One of the servants who realized Calista's arrival immediately stepped toward Calista. "Sorry, how can I help you, Miss?" Friendly ask.
"I'd like to meet Mr. Dio. Is Mr Dio there?" Calista asked no less kindly.
"Mr Dio is not here, Miss. It's been a long time that Mr. Dio doesn't work here anymore." The answer.
Calista's forehead shriveled a confused sign. "How do you mean?" Ask.
The waiter explained that Dio had worked as CEO at his father's company and handed the cafe to his trusted confidant. Hearing that certainly made Calista confused.
"Don't Dio not want to accept the post before he gets married?" Ask Calista when she's in the car.
Not wanting to waste a long time Calista immediately drove his car to Mahesa company. It was quite time consuming for Calista to travel to Mahesa company due to the considerable distance and the road that was jammed due to road repairs.
Finally Calista can breathe a sigh of relief after arriving at Mahesa's company. He stared at the towering building in front of him with sparkling eyes.
"Dio, you'll be happy to see me coming." Calista said confidently.
Calista immediately stepped foot into the company. After being in the company lobby Calista immediately approached the receptionist and questioned Dio's current whereabouts.
After getting an answer if Dio is in his office and gets permission to meet, Calista immediately steps away to the elevator.
Their smiles did not fade from Calista's face when he reached the top floor and saw Dio's room.
"Please come in, Miss." Dio's secretary said kindly to Calista who came to him.
Calista nodded and thanked him then knocked on Dio's door. After getting the authorization from inside Calista went directly into Dio's work room.
"Calistas?" Dio who thought if the one who came to see him was his best friend was surprised because the one who came was Calista.
"What's this, Dio?" Calista asked confusedly.
"Don't touch me. We're not the lovers we used to be." Dio said firmly
"Dio?" Calista nodded in disbelief.
"Didn't you read my message back then? I think you understand that I've ended the relationship between us." Dio.
"No. I don't understand, Dio. All I know is that you're just mad at me and that parting word is just for me to get back here fast. And now I've been here as you wish." Answer Calista.
Dio straightened his body. "You came in when it was too late, Cal. I'm sorry if I ended our relationship with a message instead of looking at each other. But what I sent back then was true. I want us to separate." Dio said firmly.
"Dio.." Calista's voice began to weaken. What Dio said just now was not what he wanted. He thought everything would be fine after he returned.
"But why Dio? Is it because you're angry with me? I know I'm selfish and I'm sorry for that." Calista Pinta.
"It's too late Cal. If you ask me why the answer is because I'm married." Dio.
