Snapping

“Udahlah, Pa. Do not constantly judge your child,” said Laura when her husband looks to talk and vent his anger.

“Where are you?” william asked as Alan walked up the stairs.

“Meeting Anna.”

“Don't meet him if you just want to make him cry. Deliberately Papa didn't tell you about this so you're self-aware.” William pulled Alan's arm until Alan's footsteps stopped. “Papa doesn't want to know any reason that makes you do that bad to Anna. The point is you're a husband, you're supposed to protect your wife. Instead, you keep hurting him. Anna's condition was bad when you dropped her off on the street. He cried and his body paled. Papa had not gotten out of the car, he touched his head and it seemed like his gaze was blurred until unconsciously with a staggering condition, he walked towards the middle of the road. Until finally he was hit by a car and fell unconscious. Do you know what happened?”

Alan's face paled upon hearing his Papa's explanation. He stomped his Papa's hand which held his arm apart, then ran towards the room. At that time he just wanted to meet Anna, no matter what. He entered the room and found Anna lying on the bed with her eyes closed. Anna's face looked pale.

Clarita, who was waiting for Anna, stood up as Alan walked in and took his place to sit on the side of the bed.

“Anna, I'm coming.” Alan rubbed Anna's forehead gently. “Build, darling. Ilove you. Build, plis!” Alan kissed the back of Anna's hand.

There was no sign Anna would open her eyes. Anna stayed asleep with regular breaths. Anna had actually been awake ever since Alan rubbed his forehead. But he was lazy to open his eyes. His heart ached hearing Alan's voice. Is it wrong if Anna wants to shackle her husband to give him punishment?

Anna was upset, disappointed and wanted to protest. It was too painful to welcome Alan when his heart was in turmoil. Fortunately, there was no hammer nearby. If only there was, he was afraid that the khilaf would hit Alan's head with that hard object. Oh my goodness, what a sadistic thought.

“Anna no pa-pa, right?” Alan turned towards Clarita.

“Sister Anna again rest,” replied Clarita.

“Why wasn't Anna taken to the hospital?”

“After the car accident, Anna was immediately taken to the same hospital as Papa. But after the rumination, Anna insisted on asking to go home and Papa brought Kak Anna back here. Papa said, Papa is not sure Anna will be fine if brought back to the house of Alan.”

As for Wiliam's thinking of Alan, it was critical. Ah, but Alan doesn't care. Alan climbed into the bed and lay down on Anna's side. Alan kissed Anna's face without caring who was watching. Alan's sturdy arms hugged Anna and gave a light swipe at his wife's shoulder.

Anna immediately turned her face until now which was reached by Alan's eyes were only a part of Anna's cheeks.

“You're awake?”

“Go home! Go!” Anna lazily looked at Alan's face.

“Do not punish me like this. I'm sorry. I promise I won't leave you.”

“Aren't you leaving me in the middle of the road?” anna said while frowning, like holding something back.

Those words made Alan's heart ache. But he still gave the warmest hug possible.

“Anna, look at me!” Alan grabbed Anna's chin and turned it to face her. But Anna quickly turned her face away.

“Ngak,” sahut Anna.

“Anna, look at me!”

“Ngak!”

“Anna!”

“Now!”
