CHAPTRE 15

Indi Gets a Visit

Indi and Catherine were still in that dark, narrow room, locked in bars. According to Catherine while inside there was nothing they could do, because the cage removed all the indigo abilities they had.

“Can you explain how you can be so sure that we'll get out of here at night?”

Catherine concluded her smile. Although she looked thin and weak, Catherine's sweet face did not disappear from her appearance.

“I'll tell you, as long as you promise not to be angry with my answer,”

“What do you mean?” ask Indi not understand.

“Please promise!”

Indi looked at him confused, but his curiosity could not be pendam. “I promise,”

Catherine then seemed to take something out of her pocket. A plastic, water bottle package that Jeannet had given him. He must have gone crazy for being here for such a long time. I can't disappoint her feelings, Indi's mind.

Indi forced his smile, then laughed a\-basic chuckle, “You must be kidding right?”

Catherine smiled again, “You should take a closer look at Indi. Don't just look at it from the looks of it,” Catherine said then handed the plastic over to Indi.

Indi took the plastic.  He looked at it more closely, and found something behind it. A message.

Indi wanted to comment on the ugly writing he saw, when he remembered that Jeannet wrote it.  It re-ignited his emotions.

“What do you mean you believe him? You must have been really\-crazy. He's the one who got me back to the UCI. He has betrayed! Don't you remember that?”

“Indi, listen to me. I knew Jeannet well, long before you knew him. He would not do anything that would harm his friend. And all you have to do, is trust her,” said Catherine, who sounded so certain.

Indi was about to refute him again, but he stopped when he heard the door of the room open. Two people appeared to enter the room. India knows them. The same two men who hurt Indi during the Indigofera festival. The indignation studied Indi's face.

Only realized Indi, if the faces of the two men are very similar. They're twins. The other man opened the cage.

“What will you do?” ask Indi.

The two men smiled, “At the time of harvesting spirits.”

The two men were about to do something to Indi. They opened their black gloves, then held onto Indi's hands. Seeing that made Catherine look furious.

“Let him the stupid twins!”

One of the men laughed back and forth, “Aren't you the fool for not thinking about your plans carefully?”

“It's true! Now who's the fool? What can you do to stop us anyway? You are now so weak and chained just like an animal!” reply to his twin brother.

Indi obviously wouldn't let them carry it, but something from them, it felt paralyzing all Indi's senses. What they do Indi.

“You're pretty late. Now excuse us, there is a spirit that Maddam Noella,” has to let go, Joe or perhaps John said in a mocking tone.

Indi tried his hardest to focus all his energy. But he can't at all. The more he tried, the more pain he felt his senses. Joe and John then take Indi out, and close the cage again. In it Catherine seemed to be struggling, and was trying to remove the chains from her hands and feet.

Indi's heart is pounding now. Fear spread throughout his body. He already remembered it. Fanny told me about it. The power of Maddam Noella. Spirit Puppets. They've been walking right in front of the door.

“Not so fast dear,” say voice from behind them.

A second later, a flash of fire grabbed the twins, which sent them flung against the wall of the room. It makes all the senses of Indi back to function. Indi turned her body. His expression was clearly in disbelief at what he saw. The little girl he thought had betrayed him on his journey.

“Liona?” indi said, followed by a smile from the girl.
