Chapter 54 Meeting the Devil
This voice I know. And.... I really hate this atmosphere. If it could be repeated, I shouldn't have come here so I wouldn't have met him.
"How are you doing, Lex?" he was talking about asking me how I was doing.
"Okay" I answered accordingly.
I was so lazy to serve him, to serve them both. And I was actually lazy to meet them both. A couple who both like to betray.
I am not a hypocrite, I have also betrayed even when forced, but still I betrayed my wife, my family. And I no longer do that.
What is special about them? I saw it from top to bottom, they were both nothing special. They are both arrogant in my opinion.
"This is Gio, Giovani Mahendra, my husband" she told me to introduce her husband.
I give my hand to honor them. But he pisses me off. My hand was squeezed so tightly by Gio. I squeezed his hand back. And that smile made me want to beat him up. He smiled at me. And I also didn't like the look in his eyes that seemed to challenge me to a duel with him.
"Did you eat with us, Lex?" Reni asked me with her arms twitching spoiled on Gio's arm.
Hmh! I laughed inwardly at Reni's behavior who was never ashamed to behave like that anywhere. In fact, she was not ashamed to show her body in front of many people who were not her husband.
"I ate already, now I want to excuse myself to go home first," I said then I stepped my feet as quickly as possible to get away from them immediately.
Suddenly Gio lined up my steps, pulled out his car keys and pressed him down. It really surprised me because it turned out his car was parked next to my car.
He smiled and said,
"Don't try and get close to Celine. She's mine and she'll be mine for all time."
My eyes were wide open perfectly hearing Gio's words which seemed like he couldn't forget Celine yet and I didn't think she would let go of Celine.
In my heart I laughed, laughing at Reni who was being played by Gio and it seemed like Reni was just an outlet for Gio's lust.
I saw Reni watching us from the glass window of the cafe where she was sitting at the moment. It was simply impossible for a Reni to believe so easily with others. The proof now, he must be wondering what Gio was talking to me about. I don't know what he said to Reni until Reni let him into this parking lot without him.
"You're divorced, why are you threatening me?" I said to make it clear that I dared to fight it.
"Just look at the consequences if you dare to meet. I won't let you meet. Just wait," Gio again threatened me.
"Hey sorry man, I'm not afraid of what you're saying. Celine and I were just friends, we had nothing to do. I'm surprised, why are you still taking care of Celine, instead of you getting divorced?" I said with a smile to underestimate him.
"I never felt like I was divorcing her because I loved her," Gio's reply made me chuckle.
"When did you love her? Didn't you love Reni so much that you cheated on her and after you divorced Celine you married Reni?" I said to provoke his emotions.
"Damn it! I don't love Reni at all. I've only loved my wife, Celine, for a long time" she replied with emotion.
"Your wife? Isn't your wife now Reni? Doesn't that mean it's true that you love Reni? You yourself just said that you love your wife," I said with a slight smile.
"Damn it! I don't love him" he said with emotion.
"He made me forget everything!" Gio is really emotional, he yelled at me.
Ok, I'm satisfied and I'll just stop up here our chat. I got in my car and he tried to stop my door when I was about to close.
"I was threatened by Reni. He would disturb and harm her if I didn't want to marry him" Gio explained to me with a look that seemed to be completely honest with me.
"Let's just relax, there's me guarding her," I said to calm her down, but Gio misunderstood me, thinking I would take her place as Celine's husband.
Gio clutched my collar and looked at me with emotion. It seems true that Gio will not let go of Celine.
"I'll give you a calculation if you touch mine," Gio said to warn me.
I smiled and easily let go of her hand. I can guess if he's not my mark on the match.
Immediately I brought my car after I closed the door.
Now my only goal is one, Celine. I want to advise him and protect him. I don't know why my heart feels bad, I don't know what's going to happen.
My feet cheerfully stepped up, but I saw Celine talking to a man I didn't know who the man was.
The man spoke seriously to Celine, and I can't hear anything from here.
Damnit damnit!
I took my neck off violently. I vented my frustration at the tie I was wearing. Pissed off? I don't know why I should be upset with this guy. Or maybe I... jealous?
I'm waiting for that guy to come home from Celine's apartment. It's true that the man didn't enter Celine's apartment but I don't know if I was really jealous of the man. I waited a long time there and finally after all the time the money was wasted here, the man came home with something to Celine.
"Cell! Cel!" I called out to him.
Celine turned her head towards me and she smiled at me. It felt like I asked Celine about the man, yet I did not dare to ask her. Because the truth is, I'm more scared away from him than I am just wondering in my heart.
"What are you doing here, Al? Don't you have a job?" celine asked Alex.
"Yes, and I've been waiting for you for a long time. Until my moss is there" I said, pointing to where I was hiding.
Celine laughed crisply. I haven't seen him in a long time. Seeing him laugh, seeing him smile and seeing him pay attention to me.
"What's Al? It seems like you are upset," Celine tried to ask and guessed the answer.
"I just came back from the cafe last night to pay for my food, but damn it, there I met a newlywed, a couple who supported and humiliated each other," I said while chuckling.
"Who's Al? What're they?" ask Celine hesitating.
I nodded my head and he asked again.
"Are they Gio and Reni?" he said with worry.
