Chapter 37: Hunger in the Battlefield

Beelzebub stood staring hungry but gave no sign of attacking like a beast watching its prey. Jack gives the order to execute the plan but some Gate Hunters cannot move due to the fear caused by the gaze from Beelzebub.

"Jack there's something weird about the jungle!" henry said as he looked around the forest

"You're right, the atmosphere of the forest is too quiet!" jack said without letting go of his vision from Beelzebub

Stella begins to make the Magic Creation that Jack asked for until Julia who is sensitive to the surrounding begins to feel the presence of a savage animal that makes no sense in number. Beelzebub still did not move and just looked sharply as if he was choosing the right prey even late but Jack could feel another presence around them.

Jack still did not know what presence was surrounding them with constant worry about seeing the surroundings but there was no one but Beelzebub himself. The Gate Hunter that could not move suddenly disappeared mysteriously until the state became panicked with Jack shouting telling Chen Li to throw the entire army even though it was quite dangerous.

"Cendons...Senry!" chen Li shouted as he swung his hands in the air like he was clawing at the air until a large enough vortex of wind sent the entire army crashing into the air.

Jack slammed into the air and saw a butterfly. Class A monsters that are able to hide themselves by using powder on their wings then hit the eyes of their prey so that the vision becomes unclear.

"Metamora Monsters!" jack muttered with his body still blown into the air

The wind that had finished made Jack and the others fall while looking at a very terrible sight. The number of monsters that surrounded them was so many that it filled the forest even the Gate Hunter they brought was being eaten by a group of monsters.

"Damn it!

Anyone who can float in the air do it now don't go downstairs or you'll be killed just like them!" jack shouted in an annoyed tone

The ability to float in the air is only a few who have while the Gate Hunter who participated in the battle does not have this ability so their bodies fell down with the monsters have opened their mouths wide.

Jack who did not want more casualties began to prepare a strong attack with Chen Li directly away from Jack's attack area. Preparing the horses in the air with his right hand as the center of his punch, Jack used his improved physical abilities.

Jack must follow his plan because the Gate Hunter under him is being fed by monsters likely Beelzebub is eating their bodies through the monsters. An angry and resentful face made Jack create a whirlpool of fire in his hand with a strong determination, Jack prepared himself to kill his partner.

None of his colleagues asked for help as if their faces were ready to accept death. Jack put on a serious face in launching his attack until the fire burned in his right hand.

Jack smashed his punch to the ground until the entire fire spread throughout the forest with heat burning the body of his partner. Jack came down and touched the dust of his companion when the anger was unbearable.

"Elemental Sniper Barret!" said Jack while holding his sniper covered by fire

The forest is still burning as a result of Jack's attack and kills several A-grade monsters up to B-class.

"All are still alive!

Execute the plan and whoever is determined to be strong, give your life in this battle!" jack shouted in a loud tone as if burning their spirits all

Beelzebub licked his lips like he had found the prey he wanted and then he ordered all his monsters to kill Jack even though their numbers were very large but the Gate Hunter around Jack was the Gate Hunter far beyond a Class S Monster.

Stella was ready for her Magic Creation, Julia pulled out her silver gun, Henry prepared all the artifacts he had, Seila was ready for the magic of his attack, Chen Li despite being old now his young soul is burning, Park Hyeon is ready with her support abilities.

"Emmm.I understand, of course I understand!

So it was you who killed my brother, Asmodeus!" beelzebub said while giving a sharp look of anger

Class S monsters immediately attacked Jack indiscriminately as well as Jack's colleagues who immediately intervened to eradicate them one by one. The battlefield became lively with the flames constantly blowing throughout their fight, Asmodeus and Jack did not move just paying attention to the course of the fight because they were both leaders.

However, Jack actually waited for Stella to launch the attack he asked for until he got the signal from Stella which means Magic Creation is ready. Jack smiled until he made Beelzebub feel an incredible hunger thirst as if he wanted to swallow Jack's body whole.

"Now Stella!" yell Jack

The bright light made the whole forest go back to noon when Beelzebub seemed to get another gift in him. A gift that contradicted the sin he had instantly made his soul thrash.

Magic Creation: Glut an ability that contrasts with Gluttony Sin instantly made Beelzebub furious with the humans who were able to give him an attack.

"Beelzebub is the name of the sin of gluttony!

Today you will die just like your brother, Asmodeus!" jack said with provoking intent

"Emmm..Your humans are too arrogant!

Your humans are too arrogant!

Your humans are too..too...too much to make me..want to feel everything inside you!" beelzebub said as he bit his finger

Beelzebub stretched out his hands and then unleashed an absurd ability.

"Watch everything around you, Gluttony!" beelzebub said with a smile and showed his sharp teeth

Instantly a delicious scent spread throughout the forest causing the monsters to grow fiercer and more aggressive. The delicious aroma is getting stronger until Jack's hungry taste and want to eat each other but Stella immediately makes Magic Creation that is able to fight hunger.

The monsters got stronger because of his hunger to make it difficult to fight back suddenly Beelzebub who was not moving now began to show the intention to kill.

Swooss...

Beelzebub jumped quickly and was directly in front of Jack's eyes. Reflexes were able to make Jack survive the powerful blow Beelzebub until his body was blown away until the mountain behind him was destroyed by the blow of Beelzebub.

The last blow to the mountain Jack was able to avoid and he realized that Beelzebub was very strong in physical combat.

"Emmm.You are stronger than any creature I have killed before!

Looks like your body deserves to be my food!" beelzebub said as he licked Jack's blood on his hand
