Chapter 18: Time Zone Capabilities Stop

The Japan Hunter Association is now collapsing causing problems for the World Government in defending the earth, and therefore an emergency meeting to reclaim the Japanese state.

Park Hyeon, Chen Lin and Jacob Wister gathered in the room.

"Tch, you weak girl why she can't keep her own country, what a nickname as a genius it's just nonsense!" park Hyeon said with a grouchy face

"So it's possible that our opponent is so strong that it could tear down the Japan Hunter Association just as it did for the Indonesian Hunter Association!" said Grandpa Chen Lin

Suddenly the meeting door opened wide to make the atmosphere become more tense with the appearance of Julia, Stella and Jack.

"I'm sorry this all happened because our opponent is on par with Ragnarok!" julia said with a serious face

Before they entered into the meeting between the leaders of the Hunter Association. Jack measured the power of Asmodeus which makes no sense anymore to make anyone lower than Asmodeus will be exposed to charm.

"Your Stella Mana is higher than Asmodeus so close the Mana stream so that we are not known by it with this much Mana maybe you can make Asmodeus full!" said Jack

"Then I will, Close Mana!" stella said as she closed her Mana flow

Close Mana is a special ability Gate Hunter that has magic by using this ability can close the Mana flow so that the enemy does not know their location. (KS Rank B)

"The news of the collapse of the Japan Hunter Association won't be long after that we need to report the situation we're seeing so Jack, I want you to accompany me and look after Stella there's no way we're gonna leave her in the neighboring country alone" Julia said

"Then what are you going to do?" ask Jack

"We're going to a meeting and I'd like to announce that this is a high-level disaster then as you requested the extermination squad. I'll file this so you'll be enough beside me just let me do my job!" said Julia

For that Jack closed all his strength so that no one knows the level of Jack's strength even though the level is low but Jack's strength is at the level of Jacob Wister.

Back to when they entered the meeting by appearing suddenly.

"The Devil of Lust, Asmodeus on the same level as Ragnarok, I can conclude that he is indeed a descendant of Ragnarok. The collapse of the Hunter Association is because he uses the charm that is his strength to be able to subdue the citizens and the Gate Hunter Japan. Asmodeus is so powerful that we need an exterminator squad to take back the Japanese state!" julia said as she was frank about the situation

Jacob Wister looked at Jack with a serious look.

Jack was convinced that he had closed all his strength but Jacob Wister looked at him seriously as if he had met his level. However, Jack's conjecture turns out to be wrong because he only looks at Stella who is a student of Gate Hunter's predecessor.

"You're big and strong, Stella!" said Jacob Wister

"Thank you uncle!" said Stella

"Jacob can you take this in a serious direction!" ask Julia with anger

Chen Lin was surprised not to play when he saw Jack's face even though he was old but the young man who was next to Julia was a figure that he greatly appreciated and respected because Jack had helped him.

Jack, who is beginning to realize there will be a problem, starts to activate his blue eyes. Grandpa Chen Lin stood up while pointing his finger at Jack and it was seen by Julia who knew right away that Grandpa Chen Lin knew Jack's identity.

Instantly her conversation with Jack appears in Julia's memory.

"If anyone knows my identity during a meeting. Julia, I'm not gonna help you anymore and instead I'm gonna shut up the guy who knows my identity. This I did to close my identity so that collectors would not know the whereabouts of the last surviving Blue Eye Tribe" Jack said

Back to the moment Grandpa Chen Lin wanted to reveal Jack's identity while Julia tried to interfere with it all then Jack prepared himself to kill the three of them who were in the meeting room.

Instantly time stopped by making Julia, Jack and Grandpa Chen Lin able to move within the time zone stop whereas Park Hyeon and Jacob Wister could not move. The world seems to stop and this is one of the unreasonable forces that Stella is able to unleash in a crucial moment.

"Time zone stop is impossible, Stella you created this!" jack said with a panicked face

"What! This stop time zone is highly unlikely only Ragnarok can do it!" yelled Grandpa Chen Lin

Grandpa Chen Lin became even more wild with curiosity because Julia locked onto Grandpa Chen Lin's movements so as not to do anything dangerous anymore. Jack almost flattened the old man's body now the time zone stops still active with Stella's right eye in the shape of a clock indicating the time from Time zone stops going off.

"Stella maintain this stop time zone, there's something I have to tell Grandpa Chen Lin!" ask Julia

"Quick Sister Julia, I can't hold this much longer!" stella replied while holding her right eye

Grandpa Chen Lin is locked in by an ability that Julia has that is Body Lock.

Body Lock is the ability to lock the opponent's body so that it can not move usually this ability can be active when the enemy is not concerned with defense so that the opponent exposed to this ability will be forever locked if the user not release. (KS Rank A)

"Let me go Julia, this man is the predecessor of the Gate Hunter that protected me when I was about to die. Ahhh, we can finally meet O Owl!" said Grandpa Chen Lin

"Listen to me Grandpa Chen Lin right now he doesn't want to be known by anyone anymore therefore I want you to keep this a secret so please keep your mouth shut!" ask Julia seriously

"Tch, why do my problems keep growing. Old grandfather, I have absolutely no recollection of saving you but if it is true that I saved your life please do it for me!" ask Jack

Grandfather Chen Lin received a request from Jack but he immediately prostrated himself before Jack as if he were worshipping a god and it made Jack feel a little strange to the old man.

"Stella you can let go of the Stop Time zone!" said Julia

The stopping time zone is an ability that Ragnarok has is truly amazing when I see a human being able to master this ability. Stella no matter what happens you will be the target for the entire Gate Hunter later if anyone knows of your abilities but they will not touch you because I will kill those who dare to touch my friend.

When the time zone stops being deactivated suddenly the situation has returned to calm with no one suspicious. Julia again proposed to create an extermination squad in order to reclaim the Japanese state and minimize the rise of Ragnarok.

"Regu exterminator then I'll go along in the fight against this Asmodeus!" said Park Hyeon with a snobbish tone

"I agree to your proposal Julia but I want you to find your own partner because I'm busy protecting the World Government as well as my own country!" said Jacob Wister

"Julia, Stella and you. I have something to talk about!" said Grandpa Chen Lin

Jacob Wister left the meeting room while Park Hyeon looked for the Gate Hunter in his country which had the same level of ability.

The room was now only the four of them then Grandpa Chen Lin informed the whereabouts of Gate Hunter's predecessor who was still alive. Stella immediately felt happy because she would meet with her teacher but it all had to be with a decision from Jack.

"Jack with the help of Gate Hunter's predecessor we can defeat Asmodeus so what do you think?" ask Julia

"It's getting more complicated and troublesome. Grandfather Chen Lin, I would like to ask you to look for a collector who holds blue eyes just like me if you find him tell me then about the predecessor of this Gate Hunter let's take them!" reply Jack

"According to your request Owl!" said Grandpa Chen Lin respectfully and politely

Jack must do two things at once, namely saving the Japanese State from Asmodeus and avenging him is indeed complicated for him but Jack must still do it.
