Chapter 22: The Devil Like a Monster

The destruction of the ground level makes the volcano active again by removing magma from the bowels of the earth. They were all thrown from the swing of the Asmodeus sword that was so powerful but what was more severe was the huge crater from the result of the Black Ceros explosion.

"Everyone, are you all right?" julia shouted with a loud voice even though her body was currently injured

They were all thrown so far away that they were no longer together, but the huge aura Asmodeus gave them a hint that the enemy was in the middle of the battlefield. Concerns about Jack's condition make Julia desperate to advance to the Asmodeus area, it turns out not only Julia who is worried because of a different place, Stella, which is Stella, Seila and Grandpa Chen Lin also ventured to enter.

Asmodeus felt the presence of the four of them which made him grin. He could not bear the bloodlust he even shook his wings until all the dust disappeared from his sight.

At once Seila smiled happily because she felt the presence of her husband who had arrived on the battlefield even though it was too late but his presence saved Jack who was already dying.

Jack's body was lying in a safe place with half of his body already pitch black as a result of Black Ceros made him unable to move. Henry throws an S-class artifact named Elixir with it slowly making Jack heal and the pitch black of the Black Ceros slowly disappears.

Asmodeus was still calm then he forcefully slashed his sword to destroy the birdcage but his attack bounced until the body of this demon was hit by his own attack until it was injured quite badly.

For the first time he had vomited blood even the wounds he had gotten as a result of his own stupidity.

"Fuckin' man. How dare you use your father's blood!" asmodeus said with veins coming out around his head and he was very angry

"You're aware that it's ironic that I didn't use your father's blood for this and it looks like there's going to be a show of father killing his son!" said Henry who was in the sky using a celestial ring artifact on his middle finger

The anger of Asmodeus is shown with a very pressing pressure like a gratification pressing on your body even his creepy face with a deep black color and white eyes make Henry creepy and scared.

Calm yourself at the moment Asmodeus won't be able to get out for 10 minutes!" henry murmured to calm himself down

"Enjoy your time human once this is done, I'll kill you first!" asmodeus said with a sharp and bloodthirsty look

Henry flips his body and searches for Seila's location when he finds her, and Henry flies off to take Seila to Jack's location, which he will not survive with Elixir alone.

Swosh...

"Darling, I need your help!" shouted Henry who was above the sky precisely above his head Seila

Henry takes Seila to Jack's place to recover her body whereas Henry soon searches for Julia, Stella and Grandpa Chen Lin. Time continued to pass patiently Asmodeus waited for the moment where he would slaughter them all.

Five minutes have passed now they have all gathered while praying for Jack's recovery. Seila tried hard to restore the condition of Jack's body as before even Stella helped with their efforts to both be able to make Jack unconscious.

With a heavy shock, he woke up while checking around his body as well as seeing all of them who were extremely worried about him. The extremely worried Julia immediately hugged Jack tightly while crying, Stella cried, Grandpa Chen Lin could finally sigh in relief and Seila was grateful with Jack who had survived.

"Sorry to worry you!" jack said for the second time to get warmth from them apart from Cero

There was only a minute left and from a distance, Asmodeus was already standing tall while holding his demonic sword strong as well as a powerful gaze ready to kill them all.

"Jack, I'm aware of what you mean. I am not a coward but I am a hero and this time I will show you!" henry said with a serious face

"It's not just you but I will fight with all my might to face Asmodeus!" said Grandfather Chen Lin excitedly

"It's so nostalgic!" said Seila with a sincere smile

The predecessor of Gate Hunter has now regrouped and prepared to face Asmodeus instantly making Julia and Stella amazed by their courage. A minute had passed and the birdcage had disappeared as soon as Asmodeus stepped on the ground so firmly that he made his footprints and then leapt straight ahead forcefully while pointing his sword at Henry's neck.

Asmodeus was not aware there was a foot-piercing sound to the ground like himself but it was a horse from Grandpa Chen Lin who was to his right with a powerful fist as well as a fist swing pointing towards Asmodeus' face making a crushing blow.

Punch...Swosh...

Asmodeus' body was thrown deep in the air and even he was surprised while trying to restore his body position. There was something strange about him at this time because his body began to ache and slowly began to erode his life as soon as Asmodeus remembered the blood of his father, Ragnarok.

Asmodeus was silent for a moment like a statue.

"At last you realize that Ragnarok's blood is a deadly poison even just a drop of its blood can make a death for a creature like you so be prepared, Asmodeus!" henry shouted excitedly

His great strength was still there but his movements and body in pain made him suffer and unable to keep up with the speed of his enemy.

"Kazudon!.horraaa!" yelled Grandpa Chen Lin while hitting the back of Asmodeus firmly to the point of vomiting blood

"My strong body is already weakened!" murmured Asmodeus while enduring the pain

"The current elf king I borrowed your power to defeat my opponent, the Divine Spear!" seila shouted and then threw a green-colored spear of light towards Asmodeus and then exploded

"Double Damage Artifacts. This artifact is able to make the attack double with this you can defeat, Asmodeus!" shouted Henry

Their attack left Asmodeus' body severely injured even the blood from Ragnarok continued to flow throughout the bloodstream. His body was sitting limply making the three of them wary as there were no signs of defeat from Asmodeus.

"There's no other choice. Defeat of the Devil Napsu, Asmodeus would be so shameful to the great sinner that no one should know now I give this heart to you, Lucifer!" asmodeus said as he took his heart and offered it to the strongest demon

Asmodeus crushed his heart and the enormous pressure crushed the ground and made Henry, Seila and Grandpa Chen Lin try hard to resist the pressure. Asmodeus gave his heart to the strongest demon, Lucifer, thus gaining immense power.

Asmodeus' body became more terrifying as a monster than a demon with a deep black appearance and only showed white in his eyes and canines.

"I'm dead.you're gonna die here too!" asmodeus said as he slashed his sword which instantly shattered the mountain and leveled the ground

Slashwas...Zdoom's...

The wind from the Asmodeus sword slash made their bodies fly.

"Wire, these creatures are becoming more and more dangerous. I must carry them all away." murmured Henry before he finished himself already pierced by the sword of Asmodeus right in his stomach.

Akkkh...

Asmodeus, with an irritated face, drew his sword and smashed Henry's head to the ground until the ground was destroyed overtime. Thinking that Henry was dead from a crushed head, Asmodeus continued to search for other prey.

"It's so sad!" henry said with a bloody head and withstood the bleeding in his stomach

Asmodeus was increasingly upset to see Henry's face still intact with a loud scream making ears in pain then his mouth formed Black Ceros who was ready to shoot Henry but Grandpa Chen Lin moved as fast as lightning and immediately located above the head of Asmodeus.

"Cendons!" said Grandpa Chen Lin while hitting Asmodeus' head to the ground until the powerful impact made the ground into a crater

Although the head about the land, a Black Ceros attack he still did until he shot it towards Henry immediately Seila reflected Black Ceros into the sky which became a huge explosion until the weather became cloudy and covered the sunlight or rather be night.

Asmodeus lifted his body then quickly hit Grandpa Chen Lin's chest until it cracked then threw away his body not only that. Seila who saw the severe injury experienced by Henry made him not alert to the movement of Asmodeus who was behind him.

Henry encouraged Seila not to be attacked by Asmodeus. A powerful slash was able to hold Henry with his Artifact but the impact of the slash made his stomach hurt even though it was not too deep then his body was thrown away as a result of holding back the powerful slash.

"Man!" asmodeus said with a horrible look

Seila silently looked at the monster in front of her. Asmodeus prepares the Black Ceros right on Seila's face...

The dark atmosphere immediately makes Jack rise from his defeat and tells Julia and Stella to save Grandpa Chen Lin and Henry who are seriously injured.

When the Black Ceros was ready without mercy, Asmodeus shot it towards Seila until the black light shot through the mountain.

The three of them were utterly defeated against Asmodeus, who had become a monstrous monster rather than a demon who was his true form. However, Asmodeus' hopes were dashed when he saw his prey still alive and a figure equivalent to him was standing in front of him.

"Give the rest to me. Asmodeus let's start this round two duel!" jack said as he showed many Sniper Barrets hovering in the air

His blue eyes were already active which showed the monster figure inside him now two monster figures would kill each other with all their strength.

"Please, Jackie!" asmodeus said with a horrible smile
