Waiting for him to come
"Grandmother.." Divan's voice that sounded loud enough made Miss Shanty who was stirring the cooking in the kitchen turn to the source of the sound. Both corners of his lips curved perfectly staring at his grandson who was now standing in the kitchen doorway.
"Divan's." Said Mrs Shanty.
"grandmother..." Divan ran towards Bu Shanty and hugged Bu Shanty's leg tightly.
"You've come, son? That's fast." Said Ms. Shanty while rubbing Divan's head. He thought his son, son-in-law and granddaughter would arrive at Grandma Eno's house at six in the afternoon. Apparently the assumption is wrong. At the time of the hour still showed at half six in the afternoon they had arrived home.
"Yes, Grandma. Let's meet Grandma soon." Answer Divan as it is.
"You're this..." Ms. Shanty was worried about Divan's attitude. "Where are Mom and Dad?" Ask Ms. Shanty.
"There's in the living room with Om, Grandma." Answer Divan.
Shanty's mom nodded her head. He asked one of the servants to continue his work and took Divan out of the kitchen to approach his son and daughter-in-law.
"Hanum, Dio." Said Ms. Shanty as she got close to the living room.
"Mama..." Hanum immediately stepped over to Bu Shanty and regretted it.
"How are you doing right now, is it okay?" Ask Ms. Shanty.
Hanum nodded his head. "Hanum's fine, Ma." Answer Hanum.
"Thank God then." Said Mrs Shanty.
Dio came closer to Shanty and crucified Shanty. "Why did you suddenly come without telling you first?" Ask Dio.
"Because Mama wants it. Aren't you happy that Mama came here?" Ask Ms. Shanty.
"It's not so." Dio rolled both his eyes lazily.
"Then?" Ask Bu Shanty and Dio chooses silence not to answer the question from his mother.
"Your friend, is Brother Richard coming?" Digo asked after Hanum and Dio's departure.
"of course. He'll be at dinner tonight." Answer Miss Shanty.
"Good then." Digo was happy to hear that. He also invited Divan who was waiting for him to play. Ms. Shanty returned to the kitchen to make sure the cooking was done.
As the dinner hour came, Dio and Hanum stepped down the stairs. Upon arriving downstairs, they immediately stepped towards the dining table. Digo and Divan seem to have been sitting waiting for their arrival there.
"Where's Mama?" Ask Dio to Digo.
"In Grandma's room." Answer Digo.
Dio nodded in understanding then pulled out a chair for him to sit on. Hanum also did the same thing pulling the chair next to Dio.
Not long ago, Miss Shanty and Grandma Eno seemed to have joined the dining table. Dio who noticed his mother did not seem to intend to invite them to start dinner together even raised his voice.
"Why don't you just start, Ma?" Ask Dio.
"Wait a minute. Mama's waiting for someone to come." Answer Miss Shanty.
"someone? Who?" Dio was confused to hear that. Is that man his father? But isn't his father currently overseas on a business trip?
In the midst of Dio's confusion, someone who had been waiting for Bu Shanty finally arrived to make Bu Shanty smile widely to welcome his arrival.
