought Brother Wulan to the hotel, fighting with his friend Kak Wulan, a lot of his behavior." Selena dragged me to her desk.

"Do you know where, Cell?" Didn't I never tell you about yesterday, know where this kid came from.

"Udah, it doesn't matter where I know from. I know everything you did yesterday. If now Mas Damar still obeys the ego, surely they will not want to go to this place again. Wulan's brother is working, Mas. Not odd and flirtatious with customers." Selena started out like Mami, she was babbling like a parrot.

"Broom, just sit here!" Papi looked at the two of us who were talking while whispering.

"Yes, Pap." I had to abandon my intention to hit them. I try to restrain my emotions.

"Not to be blind jealous is unclear, Mar! Naturally, if Wulan smiles at customers, isn't that the standard SOP in this coffee shop? The waiter should be friendly to his customers." Just this time Papi interfered in the coffee shop business.

"Yes, Pap." I can only say it without any objection.

We chatted while looking at the condition of this place. Two hours later, they all went home one by one. Unfortunately, I also had to go to college to teach.

I'm looking for Wulan's whereabouts, lucky she's behind the cashier.

"Lena, replace Wulan for a second! I have something to tell him!" my word.

"Good, Boss." Lena immediately replaced Wulan.

My eyeballs were fixed on a table that had been here since, they had not come home either.

"What's up, Mr. Damar?" Wulan looked down respectfully.

"To my room now!" I turned around, walking into the workspace adjacent to the locker.

Upon our arrival there, I warned him not to carelessly pay attention to guests.

"Lan, I have to go to college. We can just go home in the afternoon. I warn you once again, never get close to Aditya!" I reaffirm this warning.

"Where to work!" He pushed my body.

"I'll go first." He nodded briefly.

This leg goes back to the parking lot, drives the car to campus. Arriving there, there was Lusi who talked to a student. Intentionally I did not say hello, this leg moved quickly into the campus room.

"Room."

"Ck, it's been flickering in still visible," I murmured as slow as possible.

I turned around, looking at him with one eyebrow raised. No small talk from my mouth.

"The room, isn't today the opening of a new branch? Just wanted to go there, invite Zayn and his friends. Why did you even knock?"

"There are classes, I have to teach them. I can't leave responsibility."

Without looking at her, I rushed towards the classroom. I don't care about Lusi still calling my name.

All the students who were here greeted me, just delivered the material and some tasks they had to do. Many complaints from them because I gave too many tasks. This was all for their good, soon they would have to prepare the thesis materials. If it's not going away from now, when will it be?

Time after time passed, I could sigh in relief. The work on campus is done. I went back to the coffee shop, saw the conditions there. But, before discussing their work, I rested for a while in the available room there.

"Wulan, I'm sorry you had to work so hard. I want to gather energy first." I lay myself on this tiny bed. It only fit for me one.

Eyes begin to shut because of tired control.

***

My body shook a few times, my head felt dizzy. I squinted my eyes, trying to open my eyelids to see what was going on.

"Sir Damar, it's dusk. You don't want to go home?" He's Riki, that guy woke me up.

"What's? Is it like this?" Riki nodded briefly.

"What's wrong, it's not good that this hour is still sleeping."

"You just continue your work!" say again.

"Good, sir." He said goodbye and walked away from this place.

After Riki died, I took a bath in the bathroom next to this room. Wearing a change of clothes that I deliberately brought from home, carrying out the obligation of Maghrib prayer. Now, my look is fresh. His appearance was like a young man in general. It's just, our level of good looks is different.

With my perfumed body and kece look, I mingled with the workers again.

" Have you eaten, this afternoon?" I asked when Lena and a few employees I didn't know by name started to look lethargic.

"Already, sir." Riki answered as their representative.

"Why does he look lethargic? Still hungry, huh?" Are they overwhelmed by the customers in this place? This area is indeed a lot of offices, factories, housing even near the station.

No one answered my question, Wulan just came with a customer snack dish. Seeing him like that caused pity. It turned out that all this time he had been working until this hard.

"Wulan, come with me! I bought you sweet martabak to get you guys to work even more." Wulan walked over, she opened the apron, folded it and pocketed it in her pants pocket.

"You wait a minute!" They nodded steadily, looking bright faces.

Though only martabak, but, they look like they got a windfall only. Wulan followed my steps, no sound came out of her mouth.

We got in the car, before driving this vehicle, I looked at him. He leaned against the head of the chair.

"Lan, are you tired? Many customers coming?" He breathed for a moment.

"Never worked from nine in the morning to ten in the evening. It's only seven o'clock less." She looked at me, sayu.

"I'm sorry for having to make you overtime. How else, the name is also opening. There are many promos that come."

"Yes, it's okay. I can do it." This girl showed a smile.

"We go to a place that sells martabak further from here. Let's take a break."

"No need, Mar. Poor them waiting for him. I can't make that cake." He declined.

"I'm looking for a close one here then."

"It's better that way." I immediately hit the gas.

A few minutes passed, I found a quiet martabak seller, the buyer was only one or two people. While in the other carts, many customers are waiting in line.

"Buy it there!" He pointed at the merchant who deserted the buyer.

"Gapain buy there, definitely not delicious. Buy in a crowded place!" I refute Wulan's words.

"Kasian father, just buy it there! Besides, we're gonna be waiting in line for a long time in that crowded place?" It's true what he said.

We both went down, approached the merchant father who was daydreaming because the buyer was no longer there. Looking at the two of us, he was so sumringah, we bought two servings of martabak mania and two servings of martabak eggs.

"A lot of it." Wulan's surprised.

"Surely that abis, take it easy." There are dozens of people, if four boxes must be exhausted in an instant.

I let Wulan get in the car first, she must want to rest there. In half an hour, my order was ready. I got back in the car after paying for it.

"Sampere sleeps all." Wulan slept so soundly. I don't want to bother him.

I drove this car back to the coffee shop, they welcomed my arrival with great joy. They took turns eating the bought martabak.

"Hi Damar." The sound came from the main entrance of this coffee shop.

"Elu, since when is Elu in Indonesia again?" I felt like I had a dejavu, a person I never remembered suddenly appeared in an unexpected place.

"Gue has been returning to Indonesia for a week. Daddy told me to go home." He smiled broadly.

"I miss you so much." His words made me step back.
