71. The Man Called "Daddy"

Drrt drrttt drrrt.

Dusk's mobile phone vibrates. There's an incoming call from her best friend Viona. Dusk quickly answered the call while watching the house of the woman his uncle had ushered in.

“Hallo, Vio. What's up?”

“Hallo, Dusk where are you?” Viona asked back.

“I'm again in.. on the road. Yes on the way home,” replied Dusk lying.

“On the road? His voice is like not being on the road,” said Viona.

“This... I'm stopping by for a minute. By the way did you call me?”

“I want to take you out to eat. Wanna not? My work is a lot. I'm dizzy. Want to tell a lot,” replied Viona who sounded like there was a work problem.

“Eat yes? All right, then..”.

The words of Dusk came to a halt when they saw three people coming out of the house. There was a man carrying a car, a woman who was escorted by Adrian and a teenage boy whose body was slightly filled. They seemed to get into the car like they were going to travel.

Who are they? Where are they going, huh?

Too busy paying attention to the people in front of him makes Dusk forget that he is still on the phone with Viona.

“Hallo....Twilight..are you still there? You still listening to me no?” ask Viona from behind the phone.

Dusk immediately turned off the phone call from Viona and turned on his car to follow the man's car that started moving away from home.

The curiosity of Dusk was so high that he was willing to be the stalker of the woman. He wanted to know about his uncle's second wife. With a safe distance, Dusk continued to follow where the car went. They finally arrived at one of the big seafood restaurants.

Dusk came inside and called Viona. If he ate alone there, it wouldn't be too obvious that he was following his uncle's second wife.

They also eat together. But the eyes of Dusk could not be separated from the three people who were eating at the table at the end there. Dusk continued to observe the movements of the three people. “You guys are so noisy. Mommy told you outside don't call Daddy!” adrian's second wife was named Sonya. Dusk immediately closed his mouth hearing that. Something seems wrong with all this.

“Then, it's okay. Adrian is not here. Take it easy,” replied the man defending the teenager earlier. Once again Dusk was surprised to hear their conversation.

“Yes, but it doesn't feel good to hear people. Never mind, let's go home!”

They got into the car and left the restaurant. Twilight again curious to follow them back. As he stood up from hiding and turned around, he accidentally bumped into someone.

Viona closed the door of her car when she found out that Dusk had left her alone in the restaurant.
