14. The Goodness of the Dark Heart

As planned, Dusk is currently on his way with Mr. Aris to the employee's house. As usual, Dusk always drives his own favorite car and Pak Aris sits in the front seat next to the driver.

At first Mr. Aris felt very sad because his boss had taken him home and even drove for him as well. But Dusk doesn't bother about that. He did not look at anyone from the treasure they had. Inside the company, Mr. Aris is indeed his employee. But if outside, for him they are both ordinary people.

In order for the atmosphere not to be so awkward, Dusk invited Mr. Aris to chat light things. Dusk is good at getting along. Mr. Aris who was just silent, gradually began to reply to the chat Dusk.

So cool to chat, Dusk did not realize that his car was next to Earth's car when it stopped at a red light.

Dusk and Pak Aris arrived at a small house where the family of Pak Aris lived. Dusk went inside after being prepared by Pak Aris. The first one he met inside was a middle-aged woman sitting in a wheelchair and a boy about 8 years old lying in a middle room with a very thin mattress and a the sheets are already very faded from their original color.

Dusk smiled sincerely. “No problem, Mom. I understand the condition of mother,” replied Dusk very kindly.

From the side window of the house, there was a man staring in admiration at Dusk. He was amazed by Dusk which was so friendly and easy to blend even though it was not with his classmates.

“Whose father's name is?” ask Dusk.

“Name is Arman, Miss. He is 8 years old, still in elementary school,” replied Mr. Aris.

Dusk nodded. “How much pain does it hurt, sir?” ask Dusk again.

Currently Dusk understands how Mr. Aris' condition. His wife was paralyzed and could not walk. How can he take his son to the hospital when he's on a date.

“Now I understand the position of the father, I will talk to the HRD section about this. You need not worry. What you should prioritize is the health of your child and your wife. Job problems, can be helped by other employees first if you do not enter,” said Dusk which sounded like a fresh breeze for Mr. Aris and his family.

Then Dusk took the brown envelope from inside his bag. Inside the envelope was five million dollars in cash. The money was actually money for shopping, but because he felt that Mr. Aris needed more, he gave the money to Mr. Aris.

“Sorry I didn't bring any preparations here. Next time if I have time, I'll come back. It's a little bit of luck for my father and family. Hopefully it can be useful for the father and family, yes.”

Mr. Aris and his wife were touched by the kindness of his superiors. This time, he got that much help.

The Earth just shrugged her shoulders making Dusk shake his head.

“You are weird,” said Dusk then went into his car just like that.

The earth taps on the window of the car at Dusk, then Dusk lowers the car's glass.

“Where are you going? You'd better just go home,” ask Earth.

“No. I don't want to go home yet. I'm going somewhere,” replied Dusk.

“Where?” ask Earth to be curious.

“Marketing, yes? It's none of your business,” replied Dusk while chuckling.

Then he closed the car window and left the Earth there. The Earth got back in her car and ordered Jefri to follow Dusk from behind.

“Jef, chase him!” decree Earth.

“Good, boss.”
