Holy Marriage

Holy Marriage
Amazement

Alan was on phone with his secretary, in the main room. For a few weeks he started working. The conversation looked so serious that Alan did not realize Anna was already standing by his side. For a few minutes, Alan discussed various important things on the phone and simply made Anna soar to stand there. A sweet knitting backpack next to his shoulder. Alan promised to take Anna to campus.

Alan closed his phone and turned to the side, right on his wife's face. For a moment he saw a new sight. Anna is wearing a hijab.

“Says he wants to take me. Come on!” Anna smiled confidently.

Alan was still fixated on almost disbelief. Now his wife wears a veil.

“Why do I like that? I look weird?” Anna stared at her own appearance from toe to chest.

“Amazing!”

“O yes?” Anna smiled, her husband admired her. “This is a gift Kak Angel.” Anna touched the end of her veil. As he knew, God took down clothes to cover the aurat, and it became the main thing that encouraged his intention to hijab. As his father said, women will be more honorable when wearing a veil.

“Wow... I can hardly believe the one in front of me right now is Anna Salsabila. You are beautiful.” Alan stared at his adorable wife.

The last sentence that sounded made Anna's heart cheer. Geez, Alan was actually able to make her happy with just a sentence of praise. After that Anna received praise from both her parents-in-law, as well as Clarita and Stefi, now her husband who praised her. It felt different when the compliment came from her husband. Who is not happy to be proud of their own husband?

“Sister Anna, we leave for campus together, yuk!” take Stefi who suddenly appears from behind.

“Anna will go with me,” Alan said before Anna replied. “Later home can be with you. You don't necessarily get to pick up.”

Stefi nudged Anna's shoulder. “Cie ciee's. Seneng ni yeee. Ready for the shuttle, it's like an ojek. Heheeee..”.

Alan and Anna were already in a moving car leaving the yard of the house. For a moment both of them remained silent. Each one was busy with thoughts that filled his head. Anna is still thinking about the car that she has not yet got. And Alan? I don't know what the guy thought.

Long in silence, Anna was bored. He felt he needed to start a conversation.

“Mas Alan, why the hell don't you give me one car? That way, you don't have to bother picking me up every day.”

“So you want a car?”

Anna grunts. Jesus, Alan is insensitive. Why did Anna have to ask Alan to be aware of it?

“If you don't want to give thanks, I'll pick up my bike at Dad's house. So I'm not dependent on you like this. Where to ask for delivery, or take a taxi. Kan bothered.”

Alan looked up and smiled. “I don't want to give you a car, but I don't want you to be wandering if you bring your own car. I'll also bother if you're okay. Jakarta it rame, loh.”

“Well, you think I'm a kid? I know where I'm going. Vehicle it's primary needs.”

“Yes, wait for me to get in the mood, I'll give you a car.”

Anna answered again. Wait for the good mood? Till when?
