It's Happier After Divorce
38. Old Friend

On weekends, Mia and Audrey take a walk to the beach. Play water and have fun but this time without Dimas. The man claims he was unable to get together with Mia and Audrey because of an important meeting with a client.

"Thank you Ma!" audrey half yelled at the beach. The boy looked very excited.

"Well!" mia's expression was shocked at receiving the water that was accommodated in her daughter's hand which was then thrown at her.

"You yaaaa .." Mia showed a pretended vexation. She approached her daughter and tickled Audrey until she regretted it.

"Mahahaha stop! Please …"

Then Mia and Audrey swam some distance from the shore to make it more free. It's just that Mia's legs suddenly cramp and Mia drowns.

"Please, oukh! Please .." Mia panicked, and Audrey tried to help Mama but couldn't. "Ma ... Why is Mama? Well, how's this?"

"Pull mama, get her out of here!" mia Pinta. Audrey who was small and actually did not know anything was trying to drag her mother closer to the beach, but her strength ran out.

"Where is this, Ma. Audrey's tired," said Audrey complaining. Mia who was getting drowned because her legs could not be moved was resigned.

Where their distance from others is quite far. Usually Mia and Audrey swim all the way. Far from other people, far from civilization.

But never experienced anything like this. Luckily, a man followed and took Mia to the beach.

The views of the beachgoers were fixed on them, and when Mia was laid on the sand, many swarmed.

"Please don't swarm!' the help man's pinta dispersed the crowd.

Then the helper performed pulmonary cardiac resuscitation (CPR) with his hands.

Audrey looked at her mother worriedly. Wishing her mother had survived, moreover she never saw her mother's legs could not be moved.

"Mom you're already aware of the deck" said the rescue man.

Audrey hugged her mother. "Maaaaa, Audrey's worried! Mama why the hell was it, Audrey got scared .." said Audrey Haru.

Mia looked around, coughing due to the rest of the sea water she had accidentally drunk.

"Mama's fine dear," whispered Mia softly. Even so it's not as calm as it seems. Because the heartbeat due to anxiety is still there.

"But thankfully Mama was helped by that!" Audrey pointed to the helper who had helped Mia.

Mia averted her eyes, she saw the man who had been squatting next to Mia.

"Thank you" said Mia. "I'm very ... Eh?" Mia frowned, surprised to feel familiar with the face of the man before her eyes.

"I'm sorry, but I feel like you're similar to someone" Mia said politely. He tried to remember but hesitated a little, was he the wrong person?

"No, it's me. Samuel. Greetings, Mia, "the hand of the man named Samuel is outstretched. A happy smile does not forget to show it.

"Oh, hi. I think we're being awkward, gini, hehehe." Mia laughed softly. He forgot to remember Samuel.

"Yes, that was a long time ago anyway, wasn't it? Eight years" answered Samuel.

"Hem yes, it's been a while." Mia was embarrassed.

Seeing the 'weirdness' that Mama and the stranger showed, made Audrey confused. "Mama. Who's that om?"

"Oh this, his name is Sam. She used to be a good friend of Mama's" Mia explained to Audrey.
