Chapter 46: Participating In End Wars

The One asks Jack to take part in the End Wars.

"I'm not going to go in that stupid game of yours!" jack replied while looking intently at The One

"It's a pity that Drakon Kholkikos, your mother's hope will not be realized when you have done so far only for creatures like her!" say The One

Jack doesn't understand what The One is all about.

"Jack aren't you willing to accept all this responsibility?" ask Drakon Kholkikos

Jack begins to understand the intentions of Drakon Kholkikos because he wants an ally to fight Ragnarok in order to win the End War and get the prize of The One.

"After hearing that story and your invitation I finally understand that you don't want to stop fighting anyway I want to ask you something about Drakon Kholkikos. Questions related to your true intentions in helping me so I want you to answer honestly so that I can choose which side is right. Look, I still can't believe your story!" jack said while keeping his distance from the two of them

"Haha, huh, look he's not wrong I'm watching you and I'm here to tell you that the story is all a lie even if I'm a good person proposing to you to join the End Wars so what are you waiting for?" say The One with a smile

"My intention is to work with you to achieve the goals of my creator!" the Drakon Kholkikos

Jack still doesn't trust Drakon Kholkikos and turns to The One.

"Gate System can you explain that?" jack asked while looking at The One

"The Gate System itself is a creature that I created to help humans and of course he cannot be seen but only his voice is heard!" reply The One

"Drakon Kholkikos in this way I almost lost faith in you then what will you prove if the story is true?" jack asked a glance towards Drakon Kholkikos

Drakon Kholkikos was silent for a moment then began to explain everything he did.

"Ragnarok did not reach the earth directly after being thrown into the gate. My death caused by The One is still able to rise again because the blood of the Angel is still in my body. Remaining my soul so that I went inside the gate to watch over them and miraculously, my soul first came to earth even the first human I saw it was you!" the Drakon Kholkikos

Drakon Kholkikos is back.

The One comes after Drakon Kholkikos in the same place that is a village where the Blue Eye Tribe is located while Ragnarok still has not seen his arrival. The One begins to watch over the Blue Eye Tribe especially Jack then as time goes on until a devastating earthquake occurs in all corners of the world it is a sign of Ragnarok's arrival.

The One was then attracted to Jack for having very deep revenge intentions until the appearance of a dragon figure from the Yeverleen World became Jack's opponent. The One begins to gamble with Jack, helping him create the Gate System and giving power to his blue eyeballs.

So Jack is able to easily kill the dragon which is a descendant of the power and form of Ragnarok. The Gate System began to spread throughout the earth at which point The One began to watch over Jack little by little.

"Wait which means I'm the first Gate Hunter!" jack said in surprise

"For us, Jack is the first Gate Hunter while for the human view it is Chen Li!" the Drakon Kholkikos

"My kindness and help allowed you to take revenge, meet your partner who fought with you and even erase that revenge in your heart so Jack isn't it clear who you should choose?" ask The One with a smile

Drakon Kholkikos was silent and did not dispute all of The One's remarks then Jack gave the final question.

"Angel who has been transformed into my mother.

Did you tell him to?" jack asked as he looked towards Drakon Kholkikos

Drakon Kholkikos just kept quiet and returned Jack's gaze with confidence while The One began to prepare for hand posts if Jack accepted to participate in the End Wars. Jack chose to shake The One's hand which meant he was following the End Wars but not siding with the Devil but siding with the Angel.

"Thank you Jack!" the Drakon Kholkikos

End's battle will be even more interesting then I will watch the course of the battle!" the One said while disappearing like a fog

Jack trusts the story of Drakon Kholkikos and they work together to achieve the goal that the Angels want - a world of peace. The Seven Angels of Virtue appear simultaneously and then face Jack.

"My resurrection and the resurrection of Ragnarok will soon be over and the End War will begin but before that, we must gather an army to face them!" the Drakon Kholkikos

"Teacher?" ask Jack

"The great tree you call the Mapely Tree is a tree to awaken the creation of Angels who have fallen in battle in the Yeverleen World!" the Drakon Kholkikos

Jack begins to prepare for the Battle of End, and the Angel Uriel approaches him with happiness.

"Jack, we're thrilled to be working with you even if we don't meet in person only through Drakon Kholkikos!" the Angel Uriel

"You will be able to meet in person because Jack is an intermediary which means Jack is the gate for you to go to earth!" the Drakon Kholkikos

The Seven Angels of Virtue were surprised to hear that then Drakon Kholkikos blew towards Jack's left eye which he then woke up from his stupor.

Jack wakes up in an unfamiliar bed with a body full of bandages and Vena is shocked to see Jack awake.

"For my mother and my father and my brother!

I want to see a second chance you get to make me see that killer's new life!" jack said with a smile

Vein cried then ran to hug Jack gently while thanking him.

"I understand that revenge will only be self-destructive even though it is heavy but nothing can be changed again. Revenge won't solve everything but throwing it away can make us see the solution!" said Jack

"Thank you very much!" say Vein with all your heart

The problem is solved now only to prepare for the End of War. The White Eye on Jack's left, a link or a gate to the Seven Angels of Virtue, has given him a special ability to wield the power of the Seven Angels of Virtue.

The resting place was the home of Foren and Vena so Jack went down to the living room to meet his colleagues and Vena explained to her husband that the problem was over, Foren felt relieved to hug her two daughters.

"That hurts so much Jack!

Your punch turned out to be very powerful!" said Chen Li

"Ugghhhhhhhh...

You really are a monster, Hyung!" said Park Hyeon

"Jack I can finally see that relieved expression on your face!" julia said with a satisfied smile

Jack smiled.

"Let's start this new life!" said Jack who had already thrown away his feelings of revenge
