“What happened? Why are you doing this? Why am I here?” Indi stormed Catherine with questions.
Catherine laughed softly, her voice was so weak, “You still haven't changed your habits in asking,” Catherine's brownish face now looks pale. Under his eyes a dark circle appeared to be imprinted. Her body looks skinny.
“It seems, they managed to catch you,”
Indi's face bowed. Sadness covers his face. He then glanced at Catherine, “I'm sorry,” Indi said slowly.
“All this happened because of me. Because of me you became like this. I was too stupid and weak to take care of myself. I left Fanny, I couldn't even save my parents, I\-“ Indi couldn't continue his words\-she said.
His mind was stifled, his feelings filled with guilt. His eyes are starting to water. After everything he went through and all the abilities he mastered, he again realized, if he was just a human being.
“You don't have to apologize. Because from the beginning I was wrong. I've implicated you in all the crazy plans, the immature ones. And now, you have to bear all these burdens and emotions. I'm sorry,”
Indi wiped his eyes. He set his breath. Seeing Catherine made him realize that he was not the only person who had a myriad of problems, and life was not straight path. The girl looked so weak. Indi might not be able to survive if he was in Catherine's position.
“What have they done to you?” ask Indi.
