Chapter 9's
Uninvited Guests?
Okay, Indi may have often moved to other countries or cities by plane. But riding a dragon, made him dizzy and nauseous. Though initially, he was so excited because he wanted to immediately fly on the back of the creature.
He seems to regret his decision. The giant beast flew like a bird, only ten times faster. Maybe this is what it feels like for the magic swordsmen who often ride giant birds in the country TV broadcasts that he often watches.
The animal flew, twenty meters above the sky, carrying them. Indi sat in the middle, considering he was often nauseous and fainted. Fanny was on the dragon's back, close to his head. Jeannet was right behind Indi, and at the very back, Liona seemed to try not to fall.
They had already flown for approximately five hours before finally deciding to go down and rest somewhere. According to Fanny, if the route they chose from the dimension of a natural being was correct, they could arrive in two more days at their destination. Indi just wished he could come down and pour all his stomach.
“Remember, we're only here to eat and rest Vega. We'll continue the journey tonight. We have to stick to our original plan. At least we know that we are safe here in the spirit dimension of nature. I'm gonna go find something to feed Vega and drink. I'll be back here in a few hours.”
“I'm coming with you. Bringing a dragon somewhere would certainly attract the attention of many creatures. And I know that your power must now be shared by controlling that dragon spirit. At least I can be the dragon's tranquilizer, if at any time he gets out of control.” Liona said firmly.
Fanny nodded. “We're leaving won't be long. You guys should stay here. Rest while you can. Especially you Indi!”
“Iya, yes I understand,” replied Indi briefly tried not to vomit.
They then leave. Without wasting time, Indi looked for the right place, then spilled all his stomach contents in the bushes.
“Ehm, India. I saw some pretty flowers in the field there. Can I go there to pick some flowers? Please.” Jeannet said.
Indi then lay in the grass, right under the shady tree. The breeze in that place was really gentle. Indi felt that all his nausea and dizziness, slowly dissipated brought flying wind. While in the sky, the sun slowly sets, with a tinge of orange and purple that begins to decorate. Indi tried to remember the last time he felt comfortable like this.
“Hai Indian. Long time no see.” A girl's voice, from beside her.
Indi opened her eyes. He was overwhelmed by what he saw. White haired girl, blue eyed. She was wearing a long-sleeved knee-length dress in light green. His hair was in the braid of one, which he left dangling on his right shoulder.
“Lisa?”
Seeing Lisa suddenly makes Indi stand up, and takes the knife from inside his bag.
“How did you get here? What are you planning?” indi said beware.
Lisa smile. “You don't have to take out that butcher knife of yours. I didn't intend to hurt you. I'm here just to talk to you,”
Thousands of questions instantly popped into his head. He needs to be careful with that girl. But something within him also believed that the girl in front of him had no evil intentions.
“You're right, I have no evil intentions. If I intend to attack you, I can easily do it.” Lisa said softly.
“Stop reading my mind! I know what you're planning. You want me to go back to the UCI, right! You want to use me! Since the beginning you've been lying to me,”
“You are right, and you are also wrong,” Lisa said then casually sat under a tree. He tucked his hair under his ear.
