Just now I was able to make Celine laugh and forget her sadness about last night, and now we are reunited with them, my friends who dub Celine a seductive woman.

"Oe all of you how are you?" ask them all.

I stood up from my seat and extended my hand to them. They all shook my hands, but their smiles seemed to mock me. I tried to hold back my emotions and neutralize my attitude as usual.

"Hi Lex, you're in town apparently. Why don't you ever call us or hang out with us in your usual place?" Anton asked me.

I think they just want to find out by corrupting us. I don't know what Reni told them so they looked at us like we were being caught off guard by them.

"I'm sorry, I used to be overtime so I could go home before the weekend to see my family. So sorry, I haven't been able to see you guys yet" I told them.

Celine just stood still and looked down. I'm sure his appetite will be gone by now. I wanted to throw them out, but I couldn't because Celine would be angry with me. And if I invite Celine to leave that place, it's certain that they'll have even worse comments about us. Then what am I supposed to do?

They sat down at our table. They started ordering food, like they were between me and Celine on purpose. I don't know what they want to know about us.

I turned towards Celine who was beside me earlier, and coincidentally Celine turned to me. I'm sure he wants to tell me something. But this stupid me doesn't know what Celine's eyes mean to me.

"Lex, I heard you were getting married. Really true?" ask Andre to me.

"Will your wife be polygamous?" now Dika asked me.

They told each other to ask me questions even though I hadn't answered them. I don't know what they mean. Did they really mean to ask me or just meant to ridicule me.

"Cel, you should be the same as me who is still single" Anton chuckled to Celine to face her.

I really wanted to hit him. I think they're very childish. Or maybe I am just too emotional?

Celine just kept quiet, maybe she still held firm to what she said last night. It's free to tell them if they don't want to know what really happened. They just want to hear what they want to hear. That's what Celine said that I really remember.

"You all have misjudged. Celine and I have nothing to do. And we're just friends as always, just like you guys," I tried to explain to them as a form of defense for myself and Celine.

"Anything can be Al. The proof is that you are always together. Even if I take Celine on the road, she always refuses" said Anton, who seemed interested in Celine.

"But your great Al, you can beat Gio. Celine chose you more than Gio, and now Gio is married to Reni who was married to you. Is this like a barter couple?" said Andre who was greeted by the laughter of other friends.

Andre, Dika and Anton do work in one office, instead they always go everywhere together.

"You're wrong. That's not what really happened. Reni and I will never marry because I have a family. Reni was the one who always insisted on coming to see me. And as for Gio, he's having an affair with Reni. So you guys don't be so bad to think with us. Not necessarily what you think is true," I tried again to explain to them.

"Then Celine is with me. I'm single" Anton tried to get close to Celine again.

"Single from Hong Kong?" sahut Dika while laughing.

Celine just kept quiet and stirred up her drink, while enjoying her food to look busy. I'm sure Celine is very uncomfortable with them. May her digestion be fine as she eats uncomfortably.

"Where's Pants? Rather than you being a seductress to someone's husband, it's better to be single to Cel" Anton said as if he was forcing Celine to accept.

"You don't call Celine that. She's not the woman you're talking about. And we really have nothing to do," I tried to explain back to them.

"Cieee. Celine is a pretty gini, who doesn't want to be with her. Like, he just said, guys have been fighting over him," said Andre who was greeted with laughter by others except me and Celine.

Andre's face and clothes were wet from water. And it was Celine. He splashed Andre with his drink.

I laughed and cheered in my heart. I was very satisfied to see the spicy-mouthed Andre being doused in water from his drinking glass by Celine. Maybe Celine's already furious at them. Just imagine, Celine who is patient not playing it can do that to them. That means they've gone too far, right?

"You." said Andre who did not accept what Celine did to him.

Andre stood up to grab Celine's body but I swiftly blocked her.

"Hey Lex, maybe now you're blinded by her beauty. As long as you know, Gio will now regret marrying this seductress."

Celine's palm landed perfectly on Andre's cheek. Anton and Dika just silently watch the quiet Celine now turn into emotion and the quiet person is usually more sinister if already angry and emotional. Just look at them being silent because Celine who now dares to fight them, is no longer Celine who just succumbs and is trampled on by her pride.

"I'm back Al, thanks for the food" Celine said in an unusual voice.

Yeah, right, he's really pissed. Celine is angry right now. I have to calm him down. I should how? Should I stay here or go with Celine? And I decided that I would take Celine back because it was my responsibility to bring her to this place.

"What's the truth, Al, you left us just because you were chasing that seductress?" Dika asked me when I had stepped my foot just one step.

"What if your family knows about your relationship with Celine?" andre's voice made me look back at them.
