"You don't joke Gerry. Aren't you the one who wanted this marriage to end so soon?" Kyara tilted her body staring intently at Gerry. He really did not understand the thought of the man.
"I don't want to be the one to hinder your happiness, Gerry. It's enough I've been an obstacle to your happiness with your lover. Now you deserve to be happy without a prank like me." Lirih Kyara later. He still clearly remembers how Gerry treated him that night who preferred to save his lover than he was risking Baby Rey who was still in his stomach.
"I'm sorry if I've made a pretty gaping inner wound in your heart, Kyara. I apologize for my bad attitude towards you all along. But one thing you should know. There's no other woman in my life but you, Kyara." Bright Gerry.
"What do you mean Gerry?" Kyara's eyes stared as if asking for an explanation.
"Me and Ketty were over shortly after you left the apartment that day." Gerry paused his words. The man seemed to breathe a long sigh. Never in his life did he explain a long problem like this. Including his girlfriend, Ketty.
"There's only one woman in my life right now other than Mama. That's you, Kyara." Gerry said later.

Kyara's heart worked so fast when she heard Gerry's explanation. Is it true that the man no longer has a relationship with his beloved Ketty? What is possible if he remembers clearly Gerry's worries on Ketty and how much Gerry loved her lover.
"There is no you in our farewell. It was all purely my own decision." Obviously while stroking Kyara's fingers. It feels like Gerry is so sick of remembering the betrayal and bad intentions of his ex-girlfriend. "I beg you to give me one chance to fix our household." His request is so sincere.
"What do you mean Gerry? Is this all because of Rey's presence?" Kyara seemed to smile wryly with a sliced heart. Maybe this is one of Gerry's efforts to seize Baby Rey from his side considering the words of Mama Riana the other day if Baby Rey is the heir and successor of the next Bagaskara family company.
"If you're going to take Rey by my side right now, you'd better break that intention, Gerry. Cause whenever I'm not gonna hand Rey over to you." He said while releasing Gerry's hand grip on his fingers. Kyara stood up from her seat.
Gerry stood up as well. "Rey needs a complete parent figure, Kyara. Think of Rey's fate and happiness later, Kyara." Press Gerry with no intention of revealing the truth if he is also very afraid of losing the woman.
Kyara smiled cynically at Gerry's words. "Do you think Rey would also be happy if she found out her mother was unhappy in her marriage all along? The happiness of a child lies not only in having a complete parent Gerry. But also have a happy mother in her marriage."
