42. Cynical Stares

Audrey's been trying to buy time so they can stay around the 'Native Ala' restaurant'. Ask to buy a lot of toys in the mall then use the restaurant play area to buy time. While Dimas–the man who had been waiting for this was invisible.

'Where are you, Papa .. Quickly come here! Look at Mama and Om Muel! I don't want them to stay together!' audrey's heart grumbled.

This little girl knew that her Mama and Samuel had not done anything as disgusting as making out in front of her, but just like that had managed to piss Audrey off to death.

"You don't like Om Muel, do you?" asked Mia who noticed the change in the face of Audrey who was looking at her disliked.

Didn't Mama see my face from earlier?  grouse Audrey. "Yes!" answer the boy.

Mia sighed, glanced at Samuel and found Samuel continuing to look at her with a meaningful gaze.

Mia squatted to Audrey. "Om Samuel is just a friend of Mama's, baby, not the one who will replace your father's position" Mia whispered so that Samuel would not hear him.

But it wasn't Samuel if he couldn't hear someone even if he was just whispering. Samuel clearly knew this was going to happen, and pulling Mia back into his arms was not something easy.

Maybe I should be a good guy who will help Mia in her hard times, at first it was Samuel's mind considering there were some people in Mia's past who would certainly not let go of Mia just like that.

Seven days had passed when Samuel came back to know Mia, Samuel shook his head. It was unexpected that everything was this difficult, the man thought.

“This is the report sir.”

In Samuel's office, Samuel receives a file report about Mia that was previously requested to his spies.

Samuel first read the woman's bio. Then the circumstances of her marriage and conclude something else.

“Wah, a marriage that ran aground because of another woman. It was a pity that Miaku had to face the foolish man who left behind a handful of precious pearls for the sake of a grain of dust that was clearly meaningless. But for the sake of her daughter who wants her family to unite, Mia must still see Di–mas, huh yes Dimas. Hahahaha, the foolish man returned to Mia after learning of the second wife who had previously been proud of her pregnant with another man's seed. Goddamnit! What should I do to get my Mia back!”

While thinking, Samuel went from the office to Mia's house. It was dark and it was time to go home.

"What a nice dinner?" Samuel looked at the stalls on the left and right. Then remember the past Mia most like Ambon bika.

"Well, that's the cake shop. Hopefully there is!" samuel said gladly. It seems, the universe is so supportive this time around.

"Sister, buy a box of ambon bika ya."

"It will be ready soon."

Samuel received a box of Ambon bica and paid the price. He immediately left the store.

Arriving at Mia's house, Samuel grumbles, as another man on a Kawasaki ninja motorcycle appears alongside him in front of Mia's house. "That accursed man again!" samuel's muttering trying to defeat the minders.

They met 5 times a week. And of course never met. The look Dimas gave to Samuel was very cynical. This made Samuel uncomfortable and led to speculation that Dimas was a man in Mia's past.

But after getting information from his spies, Samuel increasingly understood that the position of the man in the curse of Dimas was very strong in Mia's life.
