Hanum and Dio are now in the ICU room where Calista is. Not much different from what Dio and Hanum saw before, there were still many medical devices attached to Calista's body and the woman had not shown any signs of being conscious from her long sleep.
"Do you still want to be here?" Dio asked because he wanted to get out and pick up his phone from his phone that had been vibrating ever since.
Hanum nodded his head and let Dio out of the ICU room. After Dio's departure, Hanum approached Calista and held Calista's weak hand.
"Hi Calista. We finally meet again, yes." Hanum spoke softly to Calista who might have been able to listen to his words from his subconscious. "Cal. I know you're a very good woman and you're a woman who loves my husband so much that you're willing to bet your life for him." Hanum.
Hanum paused his words for quite a while as he felt a tightness in his chest. "Cal.I'm very grateful to you because you've been very kind to help my husband. I'm so grateful for that. Somehow my husband's situation is now if you don't come to his aid then. In order to help my husband you're willing to be shot to the point that you're as critical as you are today."
"Cal. of all the greatness of your heart and your sacrifice to Dio, I'm sorry if I'm still being selfish because I don't want to let go of my husband for anyone including you who's sacrificed their lives for him. I'm sorry if I was being selfish, Cal. But all this I did was because I had started to love my husband and there was a life present from the bondage of our marriage." Hanum rubbed his stomach with his free hand.
"I don't want to see the world when she sees it she feels the same way her sister can't feel the affection of her biological father. I don't want to hurt him because I gave up his father for the man who bet his life for his father. I'm sorry if it's selfish, Cal.." said Hanum with both eyes that began to glaze over.
"I know you're a good woman. I know you're the woman God created to be destined to be with a good man. But that good man is not my husband. One day there will come a man who truly loves you and will never leave you. I'll pray for that, Cal."
Hanum inhaled as much oxygen as he felt his oxygen supply was greatly reduced. "Fight for life, Cal. Many people wait for your eyes to open. Many people love you and long for your time with them. You need to stay alive and get on with your life, Cal." Hanum tightened his hand grip on Calista's hand as a reinforcement for the woman.
Hanum was downcast because he was not strong enough to hold back his crying so as not to come out. "Be aware, Cal. You need to come back and be healthy." Said Hanum without looking at Calista's face.
"Hanum.." Dio's soft voice calling his name made Hanum turn to the source of the voice.
"You crying?" Dio asked as he approached his wife and rubbed her head.
