Chapter 29 The Search for Celine

After the incident at the nightclub Bar at that time, Reni was now more intensively looking for Celine. Reni wonders to many of their friends about Celine's whereabouts, but none of them know where Celine is now.

Gio was frustrated when he saw the divorce papers Celine had filed in court. All the items in her room she was rummaging and her angry screams were calling out Celine's name by holding the wedding photos of the two of them.

"Darling, where are you? I'm sorry..," Gio stared at the wedding photo with a tearful mouthpiece dripping down his cheek.

Only this time did he realize that he could lose something precious. His love for Celine did not he see because of his arrogance to himself because he felt that many women were always approaching him.

Now he just felt the heartbreak of being abandoned by the person he really loved.

What am I supposed to do? Gio was looking for a way out so that he wouldn't get a divorce from Celine.

But without him knowing if Celine really wants the divorce. Gio thought Celine was just venting her anger at the divorce.

I think Gio is too confident and arrogant. She thinks Celine wants to marry him because she loves him. But one thing she didn't know, Celine was actually willing to marry him for a reason. But behind all that there is indeed love before being betrayed by Gio with Citra.

Celine always told me that Reni was always looking for her and also looking for me. I don't know what Reni will do. It seemed like Celine had already decided to completely part with him. Because without realizing it, Celine's father had paid someone to follow wherever Gio went and always reported all of his activities, and the evidence of this person will be used later by Celine to demand a divorce from Gio at the time of the trial.

I always contact Celine just to ask her how she is doing, calm her down and encourage her. Beyond my wishes, Celine told me everything, all of Gio's activities reported by Celine's father were told to me. That means Celine trusts me a lot, doesn't it?

I'm glad Celine believed in me so much and she didn't stay away from me because of my past. When I asked him,

"Cel, aren't you mad at me for my past mistakes?"

I don't know why getting a confession from Celine makes me so happy. I buried my desire to have her, not because I didn't love her, no, I loved her deep down. But I knew Celine would stay away from me if she knew I was still expecting her while I was still in a family.

I know Celine hates infidelity so much, and I know it's wrong. From the beginning I had no intention of cheating on her, but somehow I got entangled by Reni who she could easily conquer my body, not my heart.

The divorce trial of Celine and Gio began yesterday, the initial trial was attended by Celine and Gio. Gio's intention was to attend the hearing because he wanted to meet with Celine and she wanted to plead with him so that they wouldn't get a divorce.

Unfortunately Celine's intention to divorce him was already 100%. And Celine had no intention at all to return to be the wife of Giovani Mahendra.

The first trial was finished with Gio who did not want to divorce Celine and Celine who still asked for a divorce with him.

By the time the trial was over, Gio tried to meet Celine. But the large number of people guarding Celine protect her from Gio. His brothers and relatives escorted him to the trial and protected him from Gio. As a result Gio could not meet him other than in the trial room.

Gio didn't give up. He was still trying to find Celine, even he paid someone to look for Celine's whereabouts. However there was never any report of Celine's whereabouts, the person only said if she could not get to Celine's whereabouts.

"Stupid... stupid...! I pay you to find an ordinary woman you're not a dick! Is this what professionals say? You are useless!" the scream of Gio cursing over the phone was able to be heard by the person who loved him and the person reported it to Celine's father.

Unbeknownst to Gio, it turns out that the paid person from Gio has been paid more by Reni. He ordered the person Gio paid to look for Celine so as not to look for Celine's whereabouts. Even Reni paid them three times what Gio paid.

"You think you can beat me, Gio? You're a lousy guy who can only be arrogant Gio! Feel my vengeance!" Reni grinned after hanging up her phone, she got a report from the mercenary Gio who Gio had just yelled at over the phone.
