It's Happier After Divorce

It's Happier After Divorce
27. Have an In-law Brother?!

"Hem, can Audrey ask Mama?"

"Can." I took the phone out of the bag and gave it to Audrey. Audrey showed me a picture. I nodded, "The name's a trampoline baby. Nothing on the market, nothing on the mall. You want to go there, right?"

Audrey nodded.

I thought for a moment if, if Audrey was on a trampoline at the mall, I'd be out for a long time. While if I see a buyer's order in my online store, there are about 20-plus buyers whose orders must be sent today.

Audrey's gaze was so hopeful that I would grant her wish. I aligned the body like Audrey and touched her shoulder. "Mama apologize deeply, dear. What if next Sunday on your birthday, Mama presents a trampoline? The back yard of our shop is still spacious, Mama will buy a big trampoline! So you can play at home without leaving the house. You want to, right?"

I really hope Audrey agrees.

"OK on Ma. But Audrey can bring Audrey's friends and Santi's sister and Sania's sister to play Audrey, right?"

"May darling. Can do!" I'm glad Audrey would.

Arriving at the shophouse, I immediately package the orders of my online buyers. Send it to the nearest shipping center, then back to the shophouse.

Audrey plays with a doll in her room. It made me come to my daughter and sit next to her.

"You didn't learn, honey?"

"Audrey's done PR, Ma."

I'm nodding. "But, let's see Mama."

"What's Ma?" Audrey looked at me.

"The president is."

Audrey picked up a PR book. Now my son is in 1st grade, and his math lesson is only about plus and less.

After checking a few questions, I found a mistake there.

"Audrey, your job is good, there's only three things that are wrong."

"Which one, Ma?" Audrey saw the book.

"This one. It should be 17 less 5 it's 12, not 22. Look yeah, Mama tell me." I wrote 17 minus 5.

"Remember that, dear. Reduced means exhausted. Like you've got 17 dolls and Mama takes 5, so count how much is left."

"1, 2, 3, 4, …, 12!"

"Ikuaut." Suddenly Audrey stood up and hugged me. "May ya Ma .." he said expectantly.

"But your PR?"

Audrey took the book and the pencil. "Audrey take it to learn from Santi and Sania later."

"OK on."

*******

Arriving at Ayra's house, Audrey meets Ayra's twin daughters Santi and Sania. As for me, I found Ayra. I sat on the comfy sofa of Ayra's house, talking a lot of things.

"Silver healthy?" ask Ayra to start.

"Very healthy deck. Brother's life is more like fresh again after separating from the house of mas Dimas."

"But Mas Dimas hasn't divorced sister, has he?"

"Yet. There is no letter from the court. But I haven't filed for divorce from Dimas yet. More like staying away from my husband and his new wife. Want to know also how Mas Dimas faced the Sarah who was lazy, annoying, even unreliable. Yaaa, I know. Sarah can be relied upon in that bed. Understand," I smiled meaningfully.

"Have seen his body too, brother. I understand he's an extension expert."

Keep on laughing.

"I'm sure my sister's husband is tired of taking care of a lazy woman like her" Ayra said.

"That was his choice. The night before you brought brother and Audrey, moved I asked too. Mas Dimas choose who, me or Sarah. She chose Sarah because she was pregnant again. And if Mas Dimas chose me, I would give birth to other Audrey adek."

"It's even happier, brother. Big sister, the proof is that sister's husband can be as successful as now. Got a restaurant in his name even with three branches."

I just smiled bitterly considering all my hard work supporting and accompanying Dimas mas since the beginning of marriage, instead taken over by a scheming woman like Sarah.

"But calm down, brother." Suddenly Ayra touched my shoulder.

"Why?" i'm flustered.

"Mas Dean has established a Korean-style restaurant that can replace slowly the 'native hall' of the husband's sister."

"The restaurant has a sister-in-law?!" i'm appalled.
