Duda But Perjaka

Duda But Perjaka
Chapter 53 Ending Season 1

It was silent, dark after a few seconds that a huge block of wood hit Gandhi's body before he could save himself.

The nearly 3-minute earthquake shook Chaca's heart. How not? Right now, his little body was being overpowered by Gandhi.

"Om," call Chaca softly because she feels a little claustrophobic. Moreover, his feet could not be moved either.

"Om, wake. You're heavy," call Chaca again.

There was no sound, Gandhi was still leaning comfortably over his body. Chaca tried to move her hand, touching Gandhi's cold, dirty cheeks....

Chaca's eyes widened as her hands touched the blood from Gandhi's head. "Blood?"

"Om, wake! Don't scare me, Gandhi! Om, don't stay with me. Tolooong! Toloooong!" chaca screams for help in tears.

Chaca grabs any object that can make a sound. He banged the pot to the floor which he could coincidentally reach.

And right when the fire department with the sar team is doing a sweep there. The one-story building that was quite spacious was already flattened to the ground.

"Tolowg! Anyone help us!" Chaca's voice is almost over.

A few minutes later, a team found him. They took royong pieces to get rid of the wooden blocks that overcame them.

After succeeding, Gandhi and Chaca were immediately evacuated to a hospital that happened to be less affected by the disaster.

Chaca was stretchered off because her leg was injured. He was still crying, worried about Gandhi's situation.

"Dad! In Yogya again there was an earthquake," said Alice hysterically when she opened her phone to see the trending topic.

"Yes, Mom. I've seen it, hopefully there are no casualties," said Alexander relaxed.

"Dad! We need to get there right now!" Alice panicked immediately into her room.

Alexander frowned. He doesn't know if Chaca is going there. Chaca just sent a message to Alice.

When she was ready, approached her husband who was still relaxing watching the television news.

"Daddy! Let's go now. Find the fastest flight!"

"No way, Mom. All airports are closed. Cannot operate. Why the hell? Want to volunteer there?" ask Alexander.

"Daddy! Chaca and Gandhi are in Yogja right now! The phone can't be reached!" alice shouted with tears streaming down.

Alexander was surprised, he stood up straight while opening his glasses, "What? When did they go there?" asked the man to frown.

"So morning, he met his grandmother and grandfather. Dad, let's hurry we have to get there right now," whined Alice tugging at her husband's arm.

"Wait a minute!"

"Snap, Dad!" pekik frustrates. Imagine something bad happening to Chaca.

Their journey feels long. Because from earlier Alice continued to be angry due to snaking congestion.

"Mom, calm down, we pray that it's okay. Can you try the phone yet?" alexander held his wife's cold hand.

Tried to contact Chaca many times but was not connected. "No way, Dad!" His heart throbbed with pain, both of his hands covering his tear-jerking face.

Regret permeates his heart. All this time he never gave full affection to Chaca. And often ignore it.

Alexander hugged him, trying to calm his wife even though he also felt fear and worry. One hand deployed his men to search for information on Chaca's whereabouts. It spread out dozens of agents investigating every hospital still operating.

In Yogya, Chaca is still waiting for treatment. The number of victims must make it queue, urgent first.

Gandhi suffered severe injuries to his head. Blood continued to flow, making the medical team rush into action.

"Sus, please. I want that patient, please," Chaca whined to see Gandhi's gurney moved.

"Patients should be examined first, Ma'am. It wants to rongten the same CT-scan for further handling. I'll tell ya later," said the nurse waltzing away.

Chaca was crying, her hands were trembling looking for her phone which happened to be still inside her bag. Unfortunately, the signal on his phone showed a cross. Cannot be used to contact anyone.

An hour later, the nurse returned in a hurry. Chaca who had laid down her body immediately sat down. "Where, Sus?" ask Chaca worried.

"Sir, the patient should be operated on immediately. Please sign here. There was bleeding in her head" exclaimed the nurse handing over a piece of paper and a ballpoint pen.

"A... Is he gonna be okay?" chaca asked, trembling with fear.

"Hopefully, Ma'am. Come, Ma'am. It must be done immediately," urged the nun to add to the panic.

Chaca took a deep breath, grasping her right hand with her left hand, in order to be able to suppress her trembling signature.

"Please take me there, Sus."

"But, Mbak has not been handled. It's best to wait here first," prevent the nurse.

"I want to wait for him!" chaca shouted to the attention of everyone there.

"Good, fine. Wait, Ma'am. I'll get you a wheelchair." The sisters immediately took a wheelchair and helped push Chaca up in front of the operating room.

No matter the pain running through his entire body. Heedless of the wounds on his feet. All he thought about was Gandhi's safety.

An hour, two hours, just passed. Chaca's body was shivering, she was crying alone. Soon two pairs of legs ran up to him.

"Maeca!" alice shouted out in her arms.

Yes, one of Alexander's subordinates managed to find Chaca in this hospital. And reported that Gandhi is undergoing surgery now.

"Honey, where are you hurt? Where does it hurt? You have a fever, son. Let's treat your wounds first," Alice asked to examine Chaca's entire body.

"Yeah! Haven, Cha. Your leg is hurt, honey! Dad, take Chaca to the treatment room!" alice panicked.

Chaca nodded weakly. "I want to be here, I want to see the state of Om Gandhi. He's hurt because of me, Mom. He's protecting me!" her screams were accompanied by heartbreaking sobs.

"But ...."

"Mommy, please. Om Gandhi is worrying."

"Let Daddy call the nurses and doctors here." Alexander walked away.

With his power, Chaca finally got his handling there. His leg was badly injured, and doctors cut his jeans to his knee to facilitate treatment.

The door creaked, opened violently. A nun runs out, held by Chaca. "Wait on! What's going on?"

"Patients need AB blood type immediately. In this hospital, it is empty. I should call the blood bank or another hospital immediately. Excuse me," said the nurse about to run.

"Wait!" Alexander's barinton voice stopped him.

"Take my blood! I'm also AB-" Alexander insisted.

"Good, Sir. Let me check first." The nurse performed a series of tests first. And the result is suitable.

He was immediately taken into the operating room, channeling his blood to Gandhi.

Alice frowned in wonder. AB negative is a rare blood type. Only 0.1% of the entire population of Asia.

Ever since seeing the man for the first time, Alice had already felt an oddity. There was a different taste when looking at him. And again, now plus the blood type is the same as the husband which is a rare blood type.

His heart was pounding, his hands were palpating his chest that was throbbing pain. When he confirmed what was on his mind.

"Sir, this is what we do rongten first. Fear of dangerous internal injuries" said the female doctor after cleaning the wound on Chaca's leg.

"Later, Doc. After this operation is over," Chaca replied with a frown. He would not move until Gandhi's operation was declared successful.

The doctor relented, saying goodbye and will be back soon to do a follow-up examination on Chaca.

A few hours later, the operating room door opened. The doctor opened his mask and declared that the operation went smoothly.

"Alhamdulillah," muttered Chaca then fainted instantly.

"The cha! Doctor, help!" peekkik Alice terrified.

Soon Chaca was transferred to the inpatient room. Similarly, Gandhi was immediately transferred to a hospital room not far from Chaca.

The next day, Chaca looked up and blinked her eyes as she heard someone's sobs.

Alice cried while staring at a paper in her hand. Alexander also looked down his head.

"Where's Mom, Dad, where's Gandhi? How's she doing?" lirih Chaca tried to get up. But he could not move one leg.

Alice and her husband looked at each other. They're approaching. "Don't move, honey. Your leg's got a little crack. But just calm down you can heal in the next few months," explained Alice wipe her tears.

"Then about Gandhi?" No matter his own circumstances. Chaca was more worried about the man.

"He's fine, the operation is going well. And this morning's check-up was good, too. There are no postoperative complications" Alice said in a trembling tone.

Chaca wanted to visit her but soon her grandmother and grandfather approached. They survived, not hurt in the least. And the state of his house was only slightly damaged.

"You're okay, aren't you, Cha?" the grandmother hugged him.

"Chaca is okay, Grandma," replied Chaca who then told her what she experienced yesterday without being asked.

Alice lowered her head, feeling guilty about separating Chaca from her biological family. The girl was never that open with him. But it was different with his grandmother.

Alice went to the next room with Alexander. Sitting by the bed, holding Gandhi's hand and kissing him, followed by tears.

"Mom, relax."

"Dad, 26 years we parted with him. And now we are met in this way. Mommy doesn't want to lose him, Dad. Mommy doesn't want to!" Alice's cry grew uncontrollable.

After donating blood last night, Alexander asked to do a DNA test through the blood. In addition to faster, more accurate results. And this morning, he got the result that Gandhi was 99.8% his biological son.

The baby that went missing during a fire in the hospital after Alice gave birth to him. At that time Alexander only focused on Alice who was still weak, while the Baby was in the neonatal room.

A nurse saved him. Out of the blaze, away from the site of the fire, but in the middle of the street the nurse collapsed, little Gandhi fell in the bushes. Which finally found by Mother Hanin, treated her sincerely and affectionately.

Alice was devastated. They thought his son would not survive, but God saved him. God gave back his long-lost heart.

"Enggh" Gandhi began to wake up.

Slowly, both of her eyes opened. He gathered his memory pieces for a moment, silent for a moment, "Chaca!" The first word he called. And was about to sit down however, his head throbbed in pain.

"Ka .. have you realized, son?" alice stammered.

"Where's Chaca, Tan?" gandhi touched his head.

"Calm down, Chaca's fine." Alice's tears came back. He was confused as to how to convey the truth to Gandhi.

"Gandhi, where have you been all this time? With who?" ask Alice in curiosity. He swallowed his nervous mouth.

Gandhi blinked his eyes. In his heart, he wondered. Could it be that they would reject him if they knew he was just a child of the poor?

"Son," said Alice again with trembling shoulders, rubbing Gandhi's left shoulder against her tears.

"I live with my mother and many sisters. None of us are bound by blood. But we loved each other, especially the mother who poured out all her affection selflessly." Gandhi smiled at her smile.

"Sorry, Tan. I'm not a rich man like Auntie. But I will try hard to make Chaca happy" Gandhi said. He still thinks that Alice and Alexander do not agree that Chaca married him.

Alice shut her mouth, imagining her only son living life with great difficulty all this time.

The woman dropped her head on Gandhi's chest. Hugging her tightly, her tears soaked the patient clothes she was wearing. Gandhi gasped, he fell silent confused as to how to behave.

"You want to marry Chaca? Youlove her? Are you happy with her?" This time Alexander opened his voice.

Gandhi nodded, "Yes, Om. I love her so much, I want to marry her, age with her" she replied steadily. Difficulty staring at Alexander because of Alice's obstruction. He did not understand why the woman was acting this way.

"Gandhi, in your blood flows my blood. I will do anything to make you happy" Alexander said.

"I mean Om?" gandhi was confused.

"Gandhi, you're our real son!"

Jedarrr!!

Alexander's words were like a giant hammer hitting his head. The pulses of pain increasingly felt even spread throughout his body.

"This is our DNA test." The middle-aged man handed him a piece of paper directing him to Gandhi.

And it is clear that they have a match. His chest felt tight, his body became stiff instantly. Alice still hugged him tightly.

"Why should Om and Auntie?" Gandhi's voice sounded heavy.

"Don't you like meeting your real parents?" alice asked to straighten her body.

"Likes, really. But, I don't want to be one parent with Chaca" Gandhi replied weakly.

The husband and wife throw one another a glance. Alexander headed across Alice patting Gandhi on the cheek. "Boy, Chaca's not our real son. You can still get married, you forgot?" terang Alexander's.

Gandhi's eyes shifted from Alice to Alexander in turn. And the two nodded while brushing off the falling tears. The incident that happened to him, still makes him sock and can not think clearly. He was silent for a moment.

"Still avoiding having parents like us?" alexander Goda.

The quick pan was shown by Gandhi. He spread out his arms, welcoming his biological parents. Sobs of crying enveloped the room.

"I'm sorry, son," said Alice. Then he told them how they were separated, thinking that his son had not survived the fire.

"Om" called a girl in the doorway.

Everyone turned towards him. Chaca was in a wheelchair and was pushed by her grandmother.

"Darling" said Gandhi.

As soon as she got close, Gandhi tried to embrace her. Groping the hands, both cheeks, forehead, ensures that the woman is fine.

"Where is sick? Hm?" gandhi cupped both Chaca's cheeks.

"No, I'm okay. I'm sorry, because I have Om to be in pain rich gini," said Chaca. The clear thread in both corners of his eyes was unstoppable.

"Sstt .. don't say it like that. You are my top priority. I'll always make sure you're okay. I'm not okay. It's gonna be better soon too. Don't cry" Gandhi explained, wiping away Chaca's tears.

"After you're healed, we'll have your marriage straight away! Therefore, the spirit to heal. Let's make a marriage," Alexander firmly embrace Gandhi and Chaca.

Both of them nodded their happy smiles. Wept, grateful for all the events and misfortunes that befell them.

Alice and Chaca's grandmother also embrace each other, forgive all wrongs, make peace with the past and sip happily into the future.
