Since the day that Gerry announced their wedding to all of his employees, whenever Kyara came to Gerry's company he was always welcomed by the receptionists and other employees. Even some OB who had once bullied Kyara also subdued their views.
Kyara kept walking while smiling past the people who were out of the company to find their lunch spot because it was the lunch hour for the employees. Kyara arrived in Gerry's room. Her husband seemed busy checking the documents that were still piling up in front of her.
"Kerry..." Calling Kyara made Gerry turn his head.
"Yes briefly. I'll finish it soon!" Reply Gerry.
That afternoon Kyara did not bring Baby Rey to Gerry's company because there were important things that she had to discuss with Gerry.
Fifteen minutes later, Gerry finally got up from his seat. Then he approached Kyara, who was sitting on the sofa playing with the phone in her hand.
"Darling..." Sapa Gerry sat her body beside Kyara. "It seems you're so focused on replying to your best friend's message." Gerry said when he saw Rania's name in the message Kyara was typing.
"Agh, yes. We'll have lunch first. There's something important I want to ask you." Kyara. He then opened the box he was carrying.
"What matters do you want to ask?" Gerry said after finishing the supplies Kyara brought.
Kyara closed the box and put it back in the bag. His gaze now looked at Gerry with a gaze full of questions.
"So morning Rania called me to explain how her application was yesterday." Kyara tries to lure Gerry to talk.
Gerry tried to calm down. He seemed to understand the direction of his wife's conversation. "Then?" He raised one eye eyebrow.
"All of Rania's stories initially make me happy when she heard that her future husband was entering the criteria for prospective husband that Rania had hoped for so far. But I was shocked when Rania said that her future husband was someone we know very well." Kyara paused her speech.
"Williams. Don't you want to say that my best friend is your future best friend's husband?" Gerry breathed a long breath.
"You already know. And why didn't you tell me?!" Cecar Kyara hits Gerry's arm.
"sorry. I just want you to find out directly from your best friend. And I only found out about it from Jimmy this morning. I don't even know if William is in this country right now." Gerry Clear.
"I really didn't expect that Rania and William had been betrothed even when they hadn't grown up in their mother's womb." Kyara shook her head in disbelief.
"But that is destiny. We don't know who our soul mate will be." Gerry Timpal.
Kyara rests her body on the back of the sofa. I don't know why my heart says something's wrong with Rania right now. Doesn't Rania like William? Then why was Rania's voice like an objection to her marriage? Inner Kyara wondered.
"We'll meet tonight before William has to come back tomorrow." Gerry Clear.
"Kyara's..." Call Gerry a little differently.
Kyara straightened her body. "What's wrong? Do you want to say something?" Ask Kyara curiously.
Gerry nodded. "There's one thing I'm afraid of right now. And I hope it's just my feelings." Gerry's breath sounded heavy.
"What?"
"I'm just afraid that right now William's feelings don't change for you."
"What are you talking about? Don't talk so much!" Cetus Kyara's.
"I know how all my best friend's nature is. And I know very well that William is not that easy to forget the woman he loves even though he said he had given up the woman was not his life partner."
