Rania shakes. Then he brought back the liquid from his mouth. After feeling his nausea had reduced, Rania washed her face with water.
"What's wrong with you, Rania? Why are you vomiting like this?" Ask William again.
Rania shook her head weakly. "Either... I don't know either. Looks like my stomach acid is coming back." The answer.
